Opinions de Jacob & Anthony's American Grille Saratoga Springs
Food was fantastic, served at exactly the right times, drinks were made perfectly also. Service was friendly, polite and professional. I recommend to anyone visiting the Downtown Saratoga area.
Amazing food, staff very kind and accommodating. I am a little fussy with my seafood but not only was our server so sweet and told me not to be afraid to ask for what I want. The food was delicious.
Its a fantastic atmosphere and on a scale of 1 - 5 it was a 3 on how expensive it was. Had a fantastic romantic evening with my boyfriend yeah they have a couple pricey options but nothing mind blowing. Than i came back with a girlfriend of mine too have some drinks, the older male bartender they had in there made us the BEST mai tai ive ever had its a pineapple orange and cocnut drink and its fantastic ill def be stopping by on my way home more often!
Food & service (both at the bar) were wonderful! Prices were somewhat high, though, even during Happy Hour
(4) Business Professionals out for finer dining experience. Two were from out of town and I wanted to give them a "Taste of Albany". I met them @JacobandAnthonys Styvesant Plaza after making a reservation. Mariah/Moriah was our server and she was excellent - in today's COVID work force era, she was most definitely a seasoned hospitality server. We skipped appetizer and salad Entrees: Salmon with Risotto / Caesar Salad w. Grilled Shrimp, (2) Chicken Parm entrees. None of us could finish. Flavorful, plentiful, good plate presentation. Pear Martini , Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and the Bodega Malbec. Mariah/Moriah checked on us numerous times at the opportune moment to assure we were set with beverages, bread and water. Wishing this independent restaurant the best with the Add On Construction. If you are in the uptown Albany area, recommend you dine at J & A's - in Stuyvesant Plaza. Great dining experience!
Filling and tasty twist on brunch selections. A better selection and quality bottomless drinks. Dinner is filling with a nice twist on a classic steak dinner with a gorganzola crust. Probably should have reviewed the dinner sooner than a year later, but hey...
We threw a large party for 120 people. It was incredible - atmosphere, service and food were total perfection. Everyone raved and we couldn't have been happier.
Excellent food and service. The hostess and server were charming. We enjoyed our meal and drinks and will be back. We definitely recommend!
Both my wife and I enjoyed 2 fantastically prepared meals ! Our server Juanita was attentive, prompt, and had a charming smile and personality. I highly recommend the experience!
We love Jacob & Anthony's! Food is excellent and the atmosphere is perfect! Plenty of room, spacious dining room, awesome bar and outdoor dining is also available! Perfect location, just off Broadway, parking garage across the street. Don't miss this one!
The service was A+, top notch, amazing--Jacob was one of the best waiters I've ever had. Food was plentiful and delicious, and the atmosphere was classy yet cozy and I had an amazing experience. This easily makes my top five list in Saratoga!
Excellent food and service. We were originally seated by the bar but our group wanted to chat and that was not possible there. When we asked for another table they moved us without hesitation.
It was wonderful. The wait staff there are friendly and want to please all. The food was as good as usual and we have to say it is one of our favorite places to dine. Thanks to all and so happy you are back open..
We have visited for 6 out of last 8 yrs with a small party of at least 22 -26 on Alabama race day at Saratoga..Was there last Saturday night 8/17/24..Dinner was very very good..Burrata salad with perfect Jersey Tomatoes..Sea Bass with Tomato Risotto was off the charts..Decent wine list and great cocktails..Highly recommend
Actually they were good. We got pan seared ahi tuna appetizer which was way better than we expected (like, I 1000% want it right now just mentioning it, so it's something you should get if you like tuna), shrimp papardelle which was better than we expected, and steakhouse burger and honestly everything was better than we expected and we really recomend this place. Service is great too. Not many places that are a recommend in saratoga
Fantastic meal! Jambalaya with shrimp was amazing, the cabernet beef filet was the best I've ever had. Fun, engaging service staff. Parking literally at the front door! Top notch!!!!!
It was my 11 year old son's birthday and our server Madison was awesome.... she made him feel so important and the food was great amd the service was quick. Thanks Madison
We stayed at the Hampton Inn right next door and the hotel recommended this restaurant. We ate dinner and were very impressed with the service and atmosphere. The selection of food was amazing and reasonably priced. Great safe location within easy walking distance of downtown.
We had a great experience tonight! They have a new french fry that's really good. Glad they changed up their menu. Everything was delicious and our waitress Angel was awesome!
