Probably the best bar we visited in Sauze d'Oulx Great food, especially if you like a spectacular steak 🥩 and the cheesy chips are second to none! Entertainment every night was to a good standard and really got the crowd going.

Me as part of a group of 2, 1 night , and a group of 9 another night . I have to whole heartedly recommend the tomahawk steak. 1 of if not the best ever!!! Staff where brilliant, joined in on the party. Best atmosphere. Love to you all.

Accogliente e dall'atmosfera familiare, un locale vivace e ben frequentato.

Cena per due a base di carne ovviamente! Picanha marinata alla perfezione, morbida e tenera. Prezzi nella norma. Staff cortese e servizio attento.

Locale top in town. Molto bello e spazioso tutto in legno. Sempre pieno e divertente in inverno. Prezzi bassi e ottime birre. Musica fino a tarda notte tutti i giorni, molto frequentato da inglesi e olandesi durante il periodo di sci ! Personale molto gentile , andateci !!

E' un pub, quindi aspettatevi cibo e servizio da pub. Nel contesto il cibo e il servizio è buono. Prezzo nella media di Sauze.

Internamente molto ben curato in stile montano. Molto cortesi i camerieri. Musica dal vivo ottima.... molto coinvolgente.

A very popular bar with a music programme throughout the week. There is strict control on where you sit and even if you approach the bar to look at the beers you might be told to return to your seat as its table service. Mixer drinks can be provided with free flow mixers but later served with more expensive bottles! I rate the place for its beers and music but I prefer a more relaxed environment.

Being in Sauze 3 months now as working in the hotel in the area. Went there mostly after 11 pm. Food is a bit overpriced. I am vegetarian, meaning complicated on food in restaurants, but I think my colleagues did enjoy in their food. I did enjoy it in cheese and salad. There are not many options for vegetarians, and carbs are predominantly everywhere in all other places I visited. Excuse is always : "This is Italia." Reading other reviews, I feel a need to explain something to English people here. This is NOT A RESTAURANT in the way I would understand "The restaurant. " This is more of a pub. A bar. Which serves food as well. Basic menúes that Italians think English people will ask for. You serve to an Englishmen a meat and chips or fish and chips and the Englishmen are satisfied. Give them beers (any kind of beers) to wash it off, and you have basically happy customer. Based on my 7 years of life in England, I couldn't agree with this idea more. Miravallino itself, I don't think it's meant to be a high-end restaurant. This is the place for ordinary people with ordinary taste and not making too much fuss about anything. When staff tells you to "shut up" once you complain about something, that is not to personally insult you! It's their way of being friendly, or at least they think they are. It comes from American movies, I guess. They are actually acting too familiar with you. It's italian style in super busy places. It comes as a shocking behaviour to English people, I know. But let's get that broomstick out of yours.... European people do know about Brexit. Be aware of that. What we can not tolerate is British people acting like they are entitled to something. You are not. The same thing will happen to you wherever you go with this attitude if you want to travel around Europe, Mediterranean in particular. You came here to ski, drink, eat, again drink and again drink and party. So enjoy in colourful experience of Italia, meeting italian cultural origin from the first hand. Now, to continue about my experience in Miravallino. It's one of "The Most" Popular places for night out in the area. Music is from local bands' live performance of all genres to DJ playing different types of music depending on the day. It's a place where it is a bit for everyone. Mainstream. No goth or cyberpunk music. It's a place for all ages, where you can simply eat, drink, sit, pose, pretend to be better than anyone around you (some faces will never smile), be boring all night long, or be natural and on fire on the dance floor. People come in dressed up in their own mood. Some like to look like they were just on the first page of "Vogue," where others will just come in their skiing gear with heavy boots and skiing sunglasses, leaving the skiis outside 😅. They have their "thing." I have seen an Italian/Spanish actor. He was almost invisible, apart from being good-looking. So if you are a celebrity, no one will really notice you or pay any attention to you. You will be safe here to have your night out as all unknown people. No paparazzi chasing you around. You can celebrate your birthday with sparkling candles and having your own cake to share there. When staying here several months, you get familiar with the staff, and they treat you as a friend. They are very professional and friendly to everyone unless you misbehave or are arrogant. Miravallino is, (as all other places in the hospitality industry here are) a long years family business, and they are serious about it. The family. You are only visitor here. Security guys are not to mess with. Some English speaking guests in particular like to get drunk and lose control and inhibitions, which is not acceptable in Italia. But Italian men will always throw some sexist comments on good-looking females. It's part of their macho inheritance. Don't take it as an insult. If you don't want to mess with security, then behave. Or else. 😁 Altogether, if you want to have a fun night out, this place is not to be missed.

