La primera vez en probarlo, bastante variedad de menús para elegir la comida estaba bastante buena de sabor, el pollo muy bien rebozado y crujiente, pidiendo el menú ponen bastantes patatas aunque la hamburguesa es pequeña las patatas bacon queso por 1€ más estaban bastante rocas. Relación calidad cantidad precio no es muy buena pues la hamburguesa es bastante pequeña para lo que cuesta, aunque si está buena. Respecto al servicio del local, en mi caso con el restaurante totalmente lleno, no tardaron mucho em servirnos la comida así que por esa parte bien, lo único malo es que el local se vio bastante sucio.

I'm not giving it 5 stars because it's clear they don't clean the tables. That's a fundamental part of cleanliness. I understand having a lot of customers and not being able to clean immediately, but at least do a quick wipe down of the tables every hour with a damp cloth. I could get grime off, man! But the food, as always, is exquisite.

Unfortunately if you buy a chicken burger on the promotion it isn't actually a burger but a very little piece of chicken! Adding extra bacon is laughable too for the mini bite you get.

Firstly, this is NOT a biscuit. While this looks exactly like the photo in the menu, it is not fluffy but instead compact and not cooked in the middle. How can you tell? Press on the dough on the inside and if doesn’t bounce back, it’s not cooked. The chicken was good though. A little on the salty side. About the service: slow. Slow. Slow. The TV that had the pending and completed orders didn’t seem to move. Tables were messy and greasy. I did see someone come clean them but they sprayed it indiscriminately and even got it on the people—maybe without meaning to? As we left, the drive through was PACKED. I wasn’t able to see if that took longer or not. As this is my favorite place for chicken in NY, I will need to go back in a month JUST to make sure this wasn’t a one off situation.

Fui a recoger un too good to go el grande de la tarde valorado en 21€ y me dieron 15 alitas picantes y unas servilletas que están valoradas entre unos 11,50 a 14,25 más o menos,esto no es lo que promete la aplicación fallo de los trabajadores? This is the second time I've gone out for dinner with my son and some friends, and it was another bad experience. Our orders were all mixed up, hamburgers were brought in the wrong places, and appetizers were served together when they should have been separate. Plus, the cashier kept ignoring me as I tried to order ice cream. I won't be back.

We placed an order and everything went wrong. First, they sent it to a different address, one we usually use for deliveries. Then, we ordered three hamburgers, but only two arrived, and they weren't even the ones we'd chosen. We were also missing a soft drink, and even after receiving it, the tracking still said "on its way." Imagine our surprise... after calling the restaurant five times, they finally answered on the sixth. First, they said they couldn't hear us, and then they offered no solution, washing their hands of the matter and saying Glovo was responsible for the mistake. Another surprise... the delivery driver wasn't from Glovo, so who could we complain to? We managed to get in touch with someone from the app, and they said they couldn't do anything but wait for the order status to change to "received" so we could file a complaint and request a refund through the app. It was a disgraceful service, terrible customer service, and absolutely no solution. We ended up without dinner. Last time we order from this place.

I ordered dinner through Glovo today. I placed the order at 7:55 PM, and the estimated delivery time was between 8:20 and 8:30 PM. It was 9:00 PM and it hadn't arrived. I called the restaurant as Glovo indicated, and at first, I had to guess where the call was coming from because the person who answered didn't say anything. After a moment, they informed me that my order had been dispatched 10 minutes after I placed it, that the delivery driver's name was Adam, but that they didn't have any more information since the driver was from Glovo and not affiliated with the restaurant. But to my surprise, when I checked with Glovo, I realized that while the order was indeed through Glovo, Popeye Barakaldo uses its own delivery drivers. I called repeatedly to get information, but they never answered again. At 9:10 PM, the order arrived, and it wasn't from Glovo but from Uber, according to the young man, which is a lie; it's from Popeye. On the one hand, the food arrived freezing cold, clearly not fresh, and the chicken pieces they sent me were several wings that were far from the ideal size. I've attached photos and I strongly recommend never ordering from this place; the staff is clearly not dedicated.
