Love poke! This was fresh and delicious. Ordered a medium with 3 proteins and all the fixings. Sat at the counter by the window and watched the people go by while we ate. So good!

So glad I stumbled upon this place when I visited Santa Cruz. What a gem! I had never even had a poke bowl before and it has converted me ever since. The portions are huge so they’re well worth the money.

Out of Towner here, looking for some good poke! Bowl was delicious, got the House Salmon bowl. Everything about the bowl was spot on, good amount of fish to other stuff ratio. Unfortunately, the miso soup was not that great... I really appreciated the amount of tofu, green onions, and seaweed in it. I just wish it had more flavor, tasted like tofu water. Might just be a one off thing, but I'd definitely get a bowl from there again!

I really loved the ambience of the store and the employees are extremely kind and helpful. I got the house salmon bowl and it was delicious and tasted quite fresh. They are very generous when it comes to the protein, so there's no need to buy extra unless it's your preference.

This was my first time visiting Poke House and it was a great experience and a interesting concept. They have all ingredients easily accessible and nicely displayed, also very helpful to answer my newbie questions. The portion size was fantastic, if I lived nearby I would've had leftovers. Both orders were the Tuna rice poke bowl with avocado added as an extra, and 1 had octopus added as more protein. Food was delicious we will return soon. On a side note a water container with ice in it was provided for self serve water in paper cups.

Loved all the options I had, and everything was so delicious. I got the smaller size bowl and it was absolutely more than enough to fill me up. The fish was nice and spicy and delicious and fresh, and I could customize it any way I see fit.

One of my go to lunch places downtown. Fast service, great owners, and the food is always fresh and delicious. They have a great selection of toppings. Im particularly fond of the garlic tuna and zucchini noodles. Also if you're a fan of spicy food they have excellent very hot sauces.

Loved this place! For $15, you get your base plus unlimited toppings (avocado is extra) 4 scoops of your choice protein, and of course your sauce(s). I did a split base sushi rice and salad, 3 scoops of salmon 1 scoop spicy mayo salmon (yes it is spicy!) Sesame seeds, shaved zucchini, house sauce, and they offered a free scoop of crab salad so I took advantage! They were kind to let me try sample of spicy mayo salmon before hand so it wouldn't be too spicy. Portions are very generous, outdoor seating, no fountain drinks which is a bummer, only small select beverages by the can at $3 each so consider bringing your own or just opting for water! Very clean (no bugs or flies like some of the other food places we stopped at) great customer service! My husband lived it too! Definitely coming back!

No frills casual fast food joint that is probably one of the cheapest places you can find in Dec 2023. The crowd is mostly young.

I order on their website and the poke came with half of what I ordered. No sauce, most toppings missing. Bad surprise coming home. Update 2020.09.22: New order and similar issue. Forgot to put sauce and some of the ingredients. The avocado was also not chopped and as hard as a rock. I would not recommend ordering online. It’s 2/2 on the failure side. Update: I was contacted by the management and offered a free bowl. Appreciate the customer service.

We like the food, but don't order online. They just can't seem to get an online right. 2 bowls, one of them completely the wrong order. No way to contact the store, don't answer phone, VM full, no online contact options. Not the first time, just had enough. Don't order online, just go in a watch them make your order.
