Since we had to catch a cruise ship, we arrived in Savona the day before. A hotel employee had recommended this restaurant to us. After a quick check, we were there at 7 p.m. and were the first guests. Nevertheless, it took 30 minutes for our order to be taken. My wife was ready to get up and leave. The food itself was delicious, no complaints there. The owner was friendly and smiling, but her service was lacking. Our glasses were empty, and no one ever came to ask if we wanted anything else. We paid for our meal without a tip and went back to the hotel somewhat disappointed.

Good pizza and friendly staff, spacious spaces, and several small rooms, so you can enjoy a quiet atmosphere. The service could be improved a bit: the wait was a bit too long, and then the wrong pizza arrived (there were a lot of us). Overall, a positive experience, and I would return.

Ho ordinato tre pizze Margherita con consegna a domicilio alle 1930 di giovedì sera. La pizza era buona, niente da dire, ma è stata consegnata con 30 minuti di ritardo, quindi fredda. Avrei compreso un ritardo simile di sabato sera , ma in settimana non è accettabile.

My experience wasn't pleasant at all. We ordered takeout (2 pizzas + 1 baby pizza) at 7:00 PM when the restaurant opened (knowing it could be busy on a Saturday), and since the restaurant had just opened, they already told us there would be a bit of a wait. However, waiting for someone to finally show up at 9:15 PM for two and a half pizzas, honestly, seems ridiculous to me. It's worth considering that at 8:50 PM, we called and were told they were wrapping them up, but it took another 25 minutes for them to arrive. (We live a minute's drive from the restaurant.) My four-year-old daughter waited two hours for a pizza. And when it finally arrived, there wasn't even an apology for the wait. The pizza was good, but they'll never see us again, not in person or for orders. And if you can't afford takeout, don't offer this service! It's pathetic!
