Tiene una bella vista al río y al puente San Luís. La comida estuvo muy buena,el ceviche,el txuleton exquisito y los postre me encantaron. Tuvieron un gran detalle a la hora del postre por mi cumpleaños.🥰. Como critica constructiva,heche en falta que el camarero al llevar el vino no explicó lo que nos abría( Yo de vino entiendo pero hay personas que estaría bien que sepan lo que toma, más estando en una bodega). Pero en general todo muy bien y la atención de la bodega super buena tambien.

Un lugar mágico y de una calidad insuperable. La ubicación es un privilegio, las instalaciones preciosas, el servicio increíble (profesional y cercano a la vez) y la comida y carta de vinos un auténtico espectáculo. Ibo y su equipo estuvieron pendiente de todo. El mejor restaurante al que he ido en años. Si vas a Oporto no puedes perdertelo.

En lo alto de Vila Nova de Gaia, con el río Duero a sus pies y Oporto desplegándose al otro lado como un cuadro viviente, se alza el restaurante Vinum, de las Bodegas Graham’s, un lugar que combina el arte del vino con la excelencia gastronómica. Desde su terraza, las vistas son sencillamente magníficas: la ciudad, los puentes, las barcazas y la luz atlántica crean un escenario difícil de igualar. El espacio respira elegancia sin ostentación. La arquitectura mezcla tradición y modernidad con equilibrio, y el servicio mantiene ese nivel de atención que uno solo encuentra en las grandes casas, donde la hospitalidad se entiende como un arte. La cocina, por su parte, roza la perfección. Cada plato se elabora con producto local de primer nivel y una ejecución impecable. Entre las muchas delicias, merece mención especial un plato que sorprende incluso a los paladares más exigentes: las almejas, bañadas en una salsa que es, sin exagerar, la mejor que he conocido. Ligera, aromática y profundamente sabrosa, condensa el sabor del mar con una sutileza que solo un gran chef puede alcanzar. La experiencia se completa con una carta de vinos excepcional, fiel reflejo del saber vinícola de la casa Graham’s. Los blancos, vibrantes y expresivos, preparan el terreno; los tintos, elegantes y estructurados, invitan a la conversación pausada. Y el final, casi ritual, llega con una copa de Porto de 40 años: una joya líquida de complejidad infinita, con notas de frutos secos, miel y caramelo, cuyo final parece no tener fin. En definitiva, el restaurante de las Bodegas Graham’s no es solo un lugar donde comer bien: es una experiencia sensorial completa, donde la gastronomía, el vino y el paisaje dialogan con armonía perfecta. Un destino imprescindible para quien quiera descubrir lo mejor de Oporto con todos los sentidos.

Increíble la comida que sirven en este sitio, la calidad es excelente y además si lo acompañas con las vistas maravillosas a Oporto... No puedes pedir más. Los camareros/as son muy muy atentos y es todo un placer comer en este sitio. El precio no es económico, pero en mi opinión va totalmente a corde a la calidad ofrecida

Una experiencia para celebrar (¡y qué bien celebrada!) Fuimos por mi cumpleaños y, como siempre, mi marido acertó. La vista a la bodega es espectacular, el ambiente tranquilo y el servicio impecable: atentos, sin prisas y explicando cada plato con mimo. El carpaccio de gambas, delicado y con un toque de picante muy sutil; la merluza, en su punto perfecto y con una salsa que la hacía brillar. El pato, trabajado con maestría, fue pura delicia. Y el postre… un detalle precioso del equipo que redondeó una experiencia inolvidable. Vimun, sin duda, de 10.

My wife and I enjoyed a very memorable lunch at Vinum earlier this month. We were immediately impressed with the elegant dining room that provided beautiful views of the Douro river and Porto beyond. We selected the "Traditional" menu with the matching wines option, and we were not disappointed. Each dish was beautifully prepared, presented, and matched with a wine that complimented the food perfectly. Service was friendly, polite, and professional. Our visit to Vinum was a highlight of our trip to Portugal and we'd love to return if we have the opportunity.

Lovely view of Porto and Villa Nova Gaia. For a tasting before lunch with cheeses so that was our appetizer. The lunch was delicious. I had halibut with a cool crispy purple cauliflower, husband did the filet cooked perfectly and some sides and of course beautiful wine. Service was wonderful very attentive and helpful.

After visiting Graham's cellars, we had dinner at their onsite restaurant Vinum. We got a nice table on the terrace overlooking Porto bay. We shared a beef carpaccio ("coca" de rosbife) and had the Duck magret with brioche and foie gras. To finish we had a selection of cheese with 2 glasses of Six Grapes port. The food was very well presented and delicious. Service was very professional. An overall excellent experience!