Great food, friendly service. The private dining room was great for our meeting and the space for our celebration was perfect. The staff were attentive and worked fast and flawlessly.
The manager Chris was amazing. I had been calling other places in Saratoga thag would accommodate a group of 15 and split checks and had trouble finding what we were looking for. Chris let us rock and let us do whatever we wanted. Even hooked us up with a private section near the bar. When more people than anticipated showed up, Chris and his staff added another table without hesitation. The food was great, atmosphere even better. It was a great way to kick off my 30th birthday. Appreciate everything, 12/10 will be back!
Went Christmas Eve. Place very busy. Waitress was lovely. Had chicken parm with the most amazing pasta. Got to enjoy dinner twice as servings are large. Can't wait to return.
Great food and such a lovely staff!!!
Food was very good. Seafood chowder was great. We were here for a graduation and had 10 guests. Great peroneal service.
We had a great meal! Our server looked a little salty at first, but he turned out to be great (there was a private party and it looked like he got hosed doing double-duty between them and the dining room). The bread and compound butter is a super way to start. We had a Wedge Salad and the spring rolls, both were well done! I ordered the Milanese and the fiancee had the 8 oz Filet, perfectly prepared and delicious. Great service and delicious culinary delight, what's not to like?
I recently visited this establishment and I was quite pleased! The food was a bit on the pricier side, but when considering the quality, it was well worth it! To top things off our server of the night named Sophie was an absolute doll and made the experience 5 stars. I would definitely recommend making the trip if you're in the area. Excellent food, nice atmosphere, and great drinks… what else can you ask for?
Went here after a long day of sightseeing in Hyde Park. Drinks were on point. Bread is to die for. Easy to eat light if desired. Glad it was a short walk back to the hotel. Definitely will return next time in the area.
Great service and food! The only criticism is that the chicken in the jambalaya was very dry. Yes, it was in a sauce, but the chicken was not moist at all, and it negatively impacted the dish overall. Taste of the jambalaya was great, but I picked out the chicken towards the last half of the dish bc the chicken was so not moist
My husband and I had a wonderful meal with great service by Sonja J! She was professional and very personable. The General Manager Kevin was right there alongside the staff ensuring a great experience. We were so happy to see the signature chowder back on the menu and the filet were cooked perfectly! Definitely planning a return visit.
Great food+service! It was raining so we couldn't sit on the patio but we had a lovely table with a large group+a most attentive waitress! A good time was had by all! We were in town for the track+would love to come again!
Delicious meal, wonderful conversation with Ronnie, our waiter, who was excellent and very knowledgeable about wine. The General Manager, Kevin, graciously stopped by our table to speak to us. Recommend this restaurant to anyone who stays in Saratoga. Food was outstanding!
Dined with 7 others, when our food arrived, our server (different than our waitress) didn't asked who had ordered what. He knew exactly what each of us had ordered! Not earth shattering but I was impressed. Food was awesome, check this place out!
My Nephew just passed away and after the funeral we wanted a restaurant with good food and atmosphere. We were so distraught and Kevin did such a wonderful job helping us. The food was absolutely delicious and so was the atmosphere. Kevin took care of everything and could not have been nicer. I highly recommend this restaurant and ask for Kevin to help you out. We were so pleased. Thank you Kevin and God bless.
Dang - what a place! Food was excellent. The biggest surprise was the blue cheese dressing. House made -outstanding. They offered to give me some to go (it was that good) but i I live in another state. Everything was delicious. Absolutely worth the cost. Great experience. Don’t miss it.
Brunch is always great and service is awesome. Today my furlong burger was overcooked but they offered me another one and I declined. Not only did they make me one for the road, because honestly even though the first one was overcooked it was still delicious, but they took the burger off of our bill as well. Love the Sunday brunch and bottomless beverages!!!
We had a party of six meet there for a reunion dinner and the service was impeccable and the food was delicious. The restaurant has a unique ambiance and warm atmosphere. The chicken picatta and filet mignon were both menu items that we recommend.
