Das Restaurant scheint gut organisiert und wohl vor allem für seine Grill Gerichte bekannt. Wir wollten dennoch Fisch essen und ließen uns beraten. Die Mitarbeiter haben uns von Anfang an charmant umsorgt, wobei sich wohl eine Tischreservierung lohnt um einen guten Platz zu ergattern. Die Vorspeise mit Garnelen auf Avocado und Rösti ist unglaublich lecker. Der empfohlene Fisch (Dorsch?) mit Kartoffel/Süßkartoffel Stampf und gegrilltem Gemüse war ein Gedicht. Die gegrillten Gambas waren gut, aber nicht außergewöhnlich. Fazit: Auf die Empfehlungen der Bedienung einlassen und sehr gut, wenn auch nicht ganz günstig, speisen.

Nice restaurant with good service. Mainly they serve fresh meat or fish from the BBQ. The food has a good quality but it is very costly. No reservation needed. On daytime it seems to be closed (completely) but in the evening it opens and has a nice atmosphere.

I cannot say enough how wonderful our dinner service was - from squeezing us in (we didn’t have a reservation) the atmosphere, and the amazing service from Elias/Aleas (my Spanish is only so-so). I wasn’t feeling the greatest from travel lag, and didn’t eat much of my meal - and Elias made sure I went home with a brand new order to ensure I enjoyed it once I “felt better.” I would recommend this restaurant over and over again. (Oh, and my angus hamburger was indeed delicious once I felt better enough to enjoy it!)

We were welcomed in a lovely way, the waitor Elias took care of us in a nice way. The food was really good and it is a cozy beautiful garden with nice slow blues music. Lovely atmosphere! 🌸

We were absolutely delighted with everything – the food, the wine/beer, and the very friendly and attentive service. We enjoyed perfectly grilled meat, sitting in a cozy outdoor setting with a beautiful sea view in a garden-like atmosphere. A truly wonderful experience, and we will definitely be coming back!

A real gem that I wish we had visited earlier on our trip. Barbecued meats and fish are the thing. Delicious 1kg t-bone fed 3 of us happily. Sides and sauces are great. Nice tight wine list with some local offerings. Service is great and friendly finally the desserts are fantastic, all made in house and of a really high standard. Prices for the area are very good. We are a family of 10 from NYC and let’s just say Sorrento’s did not disappoint. They were able to accommodate us in no time and within 10 mins we had one of the best sangrias and drinks out. We ordered Lamb chops, BBQ Rabbit, chicken Skewers, chicken thighs, baked potatoes and sweet potatoes for the table. The basmati rice was a bonus side dish that complimented every dish perfectly. Elias, our server, was truly amazing. He accommodated our family with all our requests, food delivered right off the grill which was not only cooked to perfection but seasoned and served with the perfect side of grilled vegetables. If you wish to visit Mallorca you must and I say this with a lot of respect to the chef and the staff, come and experience Sorrento’s.

Mir wurde dieses gemütliche Lokal empfohlen – und was für ein Glück! Die freundlichen Mitarbeiter haben in Rekordzeit ein köstliches Essen für mich organisiert. Es hat sich absolut gelohnt: angenehme Atmosphäre, stilvolles Interieur und eine wahnsinnig leckere Küche. Ich kann dieses Restaurant nur weiterempfehlen!

Day one: A great experience. Good portion size. We ordered BBQ pork ribs and bolognese. The ribs tasted really good, some of the better food I have eaten in Mallorca. We recommend going for the BBQ on the menu, not the pasta. Day two: We went back the day after and ordered entrecôte (nr. 18) and chicken. The food didn’t tasted as great as last time. It was good, but I think the ribs tasted better. I ordered medium, but it was more well done, than my taste. I didn’t ordered frenc fries and some sauce at first, so I had to ask the waiter afterwards. When I ordered ribs it was included, I should have asked if it was included with the beef.

Had a lovely meal this evening, deliciously cooked on the grill. Staff really nice also and the service of a relative speed. Such a beautiful setting too.

Sangria is not fruity. Meat is chewy. Ice cream tastes like bubble gum. The rest of menu is okay. They have to ventilate the barbecue place, we had headache by the smell and intensity of smoke. For the sake of kind barbecue guy, fix ventilation.

Un très beau et bon restaurant par sa qualité de cuisine affine et le cadre super agréable. Dommage que le service et plus que nul 2h30 pour manger un plat et dessert et encore nous avons relancé pour avoir la carte, passer la commande et le délai de paiement... il faut réclamer sinon le serveur ne vient pas forcément à vous. Le serveur n'arrive pas gérer et très agressive et sans parler qui n'était pas en salle. Il avait 6 tables à revoir le personnel absolument. Sinon bravo à la cuisine et le cadre dommage pour la qualité du personnel.

El lloc molt bonic amb un jardí preciós. El menjar molt just i poca quantitat. Ens han assegut al costat de la brasa i ens venia el fum i hem sortit tots fent olor a barbacoa. El servei no gaire bé, el cambrer no ens ha deixat temps per escollir els plats, tota l’estona ens venia a preguntar si sabíem què volíem, no ha estat gaire amable i quan ens ha portat el compte ens ha demanat que li posessim un 10% de propina, m’ha semblat increïble. Primer perquè aquí no es donen aquestes propines, i segon per tenir la barra de demanar-ho, gairebé exigir-ho!!! A més a més, hem pogut escoltar com el personal del restaurant es reia dels clients parlant en veu alta, pensant que com gairebé tots eren extrangers, ningú els podia entendre. No recomano el restaurant pel servei rebut.

