I went with my wife and baby on Children's Day, and the restaurant and hotel organized an event for them. My son had a great time, enjoying the event and the restaurant's play area, which is almost completely new and very well-equipped for young children. While my son enjoyed the event, we ordered food. It's worth noting that it was of excellent quality and flavor, and the portions were adequate. The mixed grill is highly recommended. The place is quite comfortable, well-decorated, and air-conditioned, which is very useful, especially during this hot season. The service was very good. The waiter was always attentive and gave us recommendations on what to order, since it was our first time there. The food was served relatively quickly. Since it's a hotel, parking is easy to find depending on the day you go. There was no charge for parking, and I was able to easily get in and out of the parking lot. The hotel and restaurant are located right off Highway 57, making them easily accessible for those traveling by car or public transportation. I'm looking forward to another opportunity to visit the restaurant.

Overall not a bad experience. The hotel is clean, the staff is kind and helpful. I only found it uncomfortable to take a shower: very little water comes out and it can be uncomfortable to wash yourself. The same thing from the bathroom sink, difficult to wash your face well. The staff is friendly but they don't leave you alone, every time I was sitting outside they would come to ask if I wanted something, several times and repeatedly. During breakfast or dinner they don't wait a second to clear the table (I've noticed this characteristic almost everywhere in Mexico). Overall ok experience.

I went to the buffet for breakfast on a Saturday. It costs $270.00 per person. They have a birthday promotion: if the birthday person is accompanied by two other people, their buffet is free. The food is good, the menudo is tasty, there's a good variety, and above all, the service is excellent. It's definitely a good option for breakfast in Querétaro.

I've been twice. The first time was fine; I really enjoyed the children's area, which my kids made good use of. However, the food didn't justify the cost of the breakfast buffet. The gorditas and quesadillas area was practically closed, and it was 10:30 am. On my second visit, the same thing happened with the food. Areas were almost closing, and it was 11:00 am on a Saturday. The hot food area had very few options, basically the same as on my first visit—nothing had changed. To top it all off, they charged me for my 3-year-old son's buffet, even though he only ate cereal, and I wasn't charged for it on my first visit.

Visited on a Sunday. The place is nice, the staff at the entrance are friendly, and the hostess is also friendly. The food experience is very average. There are few savory options, the stew bar is neglected, and the food is lukewarm, generally tasteless, and limited. Regarding the service, the waitstaff is very inattentive. They only offered me coffee once. They didn't even bring me a dessert spoon for my coffee (I used a fork; the waitstaff was conspicuous by its absence). 😬🫠 They don't bring table service (salsas, tortilla chips, bread, etc.). The redeeming feature is the handmade tortillas. That's why I gave them 3 stars. The bakery was good. I hope they improve the hot bar.

This isn't the first time we've visited this buffet, however, today, October 1st, I was very disappointed. The chef or head chef seemed to have forgotten that it was the Querétaro City Marathon, payday, and there were more visitors than usual. It was 11:40 AM and there was nothing left to offer: a stew with half-cooked chiles (which only had squash and a piece of bone with the meat hidden inside), scrambled eggs in red sauce (cold, if not ice-cold), the eggs cooked to order that you usually get at the bar of any buffet, fried tortilla chips (soaked in oil) so you could make your own pseudo-chilaquiles, quesadillas, juice, and fruit. The service today was deplorable. From the moment we were seated, it took 15 minutes to get a coffee. The attitude of the cooks was terrible; they refused to offer the few options because the kitchen staff wouldn't have lunch either (a comment I overheard from both cooks). I hope management takes note and makes some improvements. They should schedule events in the city, as more visitors are arriving daily, and prepare their kitchen staff to anticipate the increase in diners.

Debut y despedida. A la entrada, el lugar y la zona del restaurante parecían prometer más de lo que en realidad ofrecen. Fuimos al buffet y la experiencia fue muy decepcionante. Qué mala comida, caray. No hubo nada rescatable de lo que probamos. Ojalá que esta reseña los anime a mejorar su servicio.

We went this Sunday 04/06/2025 we ordered several things but the highlight was the ham that went bad to the point that I developed an illness in less than 40 minutes I had already taken the road as I could I got to a gas station and from there, what can I tell you, more than 15 visits to the WC, vomiting and intense diarrhea, I went to the measured one, they gave me antibiotics and today I am better 04/07/2025 but it turns out that my wife started with the same thing! It is unfortunate that they give spoiled food and damage the organism of their diners! First and last time I visit them !!

This is the second time I've had to be at this restaurant, and I can confirm the terrible service, even from the manager, who doesn't even care if you point out that they didn't serve you well at all. They don't even clear your plates, offer you more coffee, or take your order; you literally beg them to serve you. The food is awful.

I ordered a wrap that ended up sending me to the doctor with a terrible stomach ache and repeated vomiting... How is it possible that a place like this serves food in such poor condition? Obviously, I didn't eat there for the rest of my stay.