Classico pub senza pretese, con piatti classici passabili tipo hamburger con patatine. Io son stato a novembre e mi è stato detto che non essendo ancora alta stagione, non avevano quasi nulla da mangiare e così ho preso un hamburger e via. Era tutto vuoto però è andata.

Cibo nulla di speciale ho preso una pasta all'amatriciana e mi hanno assicurato che sarebbero stato di sicuro più di 100gr, sono arrivati dei piattini miseri, buoni per carità ma non sono 100gr. Servizio senza infamia e senza lode. Ambiente accogliente e grande con musica CI STA, peccato per i bagni che lasciano a desiderare, non c'è il pulsante per il phone, ma soprattutto i "bocchettoni di ricircolo dell'aria sono pieni di muffa, non molto conformi alle norme HACCP richieste e aspettate da un locale che serve dei prodotti alimentari. Inoltre sul menù non c'è scritto da nessuna parte ma arrivati al momento dell'ordinazione ci viene detto dallo staff che dopo le 20,30 non fanno più hamburger (piatto per il quale eravamo venuti). Tutto questo mentre nel giro di dieci minuti veniva servito un hamburger al tavolo di fianco. Esperienza rasente al pessimo, mi spiace ma non lo consiglio.

Posto indegno di qualsiasi attenzione, siamo arrivati alle 20:55 e ci comunicano che alle 20:30 non avrebbero più fatto hamburger. Ovviamente quando abbiamo chiamato per prenotare non ci è stato comunicano nulla di tutto ciò. Le dosi della pasta insignificanti rispetto al prezzo e di qualità scadenti a mio parere. Nel complesso non ci tornerò mai più.

Ci siamo trovate a pranzo a mangiare con la porta spalancata con sotto zero fuori, perché avevano un evento la sera. Un’Insalata di contorno che era dimensione bacinella con tanto di mozzarella (e chi l’aveva chiesto?). Arrosticini fatti chissà quando, che non riuscivi a far passare nella gola nemmeno bevendo. Alla fine di fronte al nostro feedback poco contento, ci hanno provato pure farci pagare tutto mandando alla cassa uno che non ci entrava niente (espresso da loro). Siamo uscite con le bestemmie e tanto di parolacce lanciate dal responsabile. Fate attenzione se non volete rovinarvi il pomeriggio.

RESPONSABILE DI SALA INCOMPETENTE Ci sediamo alle 21, arriva la cameriera per ordinare, vogliamo ordinare un hamburger e ci viene detto che non si possono ordinare dopo le 20:30 (leggendo altre recensioni è una cosa che fanno spesso). Chiediamo di parlare con il responsabile di sala, visto che questa informazione non ci viene data quando prenotiamo. Ci viene detto che il responsabile era troppo occupato e non poteva venire da noi (in teoria il suo lavoro sarebbe quello di gestire la sala tra cui le problematiche che vengono fuori). Ceniamo con cibo di qualità discutibile, arriva poi il conto e richiediamo per la seconda volta di parlare con il responsabile, arriva dicendoci che in realtà gli hamburger erano finiti, e con tono molto arrogante ci chiede anche il nome della cameriera che ci ha dato questa informazione. Invece di scusarsi e chiarire la situazione, ha un atteggiamento sgarbato e quasi aggressivo. Abbiamo ordinato anche delle patatine che non ci sono mai arrivate. Responsabile che non sa gestire lo staff e neanche le problematiche che succedono in sala. Prima di riempire i locali imparate ad essere educati con i clienti.

Racconto la pessima avventura vissuta in questo locale, se così sì può chiamare. Stiamo nel 2026 dove dovrebbe esserci integrazione sociale sentirsi dire , alla mia domanda se c'era la possibilta ( mentre abbiamo cenato) di vedere la partita del Napoli ( premesso che già avevano trasmesso altre partite ) la risposta di un maleducato e razzista personaggio all'interno di questo localino è stata: trasmettiamo tutte le partite tranne quelle del Napoli . Chiamarvi razzisti è poco vi meritate solo i maranza nei vostri locali. Siete pessimi.