Denne skønne restaurant ligger lige ved siden af vores hotel, der var god musik fra restauranten og masser af mennesker, derfor besluttede jeg at besøge denne restaurant. Der er en god atmosfære restauranten. imødekommende tjener, fik også lov til at ændre, min hovedret, så jeg fik kartoffelmos i stedet for ris 👌 Vi fik serveret en god hvidvin vin til 80 euros men selve maden var under middel, og priserne er bestemt ikke i den lave ende Den grillede bøf, bestod af halv kød halv fedt, minimalt tilbehør Kartoffelmosen og sovsen var egentlig fint, men selve laksen var nærmest kogt, havde håbet den var sprød og lækker.

The food was okayish, a bit pricey for what it is We booked a table a day in advance but when we arrived to my surprise they offered a table by the garden entrance next to a busy road after we refused to sit, they offered a better table!! It was like we had to negotiate and they did us a favor. The waitress was rude and saw the same comment in the other reviews below. No recommend it.

Das Ambiente draußen ist sehr schön, drinnen (wo wir saßen) ist es nicht so hübsch. Die Kellner waren auch mehr mit draußen beschäftigt und hatten keine Zeit für uns. Die Carbonara hat nach wenig geschmeckt, die Pasta an sich war aber sehr Lecker. Gerichte vom Grill sind sehr gut. Am besten nur mit Reservierung für dran dort hin gehen und Gerichte vom Grill nehmen.

Food is great but wait staff are condescending and rude. Politely asked if they had patatas brava (in Spanish) and got lectured about how it’s a tourist dish and they are a traditional restaurant - quite ironic considering they operate in a super touristy area, have an Italian name & offer pasta 😂. Also had to ask about 5 times to order & was made to feel like an inconvenience. After all they had the audacity to ask for a tip, which we gave because we felt intimidated. Give it a miss!!

Terrible place! Waited 1 hour for food, we got a very smal dish of pasta, who tasted awfull. And when we complaind they took the food away and we had to pay for the hole meal. We have never been to a more disgusting restaurant.

Disaster from start to finish, Manuel couldn't even realise 4 people were eating, as he brought out 3 meals to a table of 4, and only 1 side when we ordered 2. The owners begrudged 10% discount was a less than satisfactory considering 25% of the order wasn't brought to the table until the other 3 had finished their meals. Overall, a terrible service and below average food.

Skandaløst dårlig måltid! Vi bestilte biff eller kjøtt av Angus-kvalitet. Kjøttstykket var fullt av fett og så lite mørt at en biffkniv ikke klarte å skjære gjennom kjøttet. Vi sendte ut maten, men betjening virket helt uforstående til vår klage og tilbød en skarpere kniv. Vi bestilte , og fikk omsider ny Kjøttstykke. I mellomtiden hadde grønnsakene blitt kalde og måtte sendes ut for oppvarming. Traumatisk matopplevelse på et sted som ikke bør besøkes. Dyrt og dårlig spisested, og som bør velges bort.!

Food was mediocre for the price and the kind of service that makes you feel like tourist aren’t welcome even if your restaurant is nestled between two hotels. Server laughed at us when ordering ketchup and wasn’t kind the entire time, even when greeted with polite behaviour.

Very bad food with unprofessional staff who not only forgot the starter tapas which contained six piled old bread. We ordered a fish that smelled in the menu was written ratatouille real was three pieces of eggplant fetched tomato sauce. The chicken we ordered the waiter witch brought the leg of the side dish three mushrooms. I ordered ravioli with tomato sauce waiter brought it intermediate ravioli stuffed with mushrooms that were not even frozen on the bolognese. Of course, the waiter understand English it is yes to be justified but the frozen semi-product is not.

Seriously don't bother. Dreadful service. Waited half an hour to be served and told "this is not a hotel so chill out plus we are short of staff tonight" like it was somehow our fault. Food when it finally did come just ok. Far better options nearby

Nie wieder! Wir durften 30 Min warten bis wir die Getränke bestellen konnten. Das Essen wurde nicht gleich mit aufgenommen. Eine Gruppe von 10 Personen, die nach uns gekommen sind, wurde mit der Bestellung vorgezogen. Nach 1 Stunde Wartezeit durften dann endlich wir bestellen. Insgesamt haben wir fast 3 Stunden dort gesessen. Am Schluss (2 Pärchen) wollten wir getrennt bezahlen. Der Kellner meinte wir sollen es selbst ausrechnen. Dann kam er mit der Frage ob wir fertig sind. Entscheidet selbst ob ihr euch das antun wollt. Keine Sterne wären hier eher angebracht, leider kann man das nicht vergeben.

One creepy waiter. I asked him to stop being inappropriate to the 25 year old girl at the table and this was reciprocated with him swearing at me on the way out of the restaurant (ironically making comments about what I should do to my mother, who was also there). Otherwise, the food and the rest of the staff were great. Shame that one waiter with a grey beard spoiled the evening for everyone.

I went to dinner 2 nights ago and my gut has been destroyed ever since. My husband and my children ordered pasta Bolognese and it had a dry and rather artificial texture. I ordered some lamb ribs and they were very few and had almost no meat, taking into account The price they try to charge for being a tourist island is not worth going to this restaurant. price quality well below any restaurant on the island. I do not recommend it at all
