Pranzo veloce in questa catena che serve cibi orientali. Ampia la scelta di piatti, combinabili tra loro. Ho trovato il cibo molto gustoso e particolare, ho mangiato i gyoza di verdure ( cotti alla piastra, croccanti fuori e morbidi dentro) molto buoni, accompagnati da salsa agrodolce al sesamo. In aggiunta, cavolfiori alla piastra con una salsa molto piccante e deliziosa. Il locale è pulito, il servizio veloce e cordiale. Diverse proposte sia vegetariane che vegane. I prezzi, proporzionati alle porzioni, sono un po' alti anche se devo dire che il cibo è di ottima qualità.

Entrati senza troppe aspettative, prima volta in un ristorante di cucina asiatica..ci riceve personale molto gentile ed estremamente paziente nell indirizzarci sulla giusta scelta menu. Piatti di buona qualita ed un po per tutti i gusti !Ottima esperienza direi! Cristina

Lunch at Wagamama Serravalle Scrivia and the experience was quite similar to the previous Chinese restaurant—food was okay, service was good, and the location is convenient inside the outlet area. Overall, a decent spot for a quick, simple meal. Total rating: 4 stars.

Despite the poor reviews, we decided to give it a try. To our surprise, the food was pretty good! The yakisoba was tasty and loaded with vegetables. Just to note that the soba noodles was actually spaghetti. Highly recommend the thai tom yum if you need a quick spicy asian fix. Pleasantly surprised by the soup which had a kick to it and was loaded with vegetables too.

We’ve tried this authentic Japanese resto with my family and it’s not that bad. Staffs are quiet kind. There were a lot of people waiting in a line to have their tables included us. We didn’t wait a lot so my thoughts was there organised well. When it come for food it’s a great idea for winter days cause the ramen was great and big portion. The one thing that I noticed was the table arrangement it’s to near to other table. They accept also a restaurant ticket which is great. My families reaction was “it seems that we were in Japan. The food is not salty not in the other restaurant. “ which is a great compliment. Since my parents was old enough. Too cost but it’s worth it.

Locale dell'omonima catena dedicato all'asian mixology e piatti orientali. Buona l'offerta e varia. Maggior risalto è posto alle diverse preparazioni di ramen che possono essere richieste con diverse gradazioni di piccantezza presenti anche altri piatti che soddisfano i diversi palati. I sapori si sentono e le preparazioni sono buone. Spesso si deve attendere per entrare e ci si siede su dei tavoloni in condivisione. Buoni anche i dolci.

Locale all’interno del centro commerciale di lusso a cielo aperto ‘Seravalle Scrivia’. il posteggio è abbastanza ampio e gratuito offerto dal Centro commerciale. Come antipasti: molto buono il Bao Pork Belly, buono l’ebi katsu mentre evitabili gli yasai gyoza al vapore. Come piatti principali: ottimo il raisukaree gamberi (pollo ap curry con salsa speziata); sulla sufficienza (senza lode e senza infamia) donburi, teppanyaki pollo e gamberi e teppanyaki pollo e funghi. dolci: matcha tiramisu sufficiente, cheescake cioccolato bianco e zenzero molto buona mentre reiwa buonissima. personale a tratti disinteressato alle richieste. a cena il locale, in teoria, chiude alle ore 20:00. prezzo decisamente alto per la qualità che si riceve (mediamente 45€ a persona per mezzo antipasto, un piatto principale, un dolce e mentà acqua da mezzo litro)

Sono stato altre volte qui ed è sempre andato bene, però ora il servizio è decisamente sceso di livello, la ragazza che ci ha accolto alle 1145 non ci voleva dare i posti con lo schienale perché a suo dire erano ancora chiusi, falso, l’ambiente è tutto open. Abbiamo ordinato il drink ed il cibo ed il drink è arrivato quando abbiamo finito il cibo. Non esiste l’alibi del sovraffollamento perché alle 1145 il locale era quasi vuoto con soli tre commensali oltre a noi. Peccato.

