A perfect setting for a special day We chose L'Angelo to celebrate our son's baptism because my husband and I have been choosing this magical spot at the foot of the mountains for years to celebrate special occasions. We felt welcomed, pampered, and at home, in a warm and caring atmosphere. The attention and dedication shown in organizing the decorations were extraordinary: every detail exuded love, passion, and great professionalism. Carola and Enrico are special people, possessing a rare kindness, always present and attentive to making every moment perfect. The elegance of the venue, combined with a sincere welcome, created the ideal backdrop for an unforgettable day. An experience that will remain in our hearts and that we recommend to anyone who wants to celebrate an important moment while feeling truly at home.

First of all: that view from the terrace is fantastic. A beautiful environment to dine in. The menu is full of interesting options and all of the dishes I tried were well balanced and tasty. You can tell that some real thought has gone into this menu and the chef's passion for a delicate touch of predominantly Asian flavours comes through, while the food remains light and not spicy. The restaurant is a small detour off the main route between Aosta and Milan and I conveniently stopped for dinner as I returned towards Milan. Beware of Google maps unnecessarily taking you down some very narrow streets to get there!

I visited Angelo with my husband and children, and we ate à la carte. The chef recommended a Chilean wine, very special and delicious, leaving us speechless. During the service, we were looked after by the very kind Francesca, who explained each dish and accommodated our every wish. It's an intimate and welcoming restaurant. Unfortunately, due to bad weather, we couldn't dine outside, but thanks to the service and the good food, which took us back to our travels from East to West, we'll be back to enjoy a dinner under the soft lights of the outdoor area, which will transport us to the sea. A one-of-a-kind place, we're happy and amazed to find it nestled between the Piedmont and Aosta Valley borders. I'll leave a few photos of what we ate, not all of it, because immersed in this wonder, we forgot to photograph everything. A location and cuisine that will transport you to its world, like Alice in Wonderland.
