I walked in the first thing I noticed very clean and fresh vegetables, got greeted nicely by mayra very nice and friendly and made me the best sandwich. As a driver subway is in my diet and I go to different ones and this is the best one so far
Always there for the sub of the day can't wait to eat there broccoli soup with crackers also I love their new Herbert's lemonade they carry right now always toasted and sometimes I'll have desert.
Had tuna fish on wheat - twas delicious!! Staff was v helpful, & v friendly.
There were 3 young teenagers 2 boys and a girl. These kids were working extra hard on Friday November 1st at about 6:40pm. These kids had a a consistent follow of customers coming into the shop. I had ordered my sandwich’s online. I walked in to the shop to see the exact scenario I just described about. These kids with friendly smiles said hello acknowledged that I had an order and said it wasn’t ready. I said no big deal. The look of relief on their faces said everything. I waited patiently just as any customer should. These kids were non stop the entire time that I was waiting. Round of applause to each of them, your customer service was excellent even under pressure. When my order was ready a young man then proceeded to apologize for the deal. I said it is not a big deal. If anything we as customer need to remember that is someone’s daughter, son, mother, father, working behind the counter let’s do better everyone let’s all learn to have patience and spread a little bit of kindness. We seem to forget we have all been there once. Thank you again. These kids deserve a raise. Employees like these kids are hard to find.

Had a delicious American club. Every thing was so fresh and good. Place was spotless and the girl behind the counter was polite and eager to please. And she made our sandwiches perfectly

The last time I went here was Dec 14th for lunch and I have to say the service is sketchy. I usually buy the all American that has 2x the cheese. They always just put one slice and when I say something about it they get upset. She accused me of yelling at her which I apologized for because I wasn't aware I was. I don't have great hearing and with all the people in there and the fans blowing maybe I did raise my voice. But they continued to be rude. They do not give out small cups so you can have water. They said they stopped during COVID which is not true because every other Subway I have gone to still does. I will never go to the Santa Paula location again. I can't believe they treat customers like that.

I just had the worst service at a subway in my life and I used to work at one. Karen I think her name was, very coldly made my sandwich in such a hurry and with such attitude. I'm pretty sure she didn't even want to be there. Maybe you should fire karen and hire someone who doesnt hate their job so much? Ain't nobody got time for her attitude when all i'm trying to do is eat.
I’ve been to this subway like 4 times this past week and 2 of them their toaster has been out of order! Also the cashiers are kinda rude sometimes last time I ordered a sandwich for my daughter and they accidentally made a 6” when I told them about it the girl making my sandwich made me an ugly face and grew the sandwich in the trash!! She didn’t even wait and asked me if I wanted it she was very rude and wasted food just like that!

The employees need to understand that the app does not allow for “special instructions” options or else I would just ask to toast the flat bread on the app here is proof and when I told the girl this she says we have nothing to do with the app okay so point proven that’s something yall need to work on don’t get mad at the customers over something small like wanting it to be toasted also no water cups ???!?!? Today is September 5, 2024 and I went in at 6:20 pm to order some sandwiches and the two girls working working there were rude to customers and gave an attitude, except for the kid that was packing the order, they ran out to f bread they only had white bread, whoever is in charge of these employees make sure to keep a look out with the girls attitude!!!!
Horrible!!! Staff do not care about customer service. Found gnats in my sandwich. Frozen Vegetables being placed in sandwich. Lettuce never green. Appears that owners do not care about the staff nor how staff treat customers. They never have containers for a side of sauce.
Sandwich was tasty employees friendly. But when I showed them my discount card for a free churro they said the owner doesn't allow us to honor that. What a tool the owner is. Not Good practice. Also this is the 3rd time no Chocolate chip cookies.

I ordered a sandwich and ask for extra and didn't even put extra they put very light amount and then when I went in to ask for extra they said sometimes we can't put more we can't put extra. I told them if custom asked for more you just put more that's your business and she keeps saying I'm sorry I can't do anything about it and I told him that's very pathetic of a sandwich that you guys made. I think her name was Jax. The other two girls that was working just ignore the problem and gave kind of attitude faces. They don't know what they're doing or probably management told them to be cheap on the ingredients. It's not the first time I give them a second chance and it still happening
This is for the owner. I am very happy that your business is doing so well! and your employees must be paid very well also! I always try to spend my hard earned money locally. But to find out that your business and your employees are doing so well that they feel thay can choose not. To wait on a paying customer. I walked into your business tonight. 06\17\2019 and your employees were laughing with the customer that was walking out. I walked up to the counter to order and all your employees walked into the back. Except the one standing with her back to me texting on her phone. I waited and waited and when no one came to help me or even to say be right with you i walked out. So happy your business is doing so well. I guess i won't be coming back since you don't need my money. I wish you all the best and look forward to writing a review for the Subway shop in Ventura soon.
Customer Service sucked! Specifically requested light mayo and she squirted her life away, then when i asked for more mayo to level out the mustard she again squirted her life away! She asked what i wanted and totally disregarded my request.

There is not proper 6 feet from each other when you have to pass other customers less than 2 feet to get to the back where you start your order. The tables in front of their glass is not allowing for proper 6 feet.
