Sticky tables and bathrooms with no ventilation. I appreciate the Old Wild West for the variety of menu options. If these "express" places are created with only sandwiches and chicken, it loses its meaning and becomes a competitor to the likes of McDonald's or Burger King, in my opinion.

Un buon punto dove mangiare degli hamburger discreti, ma in maniera rapida. Senza infamia e senza lode. Ho voluto provare dopo tantissimo tempo e diciamo che non è stato male, ma nulla di eccezionale. Tavoli nel retro ( le carrozze per intenderci) sporchi e appiccicosi, bagno sporco. Se lo consiglio? Direi di no, c'è tanta concorrenza in quel punto che offre sicuramente soluzioni simili e migliori allo stesso prezzo.

Chiedo menu asporto... Arrivo a casa e niente cannuccia per la bibita e niente salsa! Che dire... Commessa un po' distratta anche se non c'è nessuno. Rispetto a qualche mese fa è peggiorata anche la qualità del cibo, panino appiattito e molliccio... Cmq resta sempre migliore del Mc!

This location is pure McDonald's style... from the location to the menu options... I've been to other locations that were truly beautiful Wild West-themed restaurants with top-notch dishes! This location gets a lot of bikers coming and going for home deliveries. At least the guy at the counter was very nice!

I wasn't very impressed with this place; the sandwiches are very basic, and the OWW sauce is a very basic one. The service was relatively slow, despite the small crowd. There was limited seating in front of the shop; for more seating, you have to go to the other side of the Sarca center.

A parte il servizio, con una ragazza cortese e simpatica, si é rivelato un Old Wild West sotto gli standard soliti, ritrovati altrove. L'ambiente é asettico, il cibo (almeno quello che ho provato) insufficiente.

Inqualificabile. Preso con Deliveroo, mai più. È finito tutto nel cestino in quanto il panino era immangiabile. La carne era secca e vecchia così come il resto del condimento. Inoltre non ho mai visto un panino così piccolo, davvero vergognoso. Le patatine e le mozzarella stick erano gomma. Per finire in bellezza è arrivato tutto in dei minuscoli sacchetti di carta senza neanche il logo.

In cucina (non era solo una persona) si compongono i panini a mani nude, senza un attrezzo o quantomeno dei guanti. Qua mancano le basi dell igiene alimentare. Ogni altro giudizio é superfluo.

Mi sono fermato oggi a pranzo in questo locale. Direi Squallido, senza Tovagliette, senza Gelati, Servizio Lento, ho acquistato Menù Chicken Canyon, Panino pessimo. La cotoletta di pollo era più grande del Panino è stato usato il Panino Baby. Cosa dire Ve lo Sconsiglio!!!!

Delivered late from Sesto to Milan. So it arrived almost cold, with the melted cheese turning into a crust. The meat was stringy and dry, with an aftertaste I didn't really like. The bacon, onion, and sauce were all tasteless. I only saved the potatoes. Bye bye.

Last night: Ordered takeout before 6 PM with a delivery time between 6:30 PM and 7:00 PM. Now at 8:05 PM, my order was canceled without food. They don't give a damn anyway. The inconvenience is mine now that I have to resolve the situation and wait for a new order that I'll place elsewhere.

I think it's the most depressing, creepy, and inadequate Old Wild West of the entire hull. - Very incomplete menus and many of the hull's dishes are missing. (If you can't keep a seat at the original, close it rather than have four random items cooked.) - Microscopic and burnt sandwiches, the order was missing a snack. - Practically nonexistent seating for more than 15-20 people. - Deafening noise, to say the least, from other people practically passing through your arms while you're trying to eat. In short... we were very disappointed. I strongly advise against it.

Last night, after watching a movie on the top floor of the Sarca shopping center, we dined here around 8:00 PM, so not late. Extremely slow service, which didn't reflect the quality of the food; on the contrary: sandwiches somehow wrapped, oil dripping inside the paper, the bread squashed, and the ingredients thrown in randomly, bad, burnt, and greasy. Cold fries that hadn't been cooked for who knows how long, watery Coke. Messy, dirty tables, no chairs. In the end, we agreed that this reflects the decay of the Sarca shopping center: we won't be returning, a terrible, disgusting experience.

This branch of the chain doesn't live up to its name. The food is terrible; the chicken, specifically, was literally stuffed into a cardboard box with plastic cutlery, making it impossible to handle. The staff was kind but clumsy, and not to mention the bathroom—no comment! It was closed, by the way (!!!) and I had to ask for it to be opened. It's a shame because my wife and I have had excellent lunches on several occasions. This branch will also have a quarter of the menu. With the addition of a wrap and two drinks, we spent €25 for practically nothing. 🤬🤬🤬
