Chianti Il Ristorante is a great restaurant for a high-end Italian meal. I went on a Saturday night, and it was extremely packed. The seating is a bit limited, but there is a large large bar area with extra seating and an abundance of drink selections. The dinner menu had so many sophisticated Italian dishes. I ordered the tagliatelle bolognese, which consisted of house-made fettucine and bolognese ragù sauce. The pasta was cooked perfectly and the sauce was very rich. I also enjoyed the homemade bread. The prices are a bit high, but that’s to be expected for such high quality. I highly recommend dining here for an excellent meal in Saratoga.

My family and I went for dinner. We had never been before. If I had a complaint, it’s pretty loud in there. That said, food was excellent. Service was excellent. I’ll be back for sure. Most importantly, some customers were acting in a less than classy manner. It was most likely the owner, he took charge of the situation and didn’t subject his staff to address it. Excellent leadership!!

My wife and I celebrated our 35th anniversary last month, and it was a wonderful experience. Kierah was our server, and she did a marvelous job. Very knowledgeable about the menu, and assisted my wife in picking out a wine. She even put a candle in our dessert when she learned it was our anniversary! We were very satisfied, and wouldn't hesitate to come back or to recommend this place to others.

Had a wonderful dinner last night at Chianti celebrating a wedding. There were 29 of us and we were in a private room. The food was amazing--everything was just delicious! The service was incredible! Jon was our server (with Luke assisting) and they were just top notch! In fact, when we were leaving several of our family commented on how great the service was! The entire evening was 5 star! I would highly recommend Chianti for a special event--or just a delicious dinner out!

Came here while on a business trip, Chianti was highly recommended. We started off with the grilled octopus, which was delicious(not pictured) for dinner we ordered, the short rib, homemade pasta w/ shrimp and I had the lamb chops. The three of us did not talk much during the meal as we were too busy enjoying our individual dishes. My lamb was cooked as requested, only wish the chops were already separated. All of our dishes were seasoned perfectly(nothing extra needed). Our dessert we chose the cream puffs, they were okay not really favorable. If you are looking for a light and very min sweetness to your dessert, the puffs will be a good choice. I’d recommend and will return when I am back in the area.

Reservations are recommended. My girls and I went on a Saturday night and it was a wonderful experiences. The staff was very friendly and had our table ready. The food and drinks were incredible. I would come back 100% The worst thing about this restaurant is that you will want to order everything on their menu.

Very beautiful restaurant, was great upon entry by the host her name was Angel, very warm and welcoming! We sat at the bar, Sarah and Jess was phenomenal (my expresso martinis) And the end of dinner the manger Tim came over and thanks us for choosing his restaurant! It was truly an amazing dining experience, looking forward to my next trip.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Chianti Restaurant, and I must say that it was a truly phenomenal experience. As someone who loves Italian food, I had high expectations, and I am pleased to say that Chianti's exceeded them in every way. From the moment we entered the restaurant, the kindness and warmth of the hostesses immediately made us feel welcome. The level of service continued throughout the evening, with our two servers who were not only attentive but also incredibly sweet. The bussers were also diligent in ensuring that our dining area remained clean and tidy throughout the meal. Now, let's talk about the food. Every dish we ordered was an absolute delight. The calamari was perfectly cooked, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. The salad was fresh and bursting with flavor. The meatballs were a true highlight, with a rich and savory taste that satisfied every bite. As for my son, he indulged in the 20 oz dry-aged steak, which he declared to be one of the best he has ever had. I highly recommend Chianti Restaurant to everyone. Whether you are a fan of Italian cuisine or simply enjoy excellent food and impeccable service, Chianti's will not disappoint. The combination of exceptional food, friendly staff, and a welcoming atmosphere make it a must-visit for any food lover. The food and service were excellent. The original carpaccio was superb; the octopus was very tough; the filet tips in the risotto were good; the tiramisu was tasty. However, the noise level was uncomfortably high. I believe they added all these tables to fit more people in, but we couldn't hear ourselves talk.

Went for Valentine’s Day! Place was jam packed. Reservations for 7:45pm and seated quickly. Had shrimp appetizer, 2 specialty cocktails, all good. Free bread is always nice. Both mains came out fairly quick for it being so busy. I had the rib eye and the wife had linguine with clams and scallops. Both really good. Dessert on the house for us celebrating an anniversary as well. Had the homemade eclairs. Thank you Chianti! Will be back!

We booked an 8:30 reservation on a Saturday night, though we didn’t get seated until about 8:45. The atmosphere was genuinely lovely, and the staff couldn’t have been friendlier. I ordered the brasato (short ribs) and it was outstanding—melt-in-your-mouth good. The Tagliolini al Sugo di Salsiccia Piccante, on the other hand, was fine but didn’t really win me over. We wrapped up with the tiramisu, which was absolutely worth saving room for.

We were lucky to get a 7:15 reservation. You definitely need them on weekend. This place was recommended by a local bartender and it was told to us that they own three restaurants but this is their crown jewel. All of our dishes were delicious and had great presentation. Highly recommend the Carpaccio appetizers. Very pleased overall!

I went to Chianti for happy hour. I sat at once of the few hightops as the bar was packed. Because the bar was busy and only had two bar tenders that were preoccupied it took about 10 minutes to be greeted. As the night went on the service got better as the bar became less occupied. I went with three plates from the happy hour menu. They give out warm bread to start with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. The bread was crunchy on the outside yet soft on the inside. Calamari - this was my least favorite dish. The calamari was very bland and didn’t have much seasoning to it. I would have also have liked to see some hot peppers with the dish. Vodka pasta - the pasta came out scorching hot. The server came by with Parmesan. The pasta had god flavor and was cooked more on the Al dente side and had a little chew to it. My favorite plate was the Chianti Carpaccio. The truffle flavor was amazing and the meat was very tender. I would highly recommend this dish.

Made a reservation a month ago to celebrate my wife’s 40th here. As we prepared to head out, received a text notification that our reservation was cancelled without notice or reason. Upon calling, I was told there never a record of our reservation by whoever answered. When I asked to talk to a manger, I was hung up on. So I want to thank them for ruining my wife’s birthday.