O my goodness.. my food was Amazing and the bar tender was sweet as pie. 4 months ago I had to travel upstate for work. My coworker and I had a taste for Italian so we googled locally and found Jacob & Anthony's... To this day I cannot stop thinking about my food. 😫 I can honestly say it was one of the best dishes I've ever had. (this says a lot because I'm a foodie) I just pulled up the menu to tell you all the name of my dish and sadly it's not on it 😲😲 😫 How is this possible? The dish I've been dreaming about and seriously thinking about driving 4 hrs to taste again isn't on the menu!?!? 😔 I had Chicken over Risotto Somebody please just send me the recipe. You would make this Queen so happy
We came in tonight, a party of 10 adults and 4 kids, for my dad's surprise 60th birthday and Ronnie was our waiter. From the moment we walked in, the staff was extremely friendly, everything was exceptionally clean, and service was absolutely outstanding. Ronnie was extremely attentive, sparked up lots of conversation with everyone, gave recommendations, and really took the time to include the kids (menu options, brought plain butter for their bread, etc). The food was outstanding, drinks were delicious and kept full, and we all left very very satisfied. For a majority of the party, it was our first time dining at Jacob and Anthony's, and there is no doubt that we will all dine there again. Huge props to Ronnie for an absolutely perfect night for my dad and the exceptional service you gave. We cannot thank you enough!
Joined a group for a few drinks before departing. Wondering space, solid service and a very good drink. I would return.
We were a party of 6, visiting for the races, dining here for the first time. The meal was outstanding from start to finish. The menu had a great variety of creative appetizers. All steaks were cooked perfectly. The service was exceptional. Our waiter Ronnie was super helpful about things around town and the manager Keith was attentive to our table.
I came here on a school trip. Ordered from the regular menu. My colleagues and I really loved all the food. The portions were very generous, the service was outstanding, and the atmosphere was very nice. The only negative thing I would have to say is that they charged not only a fee for using a credit card, but also another type of fee in addition. They also made a mistake with the bill, which I brought to their attention and they corrected, but they said that no one had ever noticed that. Makes me wonder how many people have overpaid for their food. Hopefully that will not happen again.
Great place to eat! Friendly. Great food and service. New manager was attentive. Love this place. Made date night special again. Been going here for 13 years. Thanks for an over the top experience. Keep it up!
A great place for happy hour and group get togethers!
Our work party of 8 chose Jacob & Anthony's to celebrate the year's achievements. The service from making the reservation to the evening end was top notch. Our appetizers, wine recommendations, entrees and desserts were enjoyed by all. One guest had an issue with her filet temperature however the manager was prompt and professional in remedying the dish. Am glad we chose this spot to ring out the year and enjoy a great evening.
This has been our favorite Happy Hour place for a while. The bar is large enough so you can typically get a seat. Bartenders are quick and friendly. The crispy chicken wings and the soft tacos are my go to choices that are consistently great. Highly recommend! This review was made in connection with a Toast promotion
Amazing meal. The team at Jacob & Anthony’s was awesome, and they made sure every detail was on point. Will eat there again. Reasonably priced. Menu is smaller but executed to perfection!
We went to The Grille for the first time. Doug was our bartender and our drinks were perfect as well as our service. Food was delicious. We will be back!
My organization had a private event in the bar area with a great selection of dinner-worthy hors d'ouevres and a very friendly staff. Definitely a great place for a social event!
One of the most under the radar restaurants in Saratoga! Keith & his team do a great job! Friendly, clean, and excellent food!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
For years this has been the most consistent spot for awesome atmosphere, genuinely caring service, and exceptional food. It has been, and will be the place we go for everything from "date-night" to large family gatherings. The staff, both front of the house and the kitchen staff really bring it!
Went here during restaurant week. They had great 3 course specials 25$, 35$, and 45$. Ordered a Pineapple Margarita and a Rum and Coke which were both nicely done. Spicy Rigatoni and Chicken Marsala with Risotto instead of pasta for entrees which were both delicious. But the best course was Jacob's Chowder as an appetizer. Hot, creamy, and full of seafood it was the best chowder I've ever had. Chocolate cake with a chocolate mousse layer ended it nicely. This place is worth visiting without restaurant week.
We came to Saratoga on an autumn weekend trip. Most of the luxury restaurants didn't make reservations in advance, so I had to wait 2-3 hours, so I came back to the hotel and came to this restaurant right next to me because I remembered the hotel gave me a 10% discount coupon. The restaurant waitress was so friendly and all the plates were good, starting from the bread before the meal.
FANTASTIC FOOD WITH OUTSTANDING SERVICE! We had such a great experience in this restaurant that we are looking forward to return on our next visit to Saratoga Springs. The food was excellent, the filet mignon, ahi tuna, salmon with pear and walnut and the chicken parmesan were so delicious we couldn't stop cleaning the plate with bread! My children loved it and our server, Angelique was the best, very polite and efficient.
