Nice and varied menu, great food and right prices for the size of portions offered, and the service is delightful! We organized a lunch for 12 clients, and the staff has been super accommodating in waiting for the golfers finishing their tee times. Everything was perfect. BELIEVE ME, it's worth treating yourself to an evening at La Montecchia restaurant. A rare location and a special atmosphere. The service was attentive, friendly, never intrusive, but always efficient. The menu is very interesting, with unusual offerings. Great attention was paid to both the ingredients and the cooking techniques. A wealth of research and unique combinations enhance, but never overwhelm, the main dish. I was truly impressed by the explosion of flavors, always distinct. Generous portions. The "entratine" (small entrees) were interesting and extremely popular, allowing you to sample further preparations and the chef's skills. There was more than one: an unexpected taste (a generous one) while waiting for dessert: pineapple and bergamot ice cream with a celery sauce and a sprinkling of coconut. The wine list was top-notch, expertly recommended by the sommelier: we asked for a pairing for each dish. Everything was perfect, even the sommelier's "company" during the tasting and service phases at the beginning of each course. The price was very fair for how, how much, and what I tasted (remember, it's still a Michelin star). If you go to the website, there's a very clear menu that helps you understand the target price and potential spending range. What else can I say? I'll leave you with some photos, and I personally can't wait to return. My compliments to everyone.

A business dinner with about 200 guests at this Michelin-starred restaurant. The villa was beautiful and welcoming. The aperitif was generous, with original, beautiful, and excellent dishes. The seated dinner featured exclusive dishes. A truly special evening from a culinary perspective.

Montecchia Golf Club Restaurant (not the Michelin-starred restaurant it once was) In a very beautiful location. Service is slow and sloppy. Food is average. The fried food cone is decent, but the bruschetta with burrata and prosciutto is not particularly good. The cold spaghettini with vegetables and burrata are good, as is the millefeuille. The location is more important than the food.

I should point out that this review is for the bar, not the restaurant. We sit outside for an aperitif, but no one comes. After a quarter of an hour of waiting, I decide to go inside to order, but the guy at the counter tells me I need to ask a waiter. So I look for one, and find one (an older man), but he's checking his smartphone. I approach, and he sees me, but out of politeness, I wait for him to look at me before speaking to him. And no, he continues to check his smartphone undeterred! When he finally looks up and deigns (albeit a little annoyed) to look at me, I finally manage to order. After five minutes, I see a guy (very polite) come out with what I assumed was our order, but I see he's wandering around, not knowing where to go because, in fact, our table wasn't marked, so I call him over. We wanted to get a coffee later, too, but no one showed up, so we gave up. And only when we got up to leave did four waiters leave almost simultaneously. In short, overstaffed, very disorganized, and not a lot of courtesy on the part of some.

The atmosphere is very nice in the evening and the place looks clean. In our group of 10, 4 of us ordered carbonara. One of the ten people in our group got their carbonara like 20 minutes before the others’ food arrived. Most of the dishes were cold when they arrived, the carbonara was very oversalted and tasted like a bad mac’n’cheese moved directly from a can or something. The starters were all right though and most importantly, warm when they arrived. The food on the pictures of the google location does not match the quality or menu of the place.

The pasta carbonara was cold and super salty. The sauce seemed like a prepackaged mac&cheese. The waitress just ignored us when we wanted to pay. Definitely not a Michelin recommendation

Food cold and totally over salted. The restaurant used to have a Michelin recommended restaurant inside but it changed. The sticker at the entrance has been left on and now it’s just a very bad place to eat at. Definitely avoid. At least the water was good…

Good morning, I was shocked by last night's evening: 40 euros for nothing to eat... incorrect and overcharged bills (10 euros for 2 biscuits and a glass marked on the bill, never arrived despite having been requested 5 times. Dirty and worn glasses... kindness of the waitress underfoot... a beautiful environment is not enough for there to be a level... you have a lot to learn from the herbas of Milan... NEVER AGAIN... strongly not recommended
