Impecable en todos los sentidos. Un restaurante que destaca por su enorme profesionalidad y el excelente trato del personal. Se recomienda reservar con antelación, especialmente si quieres disfrutar de su lechazo, que se agota rápidamente por su gran demanda. La carta es variada y de gran calidad, con platos muy bien presentados y una elaboración cuidada, muchos de ellos finalizados directamente en mesa, lo que aporta un valor añadido a la experiencia. El tartar es espectacular, y tanto el lechazo como el cochinillo son, sencillamente, impresionantes. Mención especial para los camareros: de los que ya no se encuentran fácilmente, súper profesionales, atentos y a la vez cercanos y amables. Sin duda, un lugar totalmente recomendable al que merece la pena volver.

Un sitio muy agradable en ambiente, comida y servicio. Tengo tolerancias al gluten y la lactosa, y al hacer la reserva lo mencioné y fueron muy atentos en toda la noche en darme opciones de comida y disfrutar. Los camareros muy atentos, simpáticos y te atendían muy bien en todo momento. Y la comida genial, en relación a precio-calidad increíble todo.

En primer lugar destacar el trato tan exquisito de mariano. Fuimos a pasar el finde semana hace un mes por Segovia y nos recomendaron este lugar. La comida estaba buenísima y la tarta de queso de postre igual. Es fácil de encontrar y merece mucho la pena. Éramos un grupo de 7. Si volvemos a Segovia volveremos a pasar por allí.

Reservamos por recomendación de un conocido e hicimos bien, ya que suele tener bastante afluencia. Tienen dos turnos para la comida y son bastante rápidos al servir la comida. Los platos están exquisitos y la atención es magnífica. El cochinillo asado es un plato típico pero para probar sí o sí 👌. La ensalada y las croquetas estaban espectaculares y los pimientos asados con ventresca también. La cantidad está bien, sin ser desmesurada.

Mariano hizo que nuestra comida fuera una experiencia muy agradable, nos aconsejo muy bien con la comida y el vino. Tanto los entrantes como el cochinillo y el cordero estaban espectaculares. Y no te vayas sin probar sus postres caseros!!!

GLUTEN FREE PARADISE! This place is incredible and it certainly deserves the good reputation it has. Very conveniently located. Excellent service, fast and informed about allergens. Many naturally gluten free options, they also served me a good gluten free bread and gf beer. I would definitely recommend this place to celiacs, gluten intolerant people and anyone who'd love to try authentic Segovian food.

We had the most incredible dinner at Maribel this evening. Our server Jorge was so nice and professional. My husband and I had the seabass and the turbot which were both out of this world. We were so happy we each decided to go for the fish as it was exactly what we wanted to eat. And on top of that, the restaurant offered us a free delicious beet gaspacho which was extremely refreshing and tasty. Plus, the decor inside the formal dining room is really cosy and atmosphere super nice. We thought are meal was a wonderful quality price and really left extremely happy. Muchas gracias.

Roasted Pig at Its Best! Absolutely phenomenal! The roasted pig was cooked to perfection—crispy skin, tender meat, and bursting with flavor. Great mid day lunch in Segovia. We opted for the traditional cochinillo special and were not disappointed. The portions were plentiful. The food was tasty. Best Lamb I have ever had! Full of flavor, rich, tender, great! The dinner made my day. Olive oil they served was also great. I enjoy their olives as well, original, simple, but delicious. Sangria was a bit sweet to me but went well with lamb. The dessert was also good. Overall a great place for amazing food. The staff was kind and gave me a souvenir before I left. Definitely a great experience and I love Segovia because of this place.

The time flew by with excellent service. I chatted with a staff member who has been there for over 20 years. He's responsible for the delicious, iconic carne the restaurant is known for.

Perfect! I went to have lunch there after a long exploring morning in Segovia. The menu is perfect for food allergies, almost everything was naturally gluten free. The service was excellent, and the food is incredible. I loved every bite! Personally I loved the selection of olive oil, it really made the difference. I do really recommend it, and when in Segovia I’ll definitely go back!

Excellent. I can't say more. We got 2 portions of pork and ¼ lamb. House wine is superb in cutting the grease. Then we got cheesecake and lemon tart. All amazing. We don't speak a lot of Spanish. Our server was super patient in explaining everything in detail. Best place so far in Spain.