il servizio, se si va presto, è veloce e cordiale. i gusti sono diversi rispetto ai soliti ristoranti orientali: in alcuni piatti è un bene, in altri no. il prezzo è leggermente alto. purtroppo dopo la mia visita ho avuto diversi problemi con la digestione, sospetto ci fosse qualche ingrediente avariato :(

Not the best ramen we've had, but it does the job on a cold day. The gyoza was quite average. We couldn't get any juices, even though they are heavily promoted, and the coffee machine was broken. The staff was friendly but not very attentive. Overall, it was overpriced for what you get.

Sono venuto a mangiare in questo posto per le 12, il locale era vuoto ma mi hanno fatto sedere nello stesso tavolo di un’altra coppia. Ho ordinato due piatti e sono arrivati velocemente, ma purtroppo entrambi erano insipidi. Il brodo del ramen era acqua sporca: insapore. Dalle 12:30 è iniziata ad arrivare tanta gente: da questo momento il servizio è andato nel pallone. Fuori dal ristorante c’era la coda e all’interno c’erano numerosi tavoli vuoti, abbiamo chiesto una forchetta che non è mai arrivata. Abbiamo ordinato i gyoza e dopo una lunga attesa sono arrivati, a parere mio troppo unti: frittura non buona. In conclusione una catena che si promette, di essere giapponese anche se non lo è, non lo consiglio ad un amico e non ci tornerò.

Locale carino, cucina a vista, ordinato e pulito. Ramen si presenta molto bene ma purtroppo servito appena tiepido, tendente al freddo...secondo me è un piatto da gustare bello caldo, non si può servire quasi freddo. Prezzi medio alti. Servizio poco accogliente.

Cibo buono ma prezzi spropositati. Serve del personale che sa lavorare. 5 euro di coperto ci siamo dovuti prendere noi le bacchette e i tovaglioli e quando abbiamo chiesto una ciotola il ragazzo visto che aveva una macchia l’ha pulita con il dito. O siete un fast food e allora adeguate i prezzi o siete un ristorante e allora adeguate il servizio. In ogni caso l’igiene è fondamentale

Ordered yaki soba which arrived with 2 bits of mini prawns and 2 pieces of chicken (see photo). I had to battle with the waiter to get the dish improved / fixed. He had to go and ask permission to take away my plate. Unbelievable - I am not making this up. Never coming back because of the awful service and poor dishes. €17 for technically veggie Yaki soba? No thanks !!

A restaurant in the Serravalle outlet, very easy to find because it is near the entrance. Try some of the menu like Rame, Chicken salad, Tom yum. We have prepared for the asian cuisine with western touch (less spice etc) but unfortunately this one was out of our expectations. We just don't like the foods. Some area also can be improved such as the serving time and staffing things. The best thing is the price were reasonable and they have a lot of table Wasn’t good at all

Ho ordinato una donburi teriyaki con supplemento pollo e riso. Mi è arrivata una ciotola con (a far tanto) 120g di riso e qualche straccetto di pollo. Nulla a che vedere con il Wagamama di Orio al Serio. Non ho fatto la foto dello scempio che mi hanno servito, ma allego un donburi preso ad Orio (stesse aggiunte) e pagato meno.

Pessima esperienza. L'unico posto dove ho mangiato della cucina asiatica totalmente insapore. Il PadThai mancava di sale e pieno di cipolla. I gyoza, che costano oltre 7€, hanno pochissimo ripieno, serviti con una salsina dal gusto indecifrabile. Abbiamo prenotato e, nonostante molti tavoli liberi, ci hanno fatto attendere fino a che non si sono alzate alcune persone da un tavolo. Bo? Gli altri piatti che non ho assaggiato personalmente, a sentire i giudizi dei miei commensali, erano passabili ma nessuno ha lasciato un giudizio positivo e alcuni non hanno neanche finito di mangiare. Insomma, direi proprio che non ci torneremo e che il rapporto qualità/prezzo è totalmente non bilanciato. Il locale, esteticamente, non è male.

