The menu is refreshingly straightforward. No 1,000-item fast-food circus here — just a tight lineup of burgers done right. And guess what? The burger actually delivers. Perfectly balanced. Juicy. And that crust on the meat? Absolutely fantastic. That’s where the magic happens. Now let’s talk about the real star of the show — the girl working the floor. Can I just say I don’t know who the trainer is but it’s so weird to see a team so detail oriented in a “fast food” environment!! Everyone is Amazing! They make you feel you are in a high end restaurant they have the place spotless, they rush to get your order, they offer help with a smile and the food (of course) delish! . It's always nice when a restaurant is consistently good. Have never had a bad experience at any Shake Shack and this lication was no exception. This was my first trip to a Shake Shack Restaurant. I've traveled extensively and have seen Shake Shack Restaurants in many locations; I just never took the opportunity to give them a try. I found Shake Shack to be refreshing and a great value. Our burgers were perfectly and quickly prepared to order. I requested added condiments and onions without additional charges. Shake Shack is amazing! It's consistently great quality and tastes delicious no matter the location. Sure, it's a bit pricey for a fast casual place, but it's so worth it. I personally get the Double Shack Burger and a Black & White milkshake.

The manager Lolita and staff are great. I was there for the first time getting the Shack burger because they had a Bogo deal for burger of the month. I had no idea how to use the app, but with the help of staff, especially the gentleman upfront with the dreads in his hair and the glasses he was super super nice And so is the girl from yesterday. Yes, I went two days in a row. The food is fresh and it’s like the best burger I’ve had in in a while. They have pickles and tomatoes on it just to meet the size of the burger. The restaurant is clean. The bathroom is clean. The atmosphere is nice and the neighborhood is awesome. I will be back. I also decided to eat the chicken sandwich today. That was really good. It was fresh flaky and it was a lot. I also enjoy the banana pudding milkshake that was good. I prefer without whipped cream yesterday. I had the Oreo cookie milkshake, and it had whipped cream, but it was a little bit too much whipped cream after it melted it but all in all they both tasted good. It was just a nice treat. Keep doing what you’re doing. You run a great ship Lolita and you did everything with a smile and so did your staff. They had a lot of patience with me as far as you using the kiosk and offered to assist every time they held the door for me as well as other customers, and they greeted each and everyone of us

I don't eat fast food often, but after repeatedly receiving stellar service at this location, it's easy to see this has to come from the top down; so, I asked to speak to a manager, and it was the same lady that had set expectations and welcomed me in when I arrived. If every location had a manager, Named Dottie, Shake Shacks across south Florida would also provide stellar service. Thank you for hiring her!

We had a great experience. The food was made fresh and shakes were delicious. Shaquanda ( if I remember correctly) helped us place our order and came by to make sure we were happy with everything and took away our garbage too. All other staff members we had interacted with were kind and helpful also. Definitely recommend.

Apart from the amazing food, the service at this location was amazing. We were served by Katie and Chris. They were so kind, courteous friendly and generous with us, especially our two little kids. They were efficient. Their restaurant was clean and the service overall was amazing. We made a second trip to Shake Shack, but specifically to their location only because of the great service. Katie went above and beyond and even treated my wife to very kind birthday surprise. We’ll definitely be coming back to this location!

Had the shack burger with fries and both were delicious. I think it is the best fast food I've had in a while, you simply cannot compare it to Chick-fil-A or McD. It is more or less the same price but the quality is far better. Everything on the menu is a la carte but the prices would be the same as a meal. You order at a counter and they have option for tip. Please DO tip your service industry workers! After the checkout, they give you a number and you can choose your seating. They have indoors and outdoors option. Space is very clean and bright. Also clean up after yourself, take the tray to the side station.

