Round Table Pizza

I placed an online order on the evening of the 4th of July and Margarito went above and beyond to get me my order in a timely fashion. The next time I'm in Seaside, I'll be sure to order pizza from Round Table again!!

The pizza is great here. Has not changed on the quality of the pizza but what makes this Roundtable pizza so special is the manager that is always there. He got this wonderful personality that shines bright. With his tricks to short conversation , he would brighten anyone's day or night. Thank you for handing over such a fantastic pizza and the kindness of your heart. I keep coming back for the perfect veggie pizza with red sauce instead of the white sauce. Also to see if you have a new trick, your a funny man , that puts a smile on everyone's face :)

I'm originally from NY and I'm definitely a pizza critic. I got a Hawaiian w/ the primo pepperoni and some garlic twists. Delicious. The crust, sauce, and cheese are definitely top notch. Would recommend 100%

We arrived a few minutes before the buffet ended. Instead of turning us away, they made a few more pizzas and let us enjoy the buffet. Staff was friendly and kids had a great time.

I’m fully aware I could probably pay less for more “high end” pizza at Pizza My Heart or something but my god the amount of toppings Round Table puts on is what keeps me coming back. Whoever was making pizzas on June 7 ‘25- Stellar work. Stellar.

Out of the two Round Table locations in the Monterey area, this location is far and away the better option. Used to frequent the one on Alvarado semi regularly because it was in a more convenient location downtown, but after encountering issues there nearly every time we went we ended up deciding to try the Seaside location instead & have never looked back. The menu is exactly the same but the food is noticeably better. Same goes for the service. Whenever we have a craving for their to-die-for cheesy garlic bread sticks we just pick up the phone & call it in, by the time we get to Seaside they're ready for us to take to go!

Round Table Pizza is a California-based pizza chain that makes a slightly non-traditional but extremely tasty pizza. The original-style crust is nice and crispy, and the plentiful toppings extend to the outer edge of the pizza. Sauce is great and the three-cheese blend is perfect. The only down size is that Round Table is at the higher end of the price scale, so do your best to use a coupon whenever you can. Overall, very good pizza and easily the best chain pizza in California.

It was decent. I thought the pizza was good. Went there for the Buffett, they have some games there too for the kids. The salad bar wasn't that great and they don't enforce any kind of use a plate onelce rule for the Buffett.

The pizza is better than other places I've visited in the area like CPK, Ioli's, and Allegro. They seemed understaffed and I felt sorry for the workers. Our pizza didn't suffer, though, so good job!

Pizza was great. Place could use a little update inside with some new arcades.

The product was great as always but the service was poor. If you dine in the waiting was too long. My opinion.

Round table is NOT my "go to" pizza place. The reason is this place can be hit or miss based purely on the staff. When there is good staff...the pizza and food is great...and obviously the service too. My favorite pizzas are the Maui Zaui, Chicken and Garlic, and the Wombo Combo. Now when the staff isn't so good...I avoid ordering from here and check every few months to see who's the manager or shift lead. At the time of this writing...I hadn't been here in nearly a year. The crew run by a guy named Marco wasn't around...so I stopped going. But...there seems to be a new gal, didn't get her name...but will...who is doing a great job and the Round Table food is great again!

Ordered on the phone came out of the oven when we got there, took it home tasted great better to go pick it up and have it delivered for sure.

The pizza was very good. Pizza came out on time and the employee was very polite to us. We asked for forks for the pizza, but they were plastic. The tips of the forks bent when we put them into the pizza to cut it. Can't pick up anything with the forks when the tips of the forks are bent. Quality is mixed. Last time we ordered the garlic chicken pizza, it arrived cold and undercooked. Also, did not honor the "Large for $15.99 coupon even though I mentioned it when it was ordered. Expensive for the quality. Website is not up-to date.