Terrible service and experience in this restaurant. The waiter whittled at us to ask for our attention. Unbelievable. For time in my life. After the restaurant was empty and he asked us to sit next to the only busy table. We asked to change. He refused. I rarely seen so rude waiter. We will never come back.

Disappointment. Loud music, unfriendly waiter, mediocre food. Paid 50 euro for average experience. They charged service cover (coperto) for a lunch, without offering any service, bread, oil, vinegar…?!

The chef did a very bad job with food. One of our dish only had onions when it came to vegetables. There was barely any chicken. The food was stale and very bad in taste. The pad Thai was super dry and bad in taste.

WARNING - terrible customer service - the gurl with glasses pretended she did not hear my request and kept guiding me to seat with people. Isn’t that becus you didn’t wanna walk far away from the table to table? Such a poor service. It was not even that busy, only 3-4 tables were occupied. After being guided wrong by her twice, I told her that i would just leave, then she was like okokok😂😂😂😂 are you joking with me? Don’t go there unless you want to be treated like this shit. Plus, by the looks of all the reviews, food would not even that good LOLs. Such a shame that I experienced this in Italy where the country has been known for great hospitality🤷🏼‍♀️🤌🏽

It was not just bad, it was terrible. All the dishes were tasteless and overpriced. We ordered curry, ramen, and gyoza – everything was just not good! The service was also lacking; the staff was rude, unfriendly, and very slow. Moreover, the waitress had some kind of skin condition, which didn't help with our appetite. I really do not recommend going here.

I recently dined at your restaurant and ordered a simple bowl of ramen. Despite there being no other customers waiting, it took over 30 minutes for my order to arrive. When it was finally served, the soup was only warm, not hot, which significantly affected the experience. Unfortunately, the taste was also highly disappointing, and to make matters worse, the dish was quite expensive for what was provided. I wanted to share this feedback as it was one of the most underwhelming and overpriced dining experiences I’ve had. I hope the restaurant addresses these issues with service efficiency, food quality, and pricing to better meet customer expectations and uphold the reputation of Asian cuisine.

Taste isn’t as expected the Tom yum wasn’t rich, it’s for €16 so expected the gonna use med-large shrimps as in the menu photo but the uses nearly frozen baby shrimps Wasn’t good at all The tables are deeply unclean and sticky, don’t recommend at all

Don’t go in there unless you’re very hungry. They have no idea how to cook Asian food. Service is super slow. They use spaghetti and called it ramen. The broth is warm. It should be hot.

The worst Wagamama ever visited. Very poor service. Unorganised staff who just kept following each other. There was clearly no leadership in the store. Staff were clueless and customers had to call waiters over to be served. Ridiculous. Even at around 1.30pm they didn't have hardly anything on the menu! Very frustrating. They also just dumped the food on the table without any acknowledgment. Please provide training for this store so they can offer a better service and one you would expect from Wagamama. When paying at the counter, the lady did not dedicate her time in processing the order. She kept doing other things such as making coffee and talking to other staff. Very unprofessional. I hope this review is taken on board to revisit this team and their professional development at this restaurant.

Honestly don't even go there , i would not recomment. I should have trusted the previous opinions which really reflect the reality.. rather go to macdonalds.Not only did they make a mistake on the order, i even ask for no vegetables but they can not even dot that.. but on top of that the portions were worse than ridiculous for a high price, we at least expect it to eat something!! There was like 80 percent vegetables, four small shrimp (really I'm not kidding) and a bite of noodles. 15 euros for that.. Even a kid's portion is more generous than that.. I've never seen that of any restaurant I've been to. It really is a disgrace to Asian food.. PS: none of the employees can speak English.
