I dined in, I ordered 3 chicken meals with some yuca fries. The food was fresh, the service was fast and they brought the food to the table. Their Horchata is not like the usual Horchata had a different taste. As well as their flan was more like a pudding but it was delicious.

Wasn't sure what to expect. Decent price point. 12$ for a sandwich meal, I ordered the 3 empeñada meal and opted for Mac n cheese as my side. The Campero sauce complimented the empeñada's well. They were light fluffy and crispy with a well cooked filling. We went at lunch time and it was quick to order,quick to seat, and quick delivery of the food. Would definitely come here again.

I Loved this place! I had no idea they were so yummy! 11/24/25 I just visted again for dinner. It was pretty late, but still Super fresh! There chicken, both kinds Is so fresh juicy and cooked perfectly. Also, I love plantains, but there hard to find the way I like them cooked. They were also perfect! The only thing I would change is to add some additional sides. I preodered this trip and the food was so hot when I got there I had to wait for the chicken to cool down! The price for it all is Super worth it. I paid triple at a chicken restaurant that was supposed to be award winning! The workers were all kind and polite. It really is a gem for chicken! If your in the mood for chicken, this is your place! I have both dined in and out. It didn't make a difference in the quality of food!

Tried Pollo Campero with my family for the first time and left impressed with the friendly service and clean atmosphere. i definitely wished I ordered a little bit of everything from the menu but was not left disappointed with my order. I was pleasantly surprised to have received our dine in order in plates and not disposable plastic plates on a tray. Will definitely come back to try more from the menu!

I have been coming to my favorite new fried chicken place ever since they opened up. I love all of their chicken items. The grilled chicken has a tangy citrus flavor, I believe this company is based in Guatemala. The fried chicken is flavorful and tasty without being greasy! It goes great with the Cholula sauce that they provide. The empanadas are also yummy! I love the fries, plantains, and mac & cheese, as sides. The Jamaica is my go to drink. The staff is kind, professional, and thorough. One more thing, be sure to download the app. The rewards are great!. I have gotten to know Delia over time, and she is always a joy to see when I visit! Expectations were high seeing this opening up in my area.. Service was friendly and I liked the touch of the food being served in seemingly traditional (although plastic) plates, giving almost a homemade vibe. Chicken was a step above KFC and on par to maybe a teeny bit better than Popeyes. Fries oddly tasted like batter, don’t bother with the complimentary bread rolls, they’re flavorless. Very affordable coming out to $8.25 for the 2 piece meal w/ one side, although it’s weird they charge you separately for a drink. Definitely worth a try but won’t take you to another planet.

We absolutely love the chicken at this restaurant it’s honestly some of the best we’ve had, which is why this is so frustrating to write. The first issue happened when we placed an order online. We arrived at the scheduled pickup time, but our food wasn’t ready. After already waiting 40 minutes past the pickup time, we were told we still had to wait another 30 minutes before the chicken was finally ready. That’s over an hour of waiting after arriving for a supposed “ready” order. We decided to give them another chance and called in a phone order another time. Unfortunately, the same thing happened again. A third-party service took the order, gave us a pickup time, and when we arrived, the chicken hadn’t even been started. We were told we had to wait while they cooked it and the restaurant was completely empty except for employees. The chicken is great, but the ordering and pickup experience has been extremely disappointing. We understand that fresh food takes time, but being given a pickup time and then having to wait that long more than once is frustrating. We really hope they can improve their ordering system and communication because we truly enjoy the food and would love to keep supporting this place.

I like this place the chicken was hot and juicy and the yuca fries are a healthier option to the French fries. I visited with my fam and they liked it as well. This is not a typical fast food spot no plastic trays in sight just plates but there is plastic utensils. So it’s in a gray area. Great food def should try it out.

Decided to check out the new restaurant that replaced my old KFC. The drive thru was speedy. Chose the empanada plate with yuca fries and an horchata. A little over $13. The yuca fries were tasty with the dipping sauce. The empanadas were hot and filled with cheese and chicken. The horchata tasted a little off, burnt, not the same as Guadalajara or the fish taco place I normally visit. I’ll skip it next time. Overall decent meal.

The chicken was tasty and the beans were good. Only problem is they are way overpriced for what you get. And to top it off the combos that you ordered do not include a drink that is separate. Think I'll stay with KF. C. They're more reasonable. You get the same amount of food and the drink is included..

This was my first time trying this restaurant after seeing many advertisements for it. I wasn't sure what I wanted to get, and I felt a bit rushed, but I was able to get through it. I got my food and found out that the coleslaw is spoiled. And I would have liked my chicken thigh to be cooked a little bit longer, but other than that, the flavor is good. After the cashier realized this was my first time coming, he was a little nicer to me.

First time customer, they messed up my order so badly, missing tortillas, missing chicken meal, gave me two chicken sandwiches. Missing menu orders is a turn off. Very disappointed over the issue.

My mom and I went to this location and were excited to try the Yuca fries and plantains. We ordered the 4 piece combo. Cashier was friendly and service was quick. Unfortunately the chicken was cold, way too salty and my mom got a piece that looked raw. The fries were not Yuca and the plantains were sour. Super disappointed with this place. Save your money and go down the street to another chicken spot.

Came in for the spicy chicken sandwich, meh, it was OK. The chicken itself was moist inside and had good flavor, the pickle had some flavor and was not crisp, and the bun was a little soggy. The fries came out of the container in one big clump and were somewhat soggy as well. I think if I would have ate there, it might not have been so bad. If I take a second chance here, I'll stick to chicken on the bone and fresh made sides. Update: I was contacted by this company, and I followed their instructions with an email. Haven't heard anything back from them. That's customer service....

Hi, I went to this drive thru location 5/5 at 12:50pm. A girl with white skin with curly like hair and with tattoos on her arm/hand is just so rude and unhelpful. This is the second time I get her and she gets mad because I didn’t tell her about my code when ordering. She should ask like how they do at mc donalds even more so since she knows the rewards system is down ( according to her). Beside that this is the second time she tries telling me the rewards code dont work. I drive all the way over here for her rude attitude and no food. Something is up they probably want me to pay full price. Sketchy and unethical. She could have asked a manager to over ride for the rewards system being down.

This was my first time trying because I just moved to the area. The food is not good. The beans were absolutely disgusting, it said new recipe, maybe they should have stuck with the old recipe whatever that was. The bread is nothing special, chicken is fried, no grilled option, and rice was just okay. I 100% prefer Pollo Loco or Popeyes/KFC. However the cashier was super sweet, great customer service!!

The food is undeniably good, but the service is a huge problem. From the moment you walk in, to placing your order and getting it, everything feels disorganized and unprofessional. The staff seem more focused on goofing around or being on their phones than actually working, which really drags down the experience.
