I was told this place was a Santa Cruz tradition, so it was a must. Buy a PMH t-shirt and that earns you a free slice; how can you pass that up?!?! A thin crust pizza lovers dream! Toppings so heavy you literally need two hands to take a bite. Homemade dipping sauces - the pesto ranch was my fave 😋 I was out and about for a week in SC and visited PMH 3 times 🍕❤️

One of the best pizza I ate in the west coast. The service was nice; We order a whole 14 inch pizza and single slices. The whole pizza took 20 minutes as we were told and they even gave my daughter a free fountain drink. My whole family loved it too and decided to pass by it again the next day for shirts and more pizza 🍕

Pizza My Heart served up really delicious pizza with fresh ingredients and a crispy, satisfying crust—definitely worth the hype. The only downside was the long wait time, but it was well worth it in the end. A perfect way to wrap up a day on the boardwalk with a slice in hand and ocean views nearby!

What an incredible pizza place!! The customer service, quality, and value for your dollar absolutely exceeded my expectations with the utmost excellence! The decor and atmosphere were awesome!! We went to two locations recently, Santa Cruz, and Monterey! They were both exceptional!!

The pizza is really good, I know I gave it 4 stars but I have had better pizza but it is really good. Cooked well and looks amazing. The service was nice i asked for a medium pie and then when he went to ring it up said hold on the large pie is on sale and a couple bucks cheaper. So he upgraded me to a large, which I really appreciate and will go back just for this fact. We got a salad with ranch which also was delicious. The pie came out quickly and tasted fresh also. The place was pretty clean to. Even though there was some dirty tables there was someone cleaning them quickly so the new crowd could sit and not have a dirty table. It was nice to see someone cleaning as soon as there were tables coming available . The place is pretty big too so plenty of room to find a nice table or booth. The lady that brought out the pie was also very nice. He had a great meal and I was definitely happy trying this place for my first time moving from Texas. I love pizza a lot so 4 stars is really good from my point of view. Also they are open late which is awesome!

Really great place, right in down town. Has ample street parking. Pizzas are delicious. Tried pesto almond pizza was great. Plus they do serve slices so great if you solo or a couple. Loved the vibe and taste.

Best pizza in Santa Cruz! Wish there was more places that serve pizza by the slides like they do here. There’s always a nice selection of pies and Free ranch! It’s also nice that they stay open super late. also make sure you check out the really cool gas powered surfboard.

This place was amazing! I wouldn’t expect to like it, my wife mentioned it to me. But oh man this spot is a really great and delicious place to eat. The pizza is so good even their vegetarian ones. The vibe there is awesome very chill kinda a vintage vibe, always busy with customers. But I highly recommend the signature pizza which is the big sur! Very delicious thats what I got but also tried a few other ones, which was also fire! U can by per slice or order a whole pizza if you want to share. Their deals are buy a t-shirt and get a free slice or you can just buy a slice. But the slices are huge. I highly recommend this pizza joint for sure.

Came here to eat dinner after spending the day on the boardwalk. There was a line out the door but if you are ordering whole pizzas, you can walk inside to a different register. Once we figured that out, we ordered in just a few minutes. We got a large pepperoni and a small sunset beach with vegan mozzarella. Took about 25 minutes to get the pepperoni, another 10 minutes for the sunset beach. We all loved the pizza! I loved that they have vegan mozzarella as I can't eat dairy. My daughter loved their pesto ranch. Will definitely come back the next time we are in Santa Cruz!

Somehow, this was my first time trying Pizza My Heart, and I had heard mixed reviews. Some people swear by it, and some think it's mediocre. I gotta say after my first time trying their pizza I was thoroughly impressed. Thin and crispy crust with a decent amount of toppings! When we came in, their systems were down, and they were only accepting cash. Despite this setback, they continued to serve as best they could, and it definitely didn't affect the quality of their pizza! Will definitely be back next time I come to the beach. Also, the salad was delicious and enough in there to feed more than two people .

Actually used to work here 20 years ago. I worked here for 3 and 1/2 years and ate their pizza every day of my life that I worked there because it was so delicious. In truth I have never met it's equal. I took a friend home for the weekend and I just had to stop by to see how the old joint was doing. I was surprised to see that they had moved up the street to a much larger suite. It was still packed just like in the old days which was impressive to me. The decor was expanded to include so many cool old surfer culture pictures and pictures of old movie stars and just all kinds of neat stuff on the walls. I was particularly impressed with the very large sharks that they had hanging from the ceiling. I ordered a slice of pizza as did my friends and oh my goodness the quality still holds up to the test of time!!! This is the pizza that you're looking for. Do not be dissuaded by their prices for a large pizza because they're large pizza is extremely large compared to most places. Even just ordering a slice of pizza by the slice will satisfy you. When are the pictures shows a picture of my hand and the slice so that you can appreciate the scale of how large this slice is. And you can see it is laden with high quality toppings. I'm glad to see that they have held their integrity over the years and did not compromise any of their amazing flavors or ingredients. I can't wait to go home again and enjoy some more!!

I appreciate the uniqueness of their pizzas, they clearly take pride in the food they make, which is very good. The pie itself was good, especially the Big Sur. The the only problem was with the organization of the service. I was initially told I’d have to wait about 5 to 7 minutes for a new pie to be prepared, which then turned into 10 minutes with the first reminder to the cashier, and then ultimately turned into 15 minutes of waiting, with a second reminder to the cashier to go check on what was going after I saw other people getting their slices before me. Ultimately the restaurant is clean. The vibe is decent, but with lacklustre organization.

Pizza was delivered cold 25 minutes late and without requested parm, peppers, napkins. Driver ignored instructions to meet in hotel parking lot. Had to walk down three flights of outdoor stairs and halfway down the block to get the food from him. Wings tasted good despite being the smallest wings I've literally ever seen.
