Amazing experience. Views were incredible with a piano in the background with the waiters very attentive. It was a gorgeous meal off the offers menu which were amazing value - it was one of the best meals of the holiday and by far the best value. Peservere and visit the Perseverantia this year!

Hemos pasado un día muy agradable en Perseverantia. Detallo lo acontecido. Hemos llegado por la mañana y teníamos las tumbonas reservadas. Las tumbonas con sombrilla son 10€ e incluyen una consumición de agua o refresco. Para la comida habíamos reservado un menú de entrantes y paella. La comida ha sido deliciosa. El postre, bebidas, la atención de los camareros y todo en general ha sido fantástico. No le doy cinco estrellas porque ha habido un problema con el precio y no nos querían cobrar el precio indicado tanto por teléfono como en internet. Al final nos han cobrado el precio acordado. Sin duda es un sitio agradable para pasar el día. Por la tarde ha habido un DJ que ha puesto música toda la tarde. Los baños así como el resto del establecimiento está decente. Rwpertirremos

Está bien el sitio para poder pasar el día en la piscina y comer bien. El menú está muy bien y la paella está muy buena pero el servicio tengo que decir que la mayoría de veces es bastante decadente. Tienes que estar llamándolos todo el rato y no están pendientes a las mesas aunque sólo haya 3. Creo que es un aspecto a mejorar ya que todo lo demás está bien. De ambiente le pongo un 3 porque es verdad que no hay control ninguno de los niños en la piscina ni por parte de los empleados, ni del socorrista ni en muchas ocasiones de los padres. Lo recomiendo pero hay aspectos que mejorar.

Muy buen sitio. Comida es deliciosa y espectacular. El servicio es lento por eso no le pongo el 5. Y porque La piscina cierra a las 18. Para mi muy pronto en estos dias de calor . Tienen un menu durante la semana por 14 euros que esta delicioso.

Cambio mi reseña de hace 2 años de 2 estrellas a 4, porq pase el otro dia para probar el menu de la Mostra de cuina mallorquina y estaba deliciosooo 🤩 La camarera muy amable y rapida, los platos como en las fotos, el vino bien ... Super experiencia 👍 Hace 2 años: 2 estrellas solo por la piscina y la situación. Los precios no estan en relación, a los muebles les faltan cojines, el vaso de vino con pintalabios, todo muy lento, una porcion extra de aioli pequeña valía 2€, aceitunas secas... no volveremos.

Aunque el servicio que fue lentísimo, la comida estaba buena y la ubicación era más que perfecta, pues podías bañarte en el mar o en la piscina mientras esperabas entre plato y plato que te trajeran la comida. Había muchos trabajadores pero mal organizados.

We got a very nice and tasty meal at the restaurant. The chicken spears and rice were perfectly cooked and the sauce was with peanutbutter which fit nicely. We ordered the 3 course menu (€18+drinks) where you had a handful of options for starters, main course and 2 options for dessert. The service were good but we had 3-5 servants, and would have liked the same servant for a better experience.

We really loved this restaurant. So much to come back several times during our stay in Santa Ponsa. Just know that the service is spotty and sometimes very attentive but also sometimes very slow.

This place is definitely worth a visit. Admittedly, the enthusiasm of the staff was not overwhelming, but perfectly acceptable none the less. Nothing to worry about and it was the end of the season.... The beer was good value. About €3 for a medium one. I had a beef burger for lunch, with potato wedges and it was well cooked and well presented. The cost was €10. You could argue that the holiday apartments overlooking Perseverantia slightly detract from the luxury feel, but again, this didn't bother us and I don't think it's a problem. It's the location that makes this restaurant. You can use the pool in the middle, or the sunbeds. Or the small dockside for sunbathing. Best of all is the stunning back drop of Santa Ponsa beach and bay that creates the experience. I was slightly miffed that a small motor powered dingy delivered two well-to-do looking woman to the restaurant from a yacht anchored in the bay. But I think this is jealousy and beyond the restaurants control! Cute girlfriend and Ray Ban's not included. Sorry.

Comida rica 🥘 a un precio no excesivo para ser zona turística pero la atención dejó muchísimo que desear. La nada desdeñable cifra de 45 minutos esperando solo a que vinieran a traernos la cuenta, tras pedírsela a 3 camareros diferentes. Hartas de esperar (hasta de pie mirándoles) decidimos irnos y ya cuando nos estábamos yendo vinieron corriendo tras nosotras a reclamar el pago de la cuenta. Se disculparon pero lo mínimo era haber tenido algún detalle...

Es un lugar ideal para relajarse y disfrutar de la piscina. Incluso con niños, ya que ellos pueden bañarse en la piscina mientras disfrutais de la terraza. Hay muchos sofás y mesas para las comidas y cenas. El servicio es bastante lento y no hay vigilancia en la piscina.

Un sitio magnífico por las vistas al mar y al lado del piscina! Sitio muy agradable! Pero el personal ( no todos ) pero algunos muy desagradables y como enfadados. Hay más personal que clientes y son tan lentos. Es un caos. Con el calor que hace nos han traído agua que no estaba fría. Han tardado muchísimo para que venga alguien para pedir y también hacía falta una gran búsqueda para pagar. El chico de los cócteles es muy rápido no ha tardado casi nada. La paella ni tan mal, un poco salada pero nada.