EVERY item of food was hot and fresh. I frequent fast casual burger restaurants (unfortunately I have to settle for Burgerfi because there is no Shack close to me) and it’s rare to receive all food items still piping hot. Even the Boca Raton Shack sometimes misses the mark -last time I was there they skimped on the string onions and didn’t give me the truffle sauce that was supposed to come with my fries. Yesterday was my first time at the Ft. Lauderdale Shack and I met the operations manager and she must be doing something right for all the food to be so nice and hot and full of toppings. The only hiccup was that my nuggets only had 9 pieces (not 10) and she quickly rectified the situation (sorry I don’t remember her name). Also, this location is all glass windows facing west, the whole restaurant is a solarium. I avoid direct sunlight and if the one corner table had been taken I would have had to eat in my car. I suggest getting some shades! I know some might say Shake Shack is a little expensive but you’re paying for humane, antibiotic-free beef and other high quality ingredients. Totally worth it in my book. You can absolutely taste the quality.

Anytime I can come across a Shack Shake, I’m going, I don’t care what state or city I’m in. The location in Fort Lauderdale almost brought a tear to my eye when I saw it had the Sha-Cago dog, featuring a Chicago staple, Vienna beef. It was the best of both worlds, a NY style dog, with all the Chicago trimmings. Fantastic

Shake Shack has really good burgers and fries! The meat is juicy, the buns are soft, and the shakes are amazing. It can get a little pricey and busy at times, but the food is always worth it.

Great food and now they deliver to your table instead of giving you a buzzer to pick it up. I like that. They just recently put the self service soda machine behind the counter. Not sure why.

The staff was attentive and greeted each customer. The food was also amazing. As a true burger lover, it was inticing to see the burger bigger than the bun. I also really enjoyed the fresh pickles.

Pleasantly stumbled upon the Shake Shack and was please to see that the serves was quick and fast. Our Cashier walked us to our seat and within 5 min she brought out our delicious burgers. A women who appeared to be a manger constantly check up on me and my husband to make sure we were doing well. What allowed the shake shack to earn these 5star, on my way out 3 gentlemen came in without their mask and instead of turning them away. The cashier respectfully provided them with a mask. Will definitely return.

I stopped at this location while on vacation and had a great experience. My daughter ordered gluten-free items, and the manager David took the time to make certain that our order was correct and that the gluten-free food was separate from our non-gluten-free food, which I greatly appreciated. While I waited or my to-go order that I placed inside, the lady handing out the to-go orders was very calm and had a kind demeanor. The manager in the kitchen sounded great with her team. While I waited only 10mins I counted 3 times that the manager told her team what a great job they were doing and to keep pushing (as it was lunch-rush) and that they were almost there. So wonderful to hear such a vocal team leader doing her job well!

A trip to Shake Shack is a must when you visit the US. My friends think the rubber cheese is nasty but I’m honestly addicted to it. Burgers are decent too.

Attention was good the restaurant was clean but the corners of the tables must be wiped down. That’s my fetish. I quit going to ihop because of that.

Food always good, however when I asked for cheese fries, I always get the cheese on the side. I like their chicken sandwich but it’s just a chicken breast inside a bun with pickles and mayo, there’s literally no lettuce. The app is so annoying to use; needs to be more flexible. The fries seem to get smaller each time.

It was a little confusing the menus you looked at the price wasn't the same as the price on the terminal you ordered from. Couple of dollars more.

The burgers are Sooo Good. If they had better straws i would give it 5 stars... burgers and fries are delicious, I personally don't like the shack sauce but my bf does, we always get double burgers and share a fries and bring our own drinks and have car dates lol. We tried the shakes once and it was the only bad experience but only because the straws break so easily. The strawberry Shake was good, my bf had the chocolate which he loved but it was too rich for my taste. I'm more of a wendys frosty type of chocolate lover lol. I never thought I would say it, but the paper straws everyone hated from McDonald's was better than the straws they give you here. We couldn't even drink our shakes from them. Give them a try tho. I def recommend the burgers.. double if you like meat and the fries are nice. Ask for ketchup if you need it, and ENJOY, because we sure do, like Every other week.

