I had the chance to go for a drink during happy hour and enjoy some delicious grilled cheese. The place is very comfortable and has a great atmosphere. Maybe the music could be better, but other than that, I had a great time. On Friday, I'll be going to the tango show, something unusual and rarely seen in Querétaro.

The place is very nice and pleasant. The young lady who served us was very attentive. The food was delicious. The only downside was that the food took a while to arrive. But it was worth the wait. We liked everything.

Our visit was a mix of very good and somewhat disappointing aspects. Facilities: 10/10. The place is beautiful, very well decorated and cozy. A perfect atmosphere. Service: 8/10. Very attentive and friendly. The staff was attentive at all times. Food: 7/10 (but with serious flaws). The presentation of the dishes is excellent; they looked very good. However, the flavor execution was the big problem: The picanha was of low quality and completely lacked flavor, despite its good presentation. The rib-eye tacos suffered from the same problem: flavorless and with a questionable presentation. The corn on the cob was also bland and very basic. Conclusion: Considering the price, the value is questionable. You pay for a good atmosphere and presentation, but the food quality and flavor aren't up to par. They could improve a lot since the concept is good, but they should consider offering better quality cuts. I don't think we'll be back anytime soon. ***I've been to similar places in the city, and for the same price, they offer a good culinary experience.

The enchiladas Suizas and the apple pie were delicious. The bad thing was that we had a buffet that was never full and took a long time to refill. They were probably short-staffed in the kitchen 😕. I hope this isn't a frequent occurrence, because the à la carte food is delicious, and the buffet is okay-average, except it's a very basic buffet. The good thing is that it includes juices 👍 That said, like any good restaurant in downtown Querétaro, it's in a very pretty old mansion.

The place is very nice, the buffet leaves a lot to be desired (very limited), very expensive for the limited selection, they don't restock food, no sweet bread, very "X" service, little attention to the table, terrible coffee, artificial juice, total disappointment, a shame because the place is very nice. Only the hosts provided excellent service.

I'm disappointed :( We ordered some chicharrón tacos from Ryb Eye, and they weren't chicharrón-y at all. The meat was dry, and the combination with peppers just doesn't work. We also ordered a picaña, which was flavorless and awful. The portions are okay, but the flavor is seriously lacking. We also ordered some corn ribs, and they were also lacking in seasoning :( As for the service, since we were the only table, it didn't take long. In short, the price and quality are terrible.

We went for breakfast; there's very little variety in the buffet, although the price seems attractive, but when you consider the quality and taste of the food, it turns out to be high. The only noteworthy thing was the friendliness.

Their tables are poorly maintained, and we kept getting splinters when we rested our hands on them. The ambiance is ruined by the events at the other restaurants in the courtyard, and the service is the only redeeming feature, as they attend to large tables promptly. The food, at least the wings, is bland and burnt, and you have to pay extra for the marinade even though the dish is called "marinated wings."

Food: It takes ages to bring out the trays, and when they finally do, they're very small, so they run out almost immediately due to the number of people. The little I managed to try was bland, lacking flavor or variety. Service: Virtually nonexistent; the servers were never attentive or available. Overall experience: It feels disorganized, uncomfortable, and not enjoyable.