MAI PIÙ. IL CAMERIERE É SCORTESE E INSULTA LE PERSONE ALL’INGESSO. Non avevo visto il mio tavolo e in maniera cattiva e non giocosa ha osato insultar mi affermando che ero cieco e dovevo fare una vista agli occhi. In questo momento storico, dove la discriminazione sta venendo sconfitta da una popolazione di giovani in grado di accettare tutte le diversità, una persona del genere non è adatta alla ristorazione. Menomale che non ho mangiato da voi e me ne sono andato prima, perché se il cibo fosse stato come il servizio molto probabilmente sarei già a cena con il creatore. Impariamo l’educazione e magari dopo cominciano a lavorare. Fai te la visita alla vista che io vedo abbastanza bene da sapere dov’è il mio tavolo e non andare addosso alle persone spingendole. L’educazione è un lusso che non tutti possono permettersi

Food was ok but the service was zero star - specifically the short man with the grey hair and glasses. Started off friendly enough but soon became apparent he is a perfect example of the worst service.

Not very veggie friendly and service was rubbish. I’ve had their veggie burger and was so basic and tasteless. Staff was also rude. They dropped food on the floor, forgot to bring sides and didn’t offer any discount for their mistakes. When we asked to remove the service charge they completely refused. I wouldn’t go back and don’t recommend.

Nice bar to watch sport, but security staff very rude. We politely pointed out that he had stood in the way of lots of people watching a game on the big screen, the main attraction in the place. His response - “watch on the other side”. Very poor form.

Food was decent however the customer service is absolutely terrible. Ordered 6 tomahawk with sides, sides were not delivered until requested and they hadn't been prepared. Finally came and the steaks were then cold. When it came to the bill they wouldn't even remove the cover charge.

Went for a meal with a group. The steak was great quality but cold, then we waited 40mins for the sides which they’d forgotten and then charged us for and wouldn’t take them off. They just argued with us until we paid for everything. I couldn’t imagine customer service like that in the UK

Shocking finally given a table for 2 in an empty restaurant because apparently they were all reserved. No free snacks despite ordering drinks when we asked for a menu it came reluctantly. Then they kept trying to snatch it back. Finally got to look at it and ordered a burger, it was ok la Grota's are better and cheaper. While there saw them turning people away because there wasn't enough people to sit on a table, for example 4 on a 6 isn't allowed. Oh an nobody turned up to sit on our allegedly reserved table. Total shower avoid there are far better bars and restaurants within spitting distance of this place

Firstly I rarely leave reviews but this place warrants taking the time to do so.. We visited here during the ski season looking forward to a nice meal with 4 other friends. While our steaks were good the service and attitude of the staff was absolutely disgusting, especially the manager. We intended to stay for a few hours and asked if we could open a tab. He wouldn’t do that for us, maybe they’ve had people walking out without paying but whatever. We ordered and the food arrived in good time so we all began to eat. A couple of minutes later the same member of staff came over demanding payment for the food. I’ve no issue with paying before the meal or afterwards but don’t start waving a card machine and bill at us while we’ve got a mouthful of food! This really annoyed us all so decided we’d just finish and go elsewhere. Not even 5 minutes later the staff are then arguing with a different customer as he had politely asked if they could take a look at his bill as he’d had to send the steak back to be cooked a little longer and secondly because the majority of it was just too fatty. The staff were making more of a scene over it than the customer and definitely doing nothing to defuse the situation. Even going as far to say “you’re not in England now”. All he was asking for was half the price of the steak knocked off or a couple of drinks and they wouldn’t even do that when it was visibly clear he’d barely touched the steak. Absolutely awful attitude from the staff, never experienced service like it and I eat out regularly. That manager needs sacking or some serious re training.

OK...be REALLY careful and on tour guard! They give you a drinks menu....then deliver the drinks and charge you a completely different price. +20% When challenged they tell you "...it's an old menu..." Basically, they RIP YOU OFF!!! Avoid!!!!!

Really bad service and steak was very bad. Do not order fillet or sirloin steak. No crust or flavor on the steak and it was cold when it arrived. It seemed as we were late ordering food they just threw the food out with no care for it as the kitchen was closing soon. When we told the staff about the food the manager was very rude. Having worked in the hospitality sector it was very disappointing seeing the manager been so rude to its customers.

The service was very rude initially but we let it go. The manager then offered free veg along with the steak but we ended up getting charged for two portions. When we finally got the steak it was basically as pale as a white tshirt. When the manager came over to hear about it, he told us to shut up and brought over us to the chef and both laughed in our face. Would highly not recommend!

Worst steak I’ve had here.. very undercooked and manager and chef were extremely rude when we went to send it back. Didn’t even apologise or offer another alternative meal. Told my friend to “Shut up” after complaining about the dish. Would not recommend this place. Service is pretty bad as well. Definitely need a lot more floor staff.

Prices are quite high but the quality of the food is definitely not up to what you’re paying. A €14 hamburger was dry and with no taste. Also, the fries (included with the dish) were just a handful. Me and my friend went to buy a pizza later cuz we were still hungry.