Ok but overpriced. The chicken bites were the surprising high point. Well seasoned and large juicy chicken chunks. Burgers small and just ok. Shakes a step down from what you get at chick fil a but better than McDonald's. Drinking them through the paper straw is a challenge. Staff is slow, but the restaurant is clean. Crinkle fries were crisp, but no malt vinegar for the frys. This tray of food was $40.

Ok, I love the food here. It always tastes good. However, we had an issue where the person I went with entered our order on the app for immediate pickup but we meant to get it for a future time. Nowhere could I find an option to cancel the order, make changes, or even a contact number. So we tried to call. There are 2 options when you call: get directions or speak to a manager about a large order. So we tried directions thinking possibly we would speak to someone. No. You go to a recording on how to get there and it hangs up after. So we tried option 2. It rings, and then says sorry the number isn't available. Sorry, but what business makes it so impossible to contact them??? Anyway, we got there about 5 minutes after it was ready and it was still good. But the phone number thing is such a bad idea. Fix it please or put something on the app to allow you to fix an order or send a message. Something.

When we eat out, I usually only eat half of a burger/ sandwich and take the rest home. But I had to eat the whole one here and was I still hungry afterwards I doubt we'll go back.

The one and only thing I ordered, my shake, was great. The twenty minutes it took for it to be made and handed off to me when the restaurant wasn't crowded after I had to ask for it was less than great. I'll try Shake Shack again but maybe not this location unless I'm with a group or something.

It's fine but overpriced for what you get. And they removed the human to order from. So now you order at the kiosk. Very impersonal for an overpriced burger.

I went to order some cheese fries and they took more than 10 minutes to give me my food, terrible service.

Waited over 10 minutes for this one item. That was poorly made. Where’s the rest of my shake? At least fill the cup after the excessive wait.

Went there with friends for first time because I've heard that the cheeseburger was good and because I was curious to try. Place is clean, lots of space to sit inside and outside. To my surprise, the menu options is very restrict and there are only few kinds of sandwiches you can order. Other places I've been you can choose what goes inside, not on this one. If you change, is just little things, but if you want to add mushrooms they dont do it. Also if you are hungry you need to order 2 because the burguer is very small. French fries were good, not greasy but nothing really surprising. I was a little disappointed and was expecting more.

The food was ok. And my bigger issue was how messy and falling apart the burger was. I feel like I use to really enjoy shake shack but this visit wasn’t my favorite! I can say I definitely won’t be running back here any time soon

I don’t order very exotic things, so when I saw they had a hotdog on the menu I expected I could get it with mustard and relish. But when I was leaving, I asked for mustard and relish, (I was taking my order to go) and they looked at me like I had three heads they’re like “we don’t have relish” They kept telling me they had pickles. I don’t think this is a very unusual request. I’m an all-American girl, and I eat my hotdog with mustard and relish.

I do NOT recommend ordering delivery from this location unless you enjoy eating paper. Which I do not, therefore my burger was inedible. I will be filling a dispute through Uber Eats and hopefully get my money back but wanted to warn others of their extremely intelligent food packing mechanism.

I went to eat here for the second time and everything was great, except this time because of the cooks. I asked for a Coke without ice, and one of the cooks —tall and skinny— came to intimidate me for no reason. I don’t know why. I just turned around and left, having a really bad experience. We are regular customers to Shake Skack in locations in Florida and none of the location thank you before we had any issues with the food. However for this location specifically the cheeseburger was a fail. Not only my order but also for the group who was with me! Never recommend this place! Also The bathroom lack to toilet paper and toilet tissue cover seat! I am not going to that location again!

The manager on duty today, January 31 at 4:00 PM. She was totally incompetent and very arrogant and disrespectful with her mouth. I am now going to report her to the corporation. She’s lucky that a corporation like this higher because I guarantee you no private industry would hire somebody like her with her Rudeness and unprofessionalism
