What a surprise to find such a well-kept place! The bathroom was spotless, with soap and paper towels—a detail that makes all the difference. Very friendly staff and quick service. I'll definitely be back!

We had lunch at this bar-pizzeria. The service was remarkably kind and courteous, and we absolutely commend the young man who served our table. The view of the Tubby slopes and the mountainside from the windows was beautiful. For lunch, the pizza is served by the slice, but freshly baked. The dough is delicious, and the ingredients are plentiful and high-quality (the Bergamo pizza is top-notch). Congratulations!

The Mad Hatter-themed restaurant from Alice in Wonderland is beautiful. We were greeted kindly by the bartender and ordered two cocktails. Two masterpieces arrived...very good, and even the classic spritz was shaken and flavored with other ingredients. Plus, for just €3 more per person, he brought us a richly filled platter with cheeses, cured meats, and warm focaccia. I will definitely be back. Congratulations.

Il Cappellaio Matto Bar and Pizzeria in Selvino is truly worth a visit, whether for a relaxing breakfast, an aperitivo with friends, or a casual dinner. The atmosphere is welcoming and refined, with an instantly comfortable feel. Breakfast is a highlight: there are many sweet and savory options, from classic brioches to more unique creations, always fresh and beautifully presented. The coffee and hot drinks are carefully prepared, and it's a pleasant start to the day in this place that exudes positive energy. The aperitivo is also noteworthy: it's served with generous and well-stocked platters of cured meats, cheeses, and appetizers that perfectly complement cocktails and spritzes. A true added value that makes the experience complete and convivial. As for the pizza, it's surprisingly good: light, well-leavened, and digestible dough, generous toppings, and quality ingredients. The portions are generous and the value is more than fair, especially considering Selvino is a popular tourist destination. The staff is known for their helpfulness and courtesy, always ready to accommodate guests' requests with a smile. A versatile venue, perfect for any time of day. Highly recommended!

I've been there for dinner; I already knew it as a bar for happy hour, and we've always had a good time. This time we stopped for pizza, and to my surprise, it was really good. There were no bloating or digestibility issues, as can unfortunately happen. So, the 48-hour leavening is real, and the ingredients are also good quality. The staff are always smiling and friendly. The only downside, but it's not their fault, is the limited outdoor space. Let's get rid of the parking in the square, at least there... As a municipality! And I forgot, they're animal-friendly, like everyone else in Selvino.

Visited for coffee and cake yesterday. Have been in for coffees and pizza's before on previous visits too (pictured). Lovely place, lovely food and lovely people! We've visited a few times over the years from England and always make a point to stop in here for something!