Highly recommend if you also want to experience the wine tour which we did as well. If you don’t have a lot of time in Porto, I would book the Vin restaurant and the wine tour. The walk to the venue wasn’t that bad! We enjoyed the quiet hilly streets. The walk back helped digest our fulfilling meal and wine tour. Highly recommend for an all in one experience. The view from the top was simply beautiful.

There is ample space at and between all tables and the view over the river is sensational. The service was fabulous (I'm running out of positive adjectives now) and the food was to die for. The food is delicious especially the duck. It is tender and the sauce is so good. And the apple pine is amazing. It is crunchy at the bottom and topped with ice cream. If you come to Vinum for the view, you will not be disappointed. The scenery is nothing short of spectacular — one of those rare cases where the view genuinely steals the show. The food, however, is more of a mixed experience. Considering the price point, it feels solid but not exceptional, and overall a bit on the salty side for Korean palates — and that’s coming from someone who normally enjoys well-seasoned dishes. In hindsight, skipping the full tasting menu felt like the right decision. Service is where Vinum truly shines. The staff are attentive, warm, and fluent in English, striking a balance between professionalism and genuine hospitality. As expected from a Port wine house, desserts come with thoughtful Port pairings. The standout moment was the apple tart paired with a 30-year-old Port — a beautiful match, rich and harmonious. At over €30 per glass, it’s undeniably expensive, but in this case, entirely worth it. A place you visit for the view, stay for the service, and remember for that one perfect pairing.

Let me start like this. Considering the price (around 75 euros per person) it will not live to your expectations. Other than that, presentation of the food is gorgeous, view is breathtaking and service is done in a way that people is there to agree with you (not exactly good this last one)... However, at this price tag, specially in Portugal, I expect I much more refined taste, service and experience. Bolinhos, olive oil and bread were great but mains were just non memorable. Pudim dessert was also a great finish to share (dont do it by yourself, sugar high). Good to bring someone there for a view-like experience.

We chose to focus on seafood, and it was nothing short of impressive — fresh, creative, and full of personality. The wine list is… adequate. But to be fair, we are Italian, and we’ve been spoiled by our wine culture. Portugal, you’re well on your way — keep going! Overall, a truly exceptional dining experience. Highly recommended.

Vine muy ilusionada al restaurante. Llegué sin reserva y solo había disponibilidad en la terraza. En mi parte la luz era casi inexistente y gracias a la linterna del móvil del camarero pudimos ver la carta. La terraza es alucinante si no fuera porque de repente empieza a salir gente de dentro a hacer fotos y dependiendo de la educación no tienen problema en ponerse delante y taparte las vistas y si no tienes cuidado con el codo te dan mientras hacen sus fotos. La comida está bien pero relación calidad precio demasiado caro, pagas sin duda por las vistas si no te las tapan durante 10 minutos claro! También hay fallos en el servicio que sirven los platos y ni siquiera se dan cuenta que no hay cubiertos ni servilletas. Y por el precio podrían poner servilletas de tela.

The place, food and views were amazing. We had the Traditional menu, including the wine, and everything fit very well together. There were a few things with the service, that took the experience down a couple of stars. The table we'd reserved wasn't ready when we got there. Then the service once we got the table started out great, but as soon as a big group arrived, we were completely forgotten. The group managed to get both the main course, coffee, pay and leave, before we finally managed to get hold of a waiter. They apologised, but after forgetting a table for an hour in the middle of a pricy 5-course meal, that is not OK.

Really disappointed with this place. I’ll start with the positive, the terrace view is one of the best in the city. Unfortunately, that’s where it ends. From the outset it wasn’t clear how you’re supposed to engage with the venue. The entrance serves the shop, bar and restaurant, yet there was no one to greet us. We waited outside by a sign saying “please wait to be seated” and were ignored, so eventually walked inside, only to be met with an attitude that felt more like “what are you doing here?” than a simple welcome. We then asked, somewhat uncertainly by this point, whether we could sit outside on the terrace for a drink. Service didn’t improve. We waited an uncomfortably long time to order, eventually being served by a woman who appeared to be a supervisor, who began the interaction not by welcoming us, but by complaining about her staff. From sitting down to receiving two glasses of port and some olives took just under 30 minutes, something I know because we took photos. We were one of only two tables of two on the terrace. It wasn’t busy, so there’s really no excuse. Even going inside to find the toilet was unpleasant, with another member of staff, in a suit, adopting a holier-than-thou attitude that again made us feel unwelcome. It’s a real shame, because if it weren’t for the staff, this place has the potential to be a top recommendation. One additional point worth raising is the walk up to the venue. It’s steep, windy and not really pedestrian-friendly, with a very narrow path. Given there’s very little else in the immediate area, a simple free tuk tuk or golf buggy shuttle up and down would be a low-cost improvement and would make a big difference to the overall experience. Despite everything, I’d still suggest making the walk for the view alone. Just perhaps wait a year and hope a better-trained set of staff are in place by then.