Food was really good, I had the Jambalaya on one visit, it was really good. I had their Chowder on another visit,,,,,,excellent!
It's nice. Been here a couple times, once for New year's and the second a going away party. I had a 'chicken picata' type dish with artichokes and capers the last time I was there, it was excellent. I would call this place a bit more formal, and you can find lots of inexpensive items on the menu as well.
Food, waitress and atmosphere were excellent!! Took a very long time tk get our meals and our dessert though. Too long, as far as my entire party, given they were not that busy. All in all we all were veey pleased with our meals. We would definitely come back
The place was quiet. The decor is very upscale with a casual dining experience. The burger was great and the eggplant was awesome. Price is right. The menu though is limited. Service was excellent. Waitress was attentive.
Food is very good, but can't cook steak as ordered. Asked for medium rare, got medium well. Mentioned to waitress and although I was going to eat it the manager insisted on bringing me another one. This one came to me rare. Seems they're not quite adept at properly cooking to the correct temp
Food was really good and I enjoyed the Peanut Butter White Russian. Delicious drink! Only downfall was that it was a little cold in the restaurant.
Great place for dining. Good selection of food menu including large vegetarian options
Husband & I have visited several times. Only reason 4 stars instead of 5 is high prices. Steak delicious, mushroom risotto to die for. Wait staff friendly & attentive. Walking distance to our home. Great for an occasional treat night. Bar serves my brand of vodka that many downtown restaurants have discontinued.
Food was good and service was great. I had the jambalaya, spicy and good flavor.
The dinner was great, my drinks which were double gins @$25 a pop were served with old dry limes. Which, when paying 25 a drink, I want a fresh lime. Other than that, my steak was great and my family's food was good.
The overall food experience was good. Little bit pricey for what you're getting but that's the world we live in ,and Saratoga for you. The overall food price does not consider drinks.
I had to take the overall star down to 3 and here is why: The food was good, but my boyfriend said there was no soap at all in the men's room. They were not busy, and it was about a half hour after they opened. The women's room had a tiny bit of soap, so apparently, they don't find soap a useful tool in the restaurant business.
Just visited the restaurant on this past Saturday evening. Ordered a grilled chicken sandwich, fries and an Amaretto sour drink. Since the sandwich comes with bacon, I requested no bacon. I didn’t have to wait long for it. However, I went to take my first bite and tasted some meat product. I open the sandwich and found heavily crusted bacon inside. My server apologized and brought it back to have a new batch made. I requested that it not only have no bacon, but not be cross contaminated. It took an extremely long time for me to get my new chicken sandwich as well as fries. At the end, my server comped me for the sandwich but I spent way more time than I needed and wanted at the restaurant. If it wasn’t for the sandwich debacle, it would’ve been a perfect experience.
The service was amazing and the atmosphere was classy but still comfortable. Our waitress was lovely. The wine was great and served at the respective temperatures that they were best enjoyed at. You could tell that they used quality ingredients and the food was good, but I would have preferred if the food was more seasoned.
I would say overall this restaurant was pretty par for the course. It presented as almost an expensive fine dining restaurant but it didn't follow through as such. The service was not good. Our waitress wasn't swamped because we came in before dinner rush and she had three tables total the whole time we were there. She forgot bread, multiple times. Forgot straws, multiple times. Forgot to refill drinks. And just seemed not entirely interested in our table. The food again was about the same. I can say that for 3/4 of the table, we were disappointed. I just had the burger, and I asked for medium rare, it was more on the medium well side, and one of the other guests was served, what he described as spaghettios, or hamburger helper instead of jumbolia. I would find a different restaurant next time I visit.
We had multiple sides and they were all fantastic, the burger was great for my first day! The second day I went there I ordered their 45day dry aged ribeye for $67 and it was the worst tasting steak I’ve ever had. I thought it was just me so I had a few friends try it and they all said the same thing. I didn’t even eat half of it, instead I ate the chicken wings that we ordered as an appetizer. Service was great, expect to spend a pretty penny if you want to eat here but overall it was a good experience
The food was average. The burrata salad was almost tasteless; my niece had a wedge, and that was actually fine. I also had the crispy wings, and they were cooked very well. The price was reasonable. I liked the atmosphere.
Food is good but service is less than imagined. We had only one person’s water refilled when all the rest were empty and never really saw our waiter. Based on the service we won’t be back.
