Here's an honest review, as a local resident I used to frequent this place for a few reasons, then I realized it's very hit or miss because of the large crowds and food quality. UPDATE: I'm thankful I live close by and able to come visit. Today I got to rest for a bit and enjoy some delicious ice brewed Bourbon coffee, read some of Kassidy Brewers book, "Blameless" and enjoy their native plant garden in bloom 🤌🏼

Located on the corner of Palomar St and Wildomar Trail. Parking can be limited especially during peak hours. This coffee shop is absolutely lovely, with such a cozy and inviting atmosphere and there’s a peaceful patio out back that's perfect for relaxing. I had their 'Matcha Latte' chilled and a slice of 'Banana Bread'. The latte was smooth and creamy. The banana bread was so soft and fresh. Everything was delicious and satisfying! Service was friendly and welcoming. Prices are fair. Overall, I had a great experience here and will definitely return to try more of their menu.

Absolutely love this place! The customer service is always outstanding — warm, friendly, and genuinely attentive. My order is always accurate and perfectly prepared, which shows how much pride and care they put into everything they do. I also love how this coffee shop truly cares about the community — they often feature live music, host events with local small businesses, and even partner with other local coffee shops to lift each other up rather than compete. That sense of collaboration and community pride really sets them apart. Their specialty menu evolves with the seasons, offering new and creative drinks and dishes throughout the year, and everything I’ve tried has been absolutely delicious. This is such a quaint little coffee shop. We all loved our coffee which is made with local ingredients… and their sandwiches are dish (also local ingredients)… friendly staff and nice ambiance with live music! I love taking family who are visiting here ❤️

Super vibey spot. Gives off southern traditional vibes. We got the lavender honey latte with raw milk (they have raw milk options) and I also got a bourbon cold brew for the road (no alcohol in it). Staff was super friendly and welcoming. They have indoor and outdoor seating. Great place for a date, family hangout or place to study.

Love this place. Last time I came here I met some amazing people. Today I met the owner and he gave me a free dessert and a sticker :) awesome place to bring your dog and chat with people on the patio for a nice break from your day. I had a cinnamon cold brew outside for a while and it was a beautiful day. Perfect place to meet new people.

Came here to try their coffee and it did not disappoint. This establishment has a very cozy feel and their selection is great. I third the Surfing USA and I loved the coconut flavor. There's plenty of room to sit inside, but plenty of room as well outside the back.

This is OUR local coffee shop and I own a coffee shop one city over so I’m very particular about my coffee. My family and I love walking here on an outing and are always met with the same experience every time upon arrival. A welcoming and vibrant atmosphere with comfy couches, tables, books, games and sometimes live music. The baristas are always friendly and knowledgeable! Menu items are always rotating with something new for my wife to try while I am a purest, there’s always a new roast for me to try in its delicious black as the night form. Food items are solid and never have any complaints and that’s saying something because my kids can be picky! Turn times are great on orders. Like I mentioned, we typically walk but parking is abundant with many spaces available. I can’t say enough great things about Montague Brothers, the owner and his family take great pride and care in everything they do and it shows! Please support local. Big chain coffee makes you feel like just an order number to get rushed out but Montague Brothers makes you feel like family and that they’re happy you’re there!

I love this place and this family run business. Everyone works. Kids play board games and do home work. Coffees and teas are always made to perfection. And add a local musician to the mix on weekend mornings and there you have a great spot Check them out.

The staff were very friendly and they also had a young lady playing guitar ,so the ambiance was great. We did wait a while, but the cafe was packed and it was worth it. This is a hidden gem for me. I'm not from Lake Elsinore, but I was out there and I came across Montague Brothers and what a pleasant surprise. I got myself a lavender latte which was absolutely delicious. The coffee was really smooth and had a good kick to it, didn't just taste like sugar milk and I also got a ham and cheese sandwich, which was okay. Nothing to write home about, but great quality. But the best part was they had live singing. Which, you never know you need some live entertainment for your breakfast until it happens and to cap it off the girl who was performing was very talented and made it an overall peaceful experience.

Absolutely love this spot. It’s clean and comfy. Everyone is sweet. I love the live music. The coffee and sandwiches are always worth it. This cafe has so much heart & community, I tell everyone about it all the time.

Cozy, Friendly atmosphere: We went on a Saturday, where they have live local musicians play between 11am-12pm. Would definitely recommend! They also have a nice patio area in the back with a small water fountain where you can enjoy a good book.

Cute coffee shop Had the Grand Avocado Toast, so good. And the Luke's Latte again so good. Had a singer inside sounded great but so loud because its a small space we had to go outside to talk. But, was also able to grab some beans for my machine at home.

Not only was the food absolutely fantastic, but the customer service went above and beyond! I accidentally left my entire purse on my chair, and the owner personally reached out early the next morning to let me know they had found it — before I even realized it was missing. Everything, including a substantial amount of cash, was safely returned. Exceptional food, honest people, and outstanding service — I can’t recommend this place enough!