I've Loved Round Table Pizza since I was a child but for some reason even when I order online and try to get my points it won't let me log in and what it does for some reason they still mess up on my pizza the only way you will get exactly what you want is by going in and speaking to someone only problem I have with round table is half of the staff are Hispanic and barely speak English I would give them five stars but they've messed up on my pizza on three different occasions.

No biggie Upon arrival the Manager/ franchise owner vets gets defensive and says it's my fault. Word? Not coming back. Stay away.

Placed my order online.... Stated would be ready at 6:34. Still waiting at 7:20 for my food. This is not the first this has happened at this location, don't bother trying to order online to save time. Go buy a Freschetta and bake it, it will be quicker.

Came in, door sign says from 11am to 11pm Fridays, google maps says they close at 10:30pm. Its 10:01pm on Friday, I'm hungry and tired from a long drive and even though the door was wide open, they told us it's closed. Poor customer service, update your hours so we don't waste our time coming to your business.

This is the second time I try using the coupons that they send and they never work I got a free personal pizza for my birthday I tried using it didn't go thru why send coupons if they not gonna go thru like come on

Why do you bother to have a phone? Goes straight to a commercial and the hangs up after 60 seconds. Needed to call to change an order and could not get through in 5 tries. Very clear customer service is no where near important.

Worst customer service ever! They gave me rotten parmesan cheese and then told me it was fine. Then they told me I could get a free pizza, but when I called to order one, they wouldn't give me the free pizza they promised.

HORRIBLE SERVICE. Everytime I call some little girl always has a terrible attitude. They must need new phones because they can never hear me when I call. My pizza is always burnt. Last week I called for delivery & they told me it would be about 45 minutes... an hour and a half later & the pizza still had not arrived. I called to check up on it & they told me I had ordered for pickup. They did not offer to send out another one, and hung up on me. I never got my pizza that night. All the other times I have called for delivery, they always take longer than they say.

I had a half chicken and garlic, other half bbq w/ no bacon. All was good but the bbq side was off, not the correct flavor, looked as if the bbq sauce was poured on top, and this chicken wasn't marinated. The taste was so off that I couldn't really enjoy it. So I called asked to speak with the manager, also brought in the pizza that wasn't eating. After 23 years of eating here I am not coming back. Manager didn't say he's sorry, he started yelling at me, w/ no face mask too.👎 Such poor services from what is called a manager. We all know things spoil, new staff, training, or someone just mest up, I've been there. Could not even get a simple, I apologize or I'm sorry. It's not the money it's the principle. Now I am gonna take my weekly pizza business elsewhere.

To top that, over the weekend I called in about an online promotion and spoke with Daniella about the promotion not working, she said she would add to my account when the order came through, nope. Still got charged for the appetizer that I wouldn’t have ordered if it wasn’t free, and it wasn’t even good. $7, no big deal, but if you give your word to do something and don’t, that’s enough to lose my business. The manager here has to go. Cursed me out over the phone because I wanted to cancel an order, and when confronted 10 minutes later at the shop (in person) all he could do was cruse me out while processing my refund. Marco, is a joke and shouldn’t be a manager. That guy needs to watch his mouth, and his attitude. Edit: After emailing and doing what was asked of me by the owner, I never got a call or an email or any sort of follow up. Marco still works there apparently.

He said he would not waste food. He would not give us his name which basically means he does not believe he responded correctly or defend himself to his superiors. Oh well, next we will be writing to corporate as he also belittled his workers in front of customers, another mark of a bad manager. This person does not to be on the front lines. Pass the Seaside location by, too many other choices just as good.

Customer service is beyond horrible. Online website doesn't work properly. I ordered online and both pizza were wrong. I saved one of the pizzas to return the next day, and got told the same thing... "It's your fault! There's nothing we can do." If it weren't for the brand name, I would never eat a round table pizza. I'm just not going to eat at this horrible customer serviced store anymore. Look at the reviews. The service is trash! If an error is made on the pizza... good luck!
