The best bar in the Square, very warm welcome, fantastic staff, excellent atmosphere. Definitely a one to visit

We had been staying at the nearby Fergus Cala Blanca and took a wee wander out to The Square. The friendly service and the lovely family atmosphere was ideal. I was personally delighted to get a wonderful pint of blackcurrant and lemonade here that I couldn't get at the hotel. The oldest lad and me loved the pool table and our youngest had a blast playing at the bouncy castle in the main square. We have 2 more nights left and we will definitely be back here.

Brilliant live music venue that everyday of the week and karaoke afterwards. Massive selection of beers and spirits.

A lovely bar, the owner Paul couldn’t have been any nicer, perfect for anything we wanted. The karaoke man did anything to please us. They own a fish and chip shop just down the road and that couldn’t have been any better. I would reccomend to anyone. Definitely come here it’s cheap with a great atmosphere

Called here as we were passing very welcoming staff who took order and returned promptly ,we sat outside but there was a live act inside followed by karaoke,we had an enjoyable night will call again happy to recommend 👍

First time in Santa ponsa called in the Caledonian bar Spotless with great entertainment lovely owners Paul and Di and very friendly staff

Lovely bar. Toilets spotless. The whole place was really spotless. Music was OK but that's just a matter of opinion. Staff were really nice. Was there 3 times in out 10 night stay. It doesn't serve food.Santa ponsa as a destination isn't what it use to be. The square is a thing of the past. Sad considering what it use to be like.

I can't say enough great things about this place. ALL the Staff are friendly, attentive, fun and sooo welcoming. The entertainment is superb, karaoke is the best!!! Decor is all new and kept so clean. Fully air conditioned, which has been a god send in this European heat wave...The owner Paul is a Diamond! This is a friendly environment for children too, it really is one of the best bars I've ever been to. I wish I could pick the place up, and all the staff and bring them back home with me! I'm going to miss it and them all. Thank you all of you for treating us like friends...miss you already ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We stopped in for the ABBA tribute and had two beers for 4€ (total). Wasn't too busy on this Friday night, but the mood was up. One of the workers (possibly the owner) teased us for drinking only 1 beer each, but I'm choosing to receive the comment in good spirits, and not a negative way ;). There seemed to be a lot of UK and Irish patrons, so could be that our the consumption rate was not like the other clientele ;). Overall fun place. And whoever likes karaoke, are my choice of people.

Always a brilliant night here. The entertainment is first class and the service is brilliant. You can watch all sporting events whether it’s cricket boxing rugby cricket if it’s available it will be shown. There’s Karaoke after the shows and being go beforehand. Check it out well worth a visit.

Fuimos a tomarnos algo después de cenar, y supongo que al ser martes no estaba muy animado, pero tiene buena pinta, una buena terraza y dentro muy limpio y bien decorado, y con aire acondicinado, para cantar karaoke bien fresquito!

Great place, night time I went with some friends. It’s a good environment there was an ABBA tribute then karaoke. Friendly staff If you like karaoke you may like this place Can get quite busy so you may struggle finding seats, this place is also kid friendly from what I have seen contrasting from other reviews

Unfriendly staff not returning money for the games not working

Me and my fiancé were told to leave, because we didn't want to spend more money on drinks (although we already payed around 50€ for 3 drinks and bingo and wanted to stay a little bit longer to enjoy karaoke). Very unpleasant, sad and disappointing experience. Wouldn't recommend.

Very disappointing. Lady at the bar told us to leave during karaoke night although we spent quite a lot of money - we bought drinks and bingo tickets. Really rude and quite sad. If you're not wasted and your cup isn't full all the time they don't want you as a client.

Not one bit child friendly. Also witnessed a family getting thrown out because she walked in front of a comedian while he was on stage. The atmosphere wasn't great. Wouldn't go there again if I'm being honest

After i got my drink, the Mr Grumpy landlord told my girlfriend and her friend who didnt want a drink, to leave because "they arn't paying towards the band" !! The one-man "band" wasn't worth the argument so we left - very many nicer (and cheaper) options here. Shame for him coz we were in dancing mood and would have got them all up from their seats, and of course more dancing means more thirsty folk ordering his expensive booze!! Dont need to add photos, the one's already here capture it well.