Very nice atmosphere and friendly staff. Unfortunately we were unimpressed quiet night yet very slow service. I had a $39 filet which was extremely salty and overcooked with a lump of cold mashed potatoes. Waitress never stopped back to check on us. My wife enjoyed her salmon. We voted with our feet and will look elsewhere in the future.
Called to make reservations for a special anniversary dinner. When we arrived the dinging room was closed and we had to eat in the bar. I asked what happened in the dining room, and we were told the dining room was usually closed on Sundays during slow season. When I suggested that this should relayed to people making reservations, the host was very rude with his comments. That being said, our server was great and the food was delicious.
Well, our food was wonderful and so was our waitress. It was our 15 wedding anniversary, we made reservations and got all dressed up. They put us at a booth, right next to the bathroom, sticky/wobbly table in the bar area. I guess I was just disappointed they couldn't be more considerate to seat us in the dining room on such a special day. For the 2 of us our bill was over $250 and for that price they should have given us a candle lit roof top dinner.... Kidding.. but don't stick me between the bar and bathroom 😵💫 geez.
This restaurant is very nice, except it is overpriced and the portions are terrible. I ordered their version of seafood gumbo what I receivedwas exactly one shrimp , one piece of sausage and mostly it had onions and green peppers in it. I mentioned it to our server and she just said that's the way they do things here. My husband's meal was not that much better. Very disappointed. We will definitely not return.
Food, service and atmosphere was very good. But.... I specifically ordered the crab cake sandwich of the brunch menu which was $14. When they gave me the check they billed me for the Lunch crab cake sandwich, which was $20. That was very shady. I got a big problem when restaurants pull this move with brunch and menu items that are similar and they pull the switch to increase the bill. Very common. So beware of Jacoby and Anthony's pulling this scam on you.
Wasn't impressed. I ordered eggplant stack appetizer and it was awful. Nothing unique here. Slice of Panko breaded eggplant with a slice of zucchini, a blob of thick tomato sauce, motz cheese. That's it. Big deal. No imagination. You get 3. I ordered the pear & walnut salad for dinner, ordered large. Dissapointed as well. It tasted dry, no dressing for the first half, about 4 pear " sticks " and a few walnuts. As I was eating it they either forgot it was a large salad and dumped it upside down in a bigger bowl....or the made it upside down, dressing first, then a pile of Shaved carrots, then the mixed greens on top of that. It was weird. For a Saturday night in Saratoga during racing season it wasn't busy. I was there 6pm - 9pm. Once you get a look at the menu prices you'll know why. $67 for a ribeye. My salad was $19 ! Place looked fairly new inside but it was cheaply decorated, except for the horse portraits in the private room.+1 Restrooms clean and actual rooms instead of " stalls " +1 First time and last time eating here.
First time and last time going to this restaurant. We brought our 3 kids to lunch there and quickly placed an order. We were one of the first families there...and what seemed like an eternity, it was about 45 minutes later when we received are food. I told my wife they must be slaughtering the cow for my burger (which turned out to be average). We'd probably give it another shot had we not waited as long as we did for our food. Not willing to take that risk again with 2 toddlers and a baby.
We came here during dinner time, 5 pm during the week. It was empty before the rush came in. It’s sunny outside but dark inside. Hard to see and read the menu. Why the music was playing so extremely loud? No one’s in there. Can barely hear what the person next to me was saying! Food was ok. But took SO long to come out. Atmosphere was terrible. Ambiance was nice. Seriously, cannot hear a word inside. You have to scream.
Do not order the hamburger. Horrible after taste. Which made me sick 30 minutes after eating it. They used some type of vinegar flavor. No juiciness, very dry
I have never been so disappointed in a restaurant as I have in this one. I ordered a ceaser salad with a side ahi tuna. The 3 slices of tuna were paper thin and so small i couldn't believe my eyes. They charged 12.00. Pathetic! They charged us a fee for using a credit card and we never used one. Added the tip in and that was calculated on the CC fee as well. 2 drinks , 2 salads and 6 tiny pieces of tuna cost $95.00 we walked away hungry. I should have taken a picture.
