Bar sporchissimo,personale scortese e che non ha voglia di lavorare e se la prende con i clienti per poter parlare con i colleghi al posto di lavorare, piccioni che invadono il locale e ambiente orribile.

Sono rimasto davvero deluso dal servizio in questo bar, in particolare dal comportamento della barista con i capelli rasati. Fin dal primo momento è stata scortese e arrogante, non solo con me ma anche con altri clienti e colleghi, alzando la voce senza motivo. Quando ho chiesto semplicemente di aggiungere un po’ di latte al mio latte macchiato, ha reagito in modo inaccettabile: sbattendo gli oggetti e dimostrandosi infastidita, come se stessi chiedendo un favore assurdo. Per di più, il latte macchiato era fatto male, tutto schiuma e pochissimo latte, l'opposto di come dovrebbe essere. Invece di ammettere l'errore o correggerlo, ha continuato con il suo atteggiamento scostante e sgarbato. Un comportamento del genere è inaccettabile in un locale pubblico. Di certo non tornerò e non consiglio a nessuno di farlo se vuole un minimo di cortesia e professionalità.

Ho chiesto di pulire il tavolo, che era pieno dei rifiuti lasciati dal cliente precedente, e la risposta del barista che faceva i caffè, mentre preparava i caffè, è stata un'incomprensibile 'sarà quello dei cappucci di soia'. Che vuol dire? Devo davvero consumare al tavolo sporco, e la colpa sarebbe dei cappucci di soia? La brioches che mi è stata servita era surgelata, con pezzi di ghiaccio al suo interno - un vero disastro! E per non parlare del personale, scortese e con poca voglia di lavorare. Se non siete in grado di gestire il ritmo frenetico di una domenica mattina, forse è il caso di cambiare lavoro. E, cosa più importante, evitate di fare commenti maleducati, soprattutto se si sentono chiaramente. Non tornerò sicuramente!"

Vengo spesso qui, nulla da dire sul personale gentile e disponibile, tranne per la signora con i piercing (credo sia la titolare) che è di una maleducazione assurda. Non sorride mai, sembra non aver voglia di lavorare e ha dei modi scorbutici.

I asked for Pizzoccheri and got a plate with 50 grams of pizzoccheri and poorly seasoned pasta. At lunchtime, workers should eat, not be mocked. After a bad first experience, I wanted to give this place a second chance. I've always been there for lunch. The first negative thing that immediately stands out is the tables outside, which are left dirty and messy. I should point out that this bar is located in a square where the Esselunga supermarket is located, so it has a separate building and a large outdoor area. It would be wonderful if it were well-managed. Beyond that initial issue, another sore point is the staff: unfriendly, rushed, and inattentive. I let them know that I would be sitting outside—there were four of us—and that I was waiting for someone to kindly clean my table. A waiter comes to take our order and, after three requests, tells us that the dish is not available! At 12:40... We had ordered a vegetarian platter and black rice with shrimp. So we order the only platter available, "rovagnati" (vegetarian salad) and pasta with sardines. When the trays arrive, no one had yet cleaned our table. We had to ask. The platter was really shabby; it's a shame I didn't take a photo. The focaccia was hard and cold. We're familiar with Esselunga platters, and there's no comparison to the ones we've had in Lissone and on Via Adriano. The pasta looked like the fake one you see on display; with a forkful, it all came off the plate. Inedible. Not even a paper napkin...we even skipped dessert. Total disappointment.

Doors open and free access to the pigeons. You know what I think? An old trick: customers drink quickly and leave! I hope someone in charge goes to check!

DIY environment, you have to clean the tables inside and out to sit down. Pigeons everywhere, especially inside. The floor outside is full of cigarette butts and paper. If you want to catch a disease, come here. It's easy to catch it. ... Avoid this place.

We have been to this place for lunch several times, just yesterday they gave us small portions of both risotto and pasta. It's all good, maybe you should save money. Feed people well. And then the tables are very dirty.

I was a regular customer but will never return. Mostly rude staff, who always give priority to supermarket colleagues and chat with them while customers wait. I ordered as seen on the menu “delicately smoked salmon, bread and butter” and after 15 minutes I received more butter than salmon with extra bread. I didn't receive the coupon to pay and immediately reporting it to the cashier I was laughed at and asked to check again. Total of what you see in the photo: €10! I would like to point out that there are other employees (not present today) who have always been respectful, friendly and helpful, it's a shame that they seem to be the exception.

The barista with short hair was very rude. Also another employee very rudely scolded a lady who was about to leave without putting the tray back in the cart, it was quite an embarrassing situation in front of all the people there. It is not nice to witness episodes like this on a Sunday morning. Hire people who want to work.

A convenient bar because it's close to the Esselunga store. They offer all kinds of sandwiches and ready-made meals. They also have appetizer platters. I can only give it one star for two reasons: the bathroom isn't very clean and the counter staff isn't very empathetic.
