Tobacconist's bar with outdoor seating. Average products and perhaps slightly high prices, and I haven't seen the price list... The service is inattentive and lacks empathy.

A few days ago, I went to this bar with a friend for a couple of coffees. At the register, there was a tall, thin, dark-haired, middle-aged woman who was particularly rude. This person treated us rudely and insulted us, even in front of other customers. All for having used the wrong register when paying, with comments like, "If you don't come back, you'll be doing us all a favor." I don't know who the owner is, and I don't care, but I'd like to kindly point out that work and wages shouldn't be given away to anyone, and people like that shouldn't even have the right to work.

Terrible service. Every time you have to buy something, you have to wait for them to chat among themselves. To give you change, the same thing happens. You stay in front and have to wait for them to finish laughing and talking, while you're in front waiting for them to serve you. The reason I'm writing this review is because it happens all the time. Constant talking without even giving a damn about the people in front of you!!! Enough! At least be serious when you're serving!

The counter staff is in training, but they're not supported by the actual staff. At times, it feels crowded and poorly managed, with few tables and little room for customers; it feels like a corridor.

This morning I spent 10 minutes paying at the wrong register suggested by the waitress!!!!! I changed register but I no longer know if there are any croissants!!!!!!!! Cold macchiato coffee!!!!!! Cold croissant!!!!!!! Incompetent girls at the counter and register!!!!!!!!!! Never again!!!!!!

Overpriced croissants. You thought you were going to a bar, but you're actually at a goldsmith's. There's no price list, nor a receipt. Rude and no smiles. Terrible.

I'll start by saying I only go there for the Santa Valeria Fair, but the prices are insane for the quality. The staff is unfriendly, and there's even a sign saying you have to buy something to go to the bathroom. And finally, the prices are new, starting from the day of the fair. Never again... Not even to go to the bathroom.

A display of champagnes, of dubious quality that no one can tell you about—why keep them? To give the place a certain tone?