La hamburguesa que se ve en la foto fue lo que pedí para comer y pese que estaba bastante buena, explicaré por qué no les doy las cinco estrellas. Teníamos mesa reservada para las 14 y llegamos a menos diez... Hasta aquí todo correcto. La última persona de nuestro grupo llegó a las 14:05 más o menos. Pasaron más de 20 minutos para que nos pidieran la bebida y tardaron otros 15 en traerla. Después, sobre las 14:40 nos pidieron si queríamos entrantes, pedimos unas croquetas y unos calamares, ambos platos muy buenos... Aunque llegaron sobre las 15. Si no recuerdo mal, al mismo tiempo que pedimos los primeros pedimos las paellas y las hamburguesas, se nos dijo que podrían tardar (en su carta pone unos 40 minutos). Recapitulando, pedimos primeros y segundos a las 14:40 y, los últimos de estos se nos sirvieron sobre las 16:10-16:20... Casi 2 horas después. Tuvimos que cancelar unos vinos porque no llegaban... En conclusión, la comida está buena, pero yo únicamente volvería a ir si tuviera 4 horas para comer... Mínimo. Tema calidad-precio, no está nada mal para estar a primera línea de playa. Tiene entrada directa al mar y una piscina enorme en medio de la terraza. La música del local siempre la misma, demasiado repetitiva.

Llevo años viniendo a este sitio. Empecé cuando aún se llamaba Papagayo, era un sitio bastante familiar, luego lo llevaron unos rusos que no supieron sacarle partido y ahora, perseverantia, parece que funciona. Tiene cosas buenas y cosas malas. Lo mejor es la comida que aunque es algo cara la calidad es buenísima, sobretodo la paella. Luego hay cosas como la cantidad de gente que no me gusta. Hay demasiadas mesas, poco espacio, mucho ruido y los camareros están muy perdidos. Ninguno tiene una mesa asignada, cambian el orden de la mesa y muchas veces no saben dónde va la comanda. Si pides limón lo mismo te lo traen al acabar la paella, si pides hielo, lo mismo, te lo traen súper tarde. Lo mejor, venir entre semana, así la atención será más centralizada. La ubicación es perfecta, ves el mar, estás entre dos cañitas y mientras te vallas en la piscina puedes disfrutar del mar. Aunque el cartel de normas de piscina ponga que está abierta hasta las 21 te echan a las 18. Ojo! Aparcar es muy difícil!

Great food but rude staff. We didn't know whether we had to be seated or if we just sat down, the lady we saw first just shrugged and pointed... So we took that as a 'just sit down wherever'. Waiters would come and go without paying us any attention and only came over when we waved. Then took ages to take our order. Tables were also pretty dirty and looking around it took a while for them to clear & clean them after use. Had the burger which to be fair, was brilliant. Really tasty, well presented and one of the best meals of the holiday. Really good food but let down massively by the waiters there.

Puedes darte un baño en su piscina mientras esperas a que te atiendan, cosa que no ocurrirá nunca. También puedes esperar en una de sus hamacas o en uno de sus sofás pero nadie se parará, los camareros pasan de largo. Y cuando ya decides acercarte a la barra para pedir a ver si te atienden, el camarero te dice que tienes que irte a tu sitio a que vaya un camarero a tomarte la comanda. Después de otro baño y otro rato de espera viendo pasar camareros de largo nos dimos por vencidos y nos fuimos. La piscina bien, aunque en domingo de julio abarrotada de gente.

He visto malos camareros en mi vida pero el servicio de este restaurante es el peor que me he encontrado, no se salva nadie. Desde no querer tomarnos nota hasta esperar 15 minutos a que nos trajeran las copas cuando ya teníamos la botella de vino en la mesa. Buen ambiente, cerca del mar, con piscina y comida correcta.

Horrendous service. One or two staff taking orders on PDQ, many more waiters and one behind the bar. Average wait Tim 30 plus minutes once your able to place an order.

Pese a su ubicación sobre el mar, con piscina de agua salada, tumbonas y restaurante, el servicio de restauración es nefasto. Camareros muy agradables, pero escasos. La comida buena, pero el servicio de la misma, lento no, lo siguiente. Me sirvieron una cerveza que había pedido con la comida, en los postres. La carta es amplia y tiene menú los días entre semana al mediodía. Tienes que reservar mesa y si quieres servicio de tumbonas también las tienes que reservar. Es una zona difícil de aparcar.

La comida bien, abundante. El supervisor que nos tomó nota, mal, borde, te recomendaba constantemente que era poca comida (éramos 4) somos del norte y entendemos de pescados, mariscos y parrillas, quería que pidiéramos otra parrillada más. Error xq ya no pudimos comer el postre q tenían todos una pintaza y nos quedamos con las ganas. Los camareros geniales, atentos, educados y profesionales. Pero no volvemos ni lo recomendamos, hay muchos más restaurantes y mejores.

Really disappointed to say that there are no positives to give about our experience at this restaurant! After sitting down, our drink order was taken and we all felt a little on edge and soon realised it was the lack of music. There was no atmosphere at all! After having ordered our food, 25 minutes went by with no drink. No explanation. Still no atmosphere. We asked and there was no apology. We actually asked if they could stop our food as we weren't happy. They said, rudely, that it was done and then after a further ten minutes the nearly inedible paella arrived. No lemon, no seasoning and definitely no saffron. The view is stunning but unfortunately this is not anything created by this awful restaurant or their rude staff.

It was very disappointed. It seemed to have oysters that is why I was going to the restaurant in the first place. Which they did not have. In addition, it took a really long time, before the even paid attention to me. When it was time to order, everything that I wanted was out of stock. Ended up going for my third choice. When the food arrived, everything was cold, meaning my burger and my fries. I would not recommend people to come here.
