Had a decent visit to 151 Bar & Restaurant. The menu has your typical bar/restaurant offerings. I really enjoyed the seasonal cocktail apple-rol spritzer I got. Fried pickles were not overly battered which I like. They come with ranch but I also got horseradish mayo. That left a lot to be desired. If I get something with horseradish, I want to feel that burn but you couldn’t taste any horseradish. The burger was nicely cooked and had a great char broiled taste.

My husband and I visited 151 on a Saturday night. It had a good crowd but wasn’t overly packed—plenty of open seats, and it’s a seat-yourself kind of vibe. Service was a little slow, but nothing terrible. I was hesitant about what to order after reading some of the reviews, but I went with the chicken quesadilla, and my husband ordered both the naked wings and the hot honey wings. The wings were the star—especially the naked ones, which had a great base flavor. The hot honey added a nice kick, and we’d definitely get those again. We also tried a couple of drinks. I had the rum punch, which was flavorful but light on alcohol. It's not a traditional rum punch—it’s made with Bacardi fruit-flavored rums, so expect a fruity twist rather than the usual Caribbean-style mix. Overall, it’s a nice spot to hang out. I imagine the energy picks up with a larger crowd. We’d come back, especially for the wings!

The Atmosphere inside is open and great for big parties. The service was friendly and attentive. The Food was good and I would eat there again. It's a great option for bar food type experience.

Food was great. Menu has a vast variety. Drink specials as well as a wide variety of beer is available. Our service was subpar. We had to go get our own silverware as the server did not bring any and was no where around for several minutes after delivering apps. Atmosphere is very nice. Seating are is spacious. The hostess who greeted and seated us as well as a gentleman who took plates away and got us refills upon request were both very pleasant. All around nice place.

Needs more wait staff! Only 2 waitresses on a Saturday night, we had a very large group of people and it threw everything into chaos. They forgot to take certain peoples orders, forgot to bring out napkins or silverware until they were asked. They were totally overwhelmed! Help them!

Reasonable prices, but expect to pay "club/bar" prices. $8 for a Surfside. I ordered the Mac & Cheese bites as an app and the Jo Smasher for an entree. The app was decent, good portion and adequate side of sauce, cooked well. My main meal though... I was impressed the roast beef was cut thick and there werenabout 4-5 pieces folded on the bun (too much for me personally). However, the beef tasted like nothing and the only other hope of getting some flavor was the horseradish mayo but even that was completely flavorless. No tang, no sustinence, nothing. Incredibly disappointed. The side of fries also come PLAIN, be prepared for that.

I’ve heard mixed things about this place. I’m sure the bar is fun. But the food is not great. Fries are bad. My meatball panini was okay but I wasn’t sure if the sauce or meatballs were made in house or came frozen. The burger was awful I couldn’t even eat it. It was a perfect circle you could tell it was a frozen pre packaged patty. The wings were just drenched in sauce. Pretty poor food so we were disappointed we spent $56. I wouldn’t go here again.

Ambiance is a bit cool but my god the food is terrible. Pictured is their $22 margarita pizza. In the words of Portnoy, just take it off the menu. Dominos and papa John’s have better pizza.

It will survive because it’s next to college students that don’t know better or don’t care (because I didn’t when I was their age). However, the quesadillas tasted like they were heated in the microwave, the italiana sandwich was a piece of ham and pepperoni on bread, and the appetizers came from the frozen section of the grocery store. Not to mention that the bathroom was absolutely filthy. Definitely better options out there. Especially for the price.

Extremely Disappointed with Service at Restaurant 151 – Won’t Be Returning I visited Restaurant 151 on a casual Monday night after leaving Restaurant 151, looking to relax and enjoy a couple of drinks. Unfortunately, the experience was incredibly disappointing from start to finish. We were seated near the bar, and it took an unreasonably long time for our waitress to even acknowledge us. When she finally came over, I ordered an Old Fashioned and an Espresso Martini. The Espresso Martini came out looking and tasting like watered-down chocolate milk—completely off from what it should have been. When I politely brought this up, hoping it could simply be remade, the response I received was: “So what do you want me to do about it?”—delivered with a rude, dismissive attitude. I wasn’t looking for anything free; I just wanted the drink corrected. The tone and lack of professionalism were shocking. What made this experience even more disappointing is that I had already been warned by others about the restaurant’s reputation for poor treatment of minority customers. I didn’t want to believe it or base my expectations on hearsay—but sadly, my experience seemed to reflect those concerns. I came in just looking to enjoy my evening, not to be treated like an inconvenience. As someone who works hard and chooses to spend their money dining out, I expect at the very least to be treated with basic respect—especially when giving feedback in a calm and respectful way. This was not only a failed customer service moment—it was a deeply uncomfortable experience that left me feeling unheard, unwelcome, and disrespected. I will not be returning.
