This is my favorite place in Sonoma County to get juice and I absolutely Love the Pura Vida Acai smoothie!! I'm confused at the negative reviews because the service is great and such a good vibe and products.

Ella was a blessing and made the most divinely crafted smoothie I’ve had during my travels in California! 10 stars! Highly recommend, the variety of smoothies and add ons is unique! I showed up after closing early for the holiday, and she didn’t have to help us, but was kind and truly made my day by making us feel extra cared for with her magical smoothie!

The nectary is a sanctuary that sells amazing cold pressed juices, raw foods, hot tonics, smoothies, and açaí bowls. I noticed a change in my diet after many visitations because of how delicious and cleansing their products are. I am now actively choosing to eat more clean thanks to the nectary. If anyone (vegan or not) is looking for a place to grab healthy, nourishing, and love filled products, the nectary is the place to go.

The service isn't wonderful but the juice was! I got the watermelon with mint and lime since it was a warm fall day and it was very refreshing and hit the spot as it seems the square has a ton of ice cream or coffee shops this was just what I needed. The gentleman working didn't acknowledge me coming in and didn't seem very knowledgeable about the different juices but didn't make anything up which I appreciated, again picked something safe but very happy with my choice. The do offer a refund think it was $1 if you bring the glass jar back but I will reuse so I wanted to keep it

Love the smoothies here so very much, I've been coming in for years and am happy it's still here. Very tasty, healthy, unique menu. The only thing is, I feel like every few times I come they are closed during a day/ time they typically are open. So I try not to count on it for a meal too much. But I will always try again, because the smoothies are worth it!

Editing my review because it's been very inconsistent lately. When they're good, they're excellent, but recently it feels like there's a 50/50 chance that what I receive is very liquidy and bland, to the point I wouldn't even call it a smoothie anymore. That's just unacceptable for a $15 drink.

This place has the right idea... they have some cool blends of things and quality ingredients but they’re SO inconsistent. I’ve ordered different items multiple times and one day it’s good, one day it’s bad, the flavor is different, it’s bit blended properly etc. They need to put some focus on quality control and consistency and better training on the hot drink creations.

This place has the right idea... they have some cool blends of things and quality ingredients but they’re SO inconsistent. I’ve ordered different items multiple times and one day it’s good, one day it’s bad, the flavor is different, it’s bit blended properly etc. They need to put some focus on quality control and consistency and better training on the hot drink creations.

Unfortunately this seems to be a common theme amongst other reviews. I’ve been here twice in the last two weeks and both times the employee working didn’t say a single word during the entire transaction. Between the lack of customer service and the price of 2 juices ( 24$) I will likely not return. The one saving grace of the experience was the fact that the juice was awesome and the ingredients are organic. Overall a very disappointing experience considering the potential of this small and local business.

Came here for a quick smoothie. 2 smoothies came out to like $24 and so we're thinking kinda pricey but we'll give it a shot. Then we got our drinks, and they weren't sweet at all but more of a earthy taste. Not our cup of tea or in this case smoothie. We got the pure Vida acai smoothie and the saffron rose smoothie.

Good smoothies, pricey yes, but good ingredients. However, the service is always sub par. One time, the young lady behind the counter was super friendly and helpful. However, most of the time they are quiet and borderline rude. No acknowledgement walking in, nor standing there for the 3 minutes I did today. Most often they shy from conversations regarding juice or smoothie choices. And this morning, there were literally 50 flies in the joint! Doors shut, landing all over me and every surface. Probably had been trapped in there from the day previous. I couldn't handle it. Walked out. I'll be going somewhere else to get my smoothies from now on.

I said that I’m a paying customer and would like to finish my transaction. She said well I’m not going to finish with you until I make they’re smoothies. I was baffled by her response. And said that I was here before anyone and would like to complete my transaction. She got SUPER rude and short with me and called ME rude and said she doesn’t have to serve me if she doesn’t want to. I’m done with this place. Their smoothies are hit or miss because there’s no quality control. They’re incredibly slow, and the customer service is hands down the worst.

Then when my bowl didn’t have all of the things that came with it, I went back and asked for the missing things on the bowl, she said they didn’t have it, so I asked for a refund with an untouched acai bowl and was told that also was not possible. We ended up cancelling the drink order and the acai was poor in general as well as the terrible service definitely will not be coming back!
