They got the best deals freshest pizza ! Always happy! These days it hard to find cheap reasonable GOOD pizza specials! They got them ! The wait for delivery be about a hour but what do you expect when it’s good food and service!

The pizza here is awesome and some of the best in town. They have a great variety of food for everyone including kabob platters and burgers. The store is very nice and clean and looks like it was made new from the ground up. The staff there are some of the friendliest you'll meet and the prices are great. This is a pizzeria I'll be making as my regular and I'm telling everyone how great it is!

The pizza was fantastic. Ordered 8 cut meatlovers, and it was nice and cheesy but not overly greasy. Ordered 12 wings, only received 6, but the wings we got were delicious as well. Had it delivered, so I can't say much about the atmosphere or service.

As I ordered I told the person taking my order that I have severe reaction to spice. Then asked what wings they have where I won't have that issue. He then told me all the wings they has, so I went with mild... I swear it's like they lathered it with hot sause. A waste of money for me because I said in the beginning I can't eat anything spicy

I usually get good food from State Street but this is what they gave me tonight...rotten vegetables and overcooked chicken. Thank goodness they are going to correct the chicken but these vegetables belong in the garbage.

We love the food here and the guy in the back that comes out is always very friendly. However, the short girl that answers the phone and runs the cash register really needs to learn some manners! She is extremely rude and not just once but all the time!! When she answers the phone and when you go into pick up your order. My family normally spends a good amount of money here each month but the girl up front obviously does not appreciate the business so I will not come back again! If you can't be nice when taking my money than you will not get it. I know there are tons of other pizza places that can provide great customer service.

Had a late lunch here for the first time today. Pizza was okay but we took cakes home to find mold. Needless to say, we threw the other two desserts away as well.

This place used to have great pizza and food. It has been awhile since I ordered from here. Not sure what happened.... but this was some of the worst food I have had from a business. If it had been 20 bucks for the 6 cut pizza and a burger I would maybe have not given it another thought. But almost 40 dollars for a 6 cut pizza and a burger that isnt at least appetizing is a bit too much to ignore. To put it in context, the burger was horrible. The pizza... the dough was like someone invented a new kind of rubber cardboard and thought, maybe this could be a pizza. There are so many good choices for pizza in Schenectady. Do yourself a favor and skip this one. The person who took my order over the phone was at least friendly, even though she did tell me that the burgers are really good.(They are for sure the opposite of really good)

Absolutely horrible customer service. I waited two hours wait for soggy pizza.i also paid a 15 dollar tip ahead of time. When I requested a refund 1 hour and 40 minutes into my wait I was told they won't refund me at all and only offered a 5 or 10 dollar off next order. I don't recommend anyone to order from this place if your choosing to pay with your card this should be considered robbery. I was very polite the whole time and feel like I was taken advantage of I will not order from their again.

Very bad service, i had asked for extra crispy wings and they had gave me this. As well the lady at the front desk was very rude and not polite. Would for sure recommend “I ❤️ NY PIZZA.”.

The lady who works the front claiming she’s the manager now very unprofessional the last few times I’ve been there. Definitely will be taking my business somewhere else after this last experience. Ordered the pizza wing special specified boneless wings crispy. This is what I received. Refused to remake them told me I would have to pay for them refused to remake the wings because they aren’t crispy again told no even though none of us eat the bone in wings.. soggyyy yess they are!! 🤮 if I could give a negative star… they would get that!!

Call to place an order tonight for delivery and I was on hold for 7 minutes. I don’t mind that but then the guy wasn’t pleasant on phone and the menu didn’t match what he was saying. Went in person last week and also received horrible service but thought cause he is short staff I should understand. There is many pizza wings spots in Schenectady and their service is much better. I endorse many new business because it’s good for growth but I’m not endorsing any business with poor service and blames customer instead of correcting the problem.