Uno de los mejores asadores de Segovia, aunque para mí con un precio algo elevado (eso no quiere decir que la comida no merezca la pena ni mucho menos) y una situación con el personal que tampoco fue agradable. Empezando por la situación del personal, con nosotros fue todo perfecto, desde que entramos por la puerta un muy buen recibimiento, con un servicio amable, atento, y rápido. El pero es porque (como en todo trabajo) puede haber algún roce entre compañeros, pero para los comensales no es agradable ver cómo se contradicen en la mesa (sin llegar a discutir como tal) sobre el haber sacado un plato o no sacarlo, pedir que vayan a atender a otra mesa cuando nos están quitando los platos a nosotros, etc... en fin, rencillas por así decir que puede haber en toda casa de vecino, pero cuando se trabaja de cara al y con público delante, yo lo evitaría (dicho esto tampoco es que fuera una situación desagradable ni nada, pero si algo incómoda). En cuanto a la comida, todo de buena calidad y bien presentado, aunque como decía con precios algo elevados (por ejemplo unos boletus y setas con gambas 23€, o los postres una media de 8€ el postre). Eso sí, la comida merece la pena. Como aperitivo de la casa nos pusieron una crema de calabaza que estaba buena (he de decir que un pelín baja de sal, al igual que algún otro plato como los boletus, pero es preferible que así sea y luego si a alguien le gusta potenciarlo un poco que lo haga al gusto como era mi caso), pedimos croquetas (cremosas y sabrosas), los boletus ya mencionados con langostinos trufados, el lingote de oreja con salsa Thai (era una especie de salsa de curry y estaba muy bueno, aunque era un plato más bien frío y la oreja no está cocinada del mismo modo que la oreja a la plancha al estar en el lingote), y pedimos unos judiones al medio para compartir, muy buenos. En cuanto a la carne probamos el cochinillo (perfecto, jugoso y piel crujiente con buen sabor y salsa) y un entrecot de un sabor de 10, de los mejores que he comido, y aunque lo pedí al punto y vino hecho de menos (podría haberse pedido hacer algo más igualmente), como estaba tan bien de sabor preferí seguir así 👍🏼. De postres pedimos tarta de queso, ponche segoviano (recomendable) y torrija. La comida mereció la pena aunque salimos a 63€ por persona (éramos 6 y pedimos 1 cerveza de beber por persona y 1 botella de un vino joven). P.D: si que además al pedir la cuenta, en el ticket ponía chupitos de la casa invitación, los cuales no nos sirvieron 😅 (no obstante como estábamos comiendo en el primer turno y teníamos que dejar la mesa y era la hora, no lo quisimos reclamar o decir, aunque es algo a mejorar o un detalle algo afeado poner que invitan a algo que no sirvan, pero nada grave)

Fuimos recomendadas por una segoviana. Tengo que decir que mi opinión es un poco ambivalente. Por una parte, el lechazo estaba muy bueno y el servicio es muy agradable. Los torreznos también buenísimos y una crema de calabaza muy rica como detalle. Pero desafortunadamente he tenido que bajar la nota porque tomamos una ensalada con patatas fritas que me pareció una auténtica aberración.

Excelente restaurante para comer lo típico de Segovia. Nos lo recomendó un amigo, fui a comer con mi pareja y todo un acierto. A 5 minutos del acueducto. Nos pedimos el menú degustación, que viene con judiones y sopa castellana, el famosísimo cochinillo y de postre ponche segoviano. Un 10 para los amantes del buen comer.

We arrived without a reservation, luckily they had a place for us. In the same restaurant, you can find two rooms. The first one, close to the entrance, seems to be a tapas place. The second one is more of a chic restaurant. We took a seat and the servers were really kind and professional during the whole service. We took the famous “cochinillo”. Before that, we received some olives and gazpacho as a courtesy of the house. We recommend this place; it is less expensive than other restaurants serving the same meal or almost. It’s well located (near the Roman Aqueduct)

Estaba buscando un sitio donde probar el cochinillo de segovia y me topé con este. La atención no me gustó para nada, no están pendientes de ti a menos de que sea una mesa con muchas personas. El lugar es bastante rústico. Si hay calidad en sus ingredientes. El cochinillo es el rey en la carta pero todo lo que tienen es bueno. Mi puntaje tan poco se basa en el servicio, es que realmente fue estresante.

Overall, poor experience and not worth of visiting. Service is below average and waiters are pretentious. Food is not fantastic as well. My Turbot was tasteless and Cod was not cooked enough... The coulant was completely wrong.

Meh not their fault, but the whole suckling pig thing Segovia has is kinda a tourist trap. Is mostly dry and tasteless, maybe the skin is the only good part, then is like a chicken without seasoning, bland and dry, a waste of a piglet. Also beware everything is sold separately, like the bread they don't even ask you if you want it and they charge it 2 euros, then the side of the piglet ofc is not included and is mad expensive. Just a thing for "guiris" and they are making bank out of it!
