A modern restaurant housed in the ancient 11th-century abbey castle of Sant'Ambrogio, commissioned by Barbarossa, respecting the ancient walls. The setting is truly evocative, and the dishes are truly tasty and beautiful to look at. Tradition and innovation combine flavors. The artichoke with mortadella mousse and the toma cheese ravioli are truly delicious. The risotto with creamed pumpkin, prawns, and cocoa crumble is fantastic, as is the Fassona beef medallion. The desserts are fabulous, especially the creamy Moscato zabaglione. The prices are more than in line with the quality and the dishes. We will definitely be back to try other dishes.

A very charming and unique place nestled in a mountain village. Nice atmosphere. The only flaw is that some of my friends went in person to ask if there was room while I was rushing to call and was told there was no more room. My friends said yes, there was room. All evening until the end of dinner, the place was only a quarter full. That's not a good presentation. Otherwise, the atmosphere was nice and welcoming, and the food was excellent. Compliments to the chef and the friendly guy who served us. Anyone who happens to be in the area should definitely go there once in their life.
