This Chick-Fil-A is by far the best location I have been to in a while. It never fails to deliver the best service and food. The team members here are incredibly friendly and make this place worth the travel. Debbie is the sweetest soul, and never fails to clean up; make sure everything is there and keep me smiling! My favorite location! The staff are nice every time. Today I went with my 18month old, and Nathan carried my coffee to the table and got a high chair for me. I like that each high chair has a sanitizer wipe and table place mat ready to use. This is so appreciated with a toddler

I want to take a moment to recognize the outstanding service I received, starting with Andrew, who was not only incredibly accommodating but also took the time to share the benefits of the app. He genuinely seemed to care about my experience, and when he noticed something with my order that we both agreed needed attention, he promptly directed me to the shift lead. The shift lead Marleigh matched Andrew’s excellent service, addressing the situation immediately and going above and beyond my expectations to make things right. It’s rare to find a team that genuinely cares about their customers, and this experience truly stood out. For my meal, I ordered the BBQ Bacon Sandwich, spicy, without BBQ sauce, and added tomato, along with a combo. I wanted to try the new sandwich without the BBQ sauce, and the bread and bacon were on point! Thank you, Andrew and Marleigh (shift lead), for an in house experience that I didn’t expect to even write a review for but you both genuinely earned it! Order Number: 1084037

The staff is super friendly and always fast. For the most part our order comes out right. I noticed that if we order online our order sometimes gets messed us its something small such as requesting to omit pickles. Also the fitting of the tops to the shake cups are not the best, we’ve had several incidents where they have slipped off and spilt all over the car or floor, maybe look into better lids or different cups? This wont stop us from going as we enjoy coming here on occasion.

Ordered a chicken sandwich with no pickles and was served one that had pickles. Went to counter to get it replaced and had to wait behind another customer that was on his second order fixing.

I had decided to give this location a chance again after since it originally opened but there has been no change. My muffin sandwhich was almost completely burnt and hard, I went in and asked for a new one but the new one was barely any better. And while I was waiting I saw an employee drop a drink carrier on the ground and instead of throwing it away she just put back.

I ordered three medium fries (along with sandwiches and drinks). When I got home there were only two fries! I wasn't about to drive back, don’t trust them. Don't leave until you verify your entire order!

Not what it used to be… the food was cold, the fries were not full like they used to be. The employees do not pay attention to detail. Really disappointing to pay so much for food and see that my order is made incorrectly and most of the fries are missing

Service has been terrible at this location. I've used my mobile app to dine in and seen my order looked at and ignored when it's ready to go. I've had to get up multiple times to get my own order cause they don't pay attention or constantly forget something while my food is getting cold. There is so many employees and the place is practically empty with no cars in the drive thru. I even ordered a milkshake separately and see it sit there for 10min picked up and put down. I had it and just had to get it myself. What is going on here.....

I was surprised that there were no cars in the drive through on a Friday at lunchtime, but I guess now I'm not. They entered an incorrect item on my order, despite repeating back what I had asked for. And my chick-fil-a sandwich was missing its pickles. It had been about four months since the last time I was at this location, and I had hoped it improved. The last time, they lost my order at some point between the me ordering it at the front of the drive-through and me driving to the window to pick it up.