Overpriced. I know what a good steak is worth - this was not a good steak. I had the Caesar salad to start - the small size was generous. It was a very standard Caesar salad but some of the romaine pieces had turned brown, which should be unacceptable in a higher end dining establishment. I had the 8 oz filet which I asked to be cooked rare. The first thing I noticed when the meat came out was that it had a visceral smell to it - like it had been cooked with liver. Pretty scary. The meat was cooked medium well, not rare. The Menu indicated the steak would be a accompanied by mashed potatoes and onion straws. What came out was what appeared to be French’s fried onions mixed into the mashed potatoes like a four-year-old might concoct. The mashed potatoes were tasty and seemed like they would’ve been great on their own but the option wasn’t there because it came out pre-mixed with the fried onion bits. And hindsight I should have complained and returned the meat. Unfortunately I was a little pressed for time and hungry. I took half of the meal home but will not finish it. The wines by the glass list is pretty good. The bartending staff is friendly and attentive. But the above meal with two glasses of wine was literally $100 with tip Absolutely not worth it. I have no problem spending good money on great food so won’t be going back here. Interestingly enough if you use Yelp to find steak houses in Saratoga Springs this one does not come up. Good!!
Absolutley HORRIBLE experience. My husband ordered a $52.00 steak that came with french fries and was so oily he could not even finish the meal. When we provided feedback on the meal the waiter said he would take it off our bill -well that was not true he could only take half off. Worse yet me and my husband got food poisioning from not even the digusting steak but the chicken wings. This was Saturday night and today Monday we are still feeling the effects of our horrible experience. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Outside of getting sick from their food, the prices are outrageous for a less than stellar food experience. I understand now why the hotel we were at who recommended this place also provided us coupons -red flag #1.
Wonderful waitress who was very attentive. Place was not busy at all on a Saturday . Dining room only had a few tables full . The food was ok. The wings the men said were very good, everything else very small servings compared to the past. Pricey for what you get. To have fries with a sandwich is a addon of $3 dollars N one does this . Better food options in Saratoga but a easy place to get a reservation as its not crowded and a good location.Managera negative go to TO 550
I looked at Jacob and Anthony’s menu on February 1st online and made reservations for Valentine’s Day weekend with the impression that their menu prices were true and cheaper than the other places in saratoga. I call back on February 10th to confirm I still have reservations and I take another gander at their online menu… I find out that they JACKED up all their prices for Valentine’s Day weekend to $70 a steak and all other menu items. If I knew that in the first place then I would have made a reservation to a fancier place and somewhere like 15 church or mouzon house. But now I can’t get reservations to them places because it is too late. Needless to say I am UPSET and might not even show up when the time comes. NOT COOL! Ok so our first experience was HORRIBLE. Waited for the food for an hour. The people next to us walked out. The food sucked and was cold. I had to get up and walk around to find the manager and finally told him about our bad food. He didn’t have the guts to come to the table so he sent a server. Not good & never again. Don’t do it people.
I’m never one to leave reviews but this was by the far worst experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant. My boyfriend and I came here last night for Valentine’s Day for our first and absolute last time. Our reservation was at 645, we didn’t leave until 9pm!!! It took 2 hours for no reason because the restaurant itself was not busy and I think I see why. Our very first impression upon entering was the hostess was very rude and unpleasant. She asked for our name and then rudely said “let me go clear off your table since no one else around here can do it” we immediately got a bad taste in our mouth and almost left right there. Upon being seated it took our waitress 15 minutes to even come greet us, 45 minutes before we had any food in front of us, we got our appetizers and salads before we even got bread. My boyfriend got a $92 steak that had absolutely zero seasoning on it. There were other couples surrounding us sending their steaks back for the same reason. A couple next to us waited 30 minutes before our server asked how their food was, they asked for salt and pepper as the steak had no seasoning on it, the waitress then took another 10 minutes before bringing the salt and pepper to them and by the time she did the women said her food was already cold they had been here for 2 hours already and she no longer wants it. The waitress didn’t come ask us how our food was until we were almost done therefore my boyfriend didn’t get to ask for more seasoning for his steak. We got the option where dessert was included but they didn’t even give you an option of what to pick, they just bring one out to you. We had the option of cheesecake or chocolate cake which we sent the cheesecake back and asked to have the chocolate instead and the surrounding tables stayed dirty for the 2 hours we were there. For a bill of $250 for TWO people. The service and the food needs to be way better. I will never come back and will tell people to stay away from this place. We went to longhorns 2 weeks ago and had better food and service for $70. Save your money and do not come here.
HORRIBLE. Food was way over priced, and mediocre at best. I have had better service at diners, had to call over multiple servers to get anything! It took 2 hours to eat. Will never return.
