Pizza come al solito eccezionale. Ma purtroppo è arrivata fredda. Non è colpa fi chi ha consegnato, ma del contenitore praticamente impossibile da chiudere perché rotto. Devo dire che mi dispiace molto perché la pizza è super.

The pizza itself wasn't bad, but it arrived cold, despite being delivered a five-minute drive from the restaurant. I ordered a Margherita with arugula and porcini mushrooms (an extra €2 for the mushrooms), for a total of €12 with delivery. €2 wasted: the porcini mushrooms were almost nonexistent (judging by the picture), barely noticeable, and cut into tiny pieces. I'm giving one star because I can't give less. This is the first and last time I've given them the opportunity to improve... I ordered a Margherita with bresaola flakes and fries, twice, and then a Tyrolean pizza for €19.50. Everything was fine, even without knowing my last name, but that's okay. He calls me, I go downstairs and see that the pizza with bresaola: 1 was very thin, 2 with 4 thin slices of bresaola, 3 without a single topping, 4 looked like plastic, and 5 was missing fries... I call and they say, "Yes, it's coming," and I've been waiting since 8:30 PM for these fantastic fries. They still haven't arrived, and it's a beautiful 9:30 PM. If you're going to make fun of people, definitely not me!!! You're losing a lot of people, and I hate to say it because you used to be one of my favorite pizzerias!! Good luck, Alessandra!!!

I've tried to give them a chance several times when ordering for delivery. The orders have AT LEAST one of these defects, one after the other: -Pizza with toppings moved -Missing drink -They arrive late Today, once again, they arrived 30 minutes late and without the only drink included in the order. I will never order from them again.

Let me start by saying that it's not my style to write negative reviews, quite the opposite. But after this one, I feel a bit taken for a ride. We've been ordering from Granba Matto for a couple of years, and the pizza, even though it costs a little more than average, has always been good. The second-to-last time we ordered it, it arrived very thin, small, and with very little toppings. Even though I'd asked for generous toppings (for a fee, of course). The owner kindly told me that mistakes can happen and that he'd make amends. So far, so good. It happens, no problem. But this time, I feel taken for a ride. Or maybe they've simply changed their way of working. I reordered, but despite repeatedly telling the person taking the order to tell the owner my last name and that we had a pending order, the Margherita still arrived very thin, with half the crust burned, and for a full €18. (A double mozzarella Margherita and a prosciutto and mushroom one) I'm truly sorry, but at this point, I'll look elsewhere for my trusted pizzeria, because I can easily find this lower quality elsewhere at a lower cost.

You shouldn't make a pizza in 10 minutes when the result is burnt, cold, and so thin it doesn't even have a crust! I called them right away, and they apologized and offered me another pizza. I declined, because since it's not the first time, that's enough for me; I won't buy pizza there again. (My review is based on my experience today, which doesn't mean others have had a pizza as good as mine.)

We ordered five pizzas. One of them arrived completely upside down. We called to explain what happened and they kindly told us they'd remake it. We waited. The pizza arrived and the delivery man tried to charge us €12 for the pizza. We explained that it had been remade because the previous one had arrived in terrible condition (we also forwarded a photo to the owner), and he handed it to me. I opened it in front of him and it was worse than the previous one. I called the pizzeria again and asked to speak to the owner, who responded ironically, asking if there were still problems. I told them that I sent the second pizza back to the pizzeria, which had arrived STILL COMPLETELY UP-SIDED. End of story: I never received any more pizzas, and I HAD TO MAKE TOAST for one of my guests. Goodbye and... NEVER AGAIN!

I'm giving one star because it's not possible to give zero. The pizza arrived late and was lukewarm, one of the 6 was wrong. We called and they told us they'd remake it and bring it to you. As is only right, the wrong pizza was intended for someone who was lactose intolerant (so it wasn't a tantrum), so we split it and ate it, while the person left WITHOUT PIZZA watched us. The replacement pizza arrived and, wow, he asked me to return the wrong pizza 😰. I say... by law, the wrong pizza could only be thrown away... So are we throwing the food away? At this point, next time if one wrong pizza out of 6 arrives, won't we eat them all and have them all remade from scratch? Anyway, that's fine, you've earned an extra 10 euros and lost a regular customer. Following up on the restaurant's response, I'd like to point out that throwing away food, despite the so-called crafty people, in a time like this is truly reprehensible and ethically incorrect. The methods for curbing these scammers shouldn't fall on honest people like me and my family. Perhaps a little more attention and a closer check on your order would prevent you from encountering these kinds of problems. Since it's happened twice in the past, with our orders being late and incorrectly delivered to another address, perhaps this can help you understand that perhaps there aren't that many scammers, but rather that it's often due to your own lack of attention. With that said, I bid you farewell and wish you the best of luck and a change of heart on this matter.
