A marvelous place, don't miss out...BOOK. There are many options, outside tables, inside tables, standing in the bar. An impressive choice of tapas and a very good menu. I confess we had both, started in the bar, standing ordering tapas and ended up sitting outside for an excellent lunch. It was a sunny but cool December afternoon and we were eating for HOURS. Jamon at the bar and the crisp, tiny shrimp tortillas, typical from Sanlucar, washed down with chilled Manzanilla wine. Then a lunch of tiny broad beans (habitas) with jamon, grilled vegetables with Romesco sauce, squid in ink, pork cheeks and rice, tiny lamb chops. We washed it down with good but reasonably priced red wine and then decided to have more wine and a plate of tangy manchego cheese. We finished with a very necessary double round of coffees and a good quality local brandy (Terry). The bill was only 40 € per head, which is very reasonable for the fantastic quality that we enjoyed. Antonio, our waiter, was prompt, helpful and extremely professional. We will be back!!!

Great place! Amazing food and the service is super nice. Wonderful atmosphere and a very good price too. We sat on the terrace (outside) and it’s lovely. It‘s now one of our favourites in Sevilla!

The restaurant is authentic Sevillan as per our host, we tried several dishes (Tortillas de Camarones) and they were fantastic. English isn’t very well spoken however we could communicate through our Spanish host. The service was very fast and nice. A high recommendation

Decir Barbiana es hablar de un restaurante con mucha solera en el centro de Sevilla. Lo mismo puedes tapear, tomar algo y seguir o sentarte en su comedor y estar a mesa y mantel. Local con encanto. Limpio. El trato es correcto sin más florituras. Utilizan productos de calidad es sus elaboraciones. Disponen de una extensa carta que no te dejará indiferente. Buena carta de vinos sin olvidar los de la tierra. Todo tipo de opciones para comandar: pescados, mariscos, carnes, guisos,… Para todos los gustos. Creo nadie se podría quedar sin comer. Tiran buenas cervezas bien fresquitas. Suele estar concurrido. Sí te apetece ir a comer, reserva. Y si quieres estar en el bar tomando algo, mucha paciencia porque los entendidos gastronómicos de la zona paran mucho por allí y suele estar concurrido a horas puntas. Disponen de terraza. Relación calidad/precio, tal vez un poco más elevada de lo que se paga por la zona en restaurantes similares, pero claramente, pagas por lo que comes: calidad. Muy recomendable

Clasico local de Sevilla de muchos años. Si quieres variedad y calidad de producto tienes que venir. Cada vez que venimos a Sevilla nos pasamos a tomas algo por aqui. Es un Bar Restaurante que no defrauda, todo está muy rico. Los precios están en relacion con la calidad. A la hora del aperitivo suele estar muy concurrido. El salon restaurante es elegante y discreto. buen servicio. Lo recomiendo sin duda, nada de comida fusion ni experimentos.

Buen restaurante de pescaito en el centro de Sevilla. Tienen tres zonas: terracita con mesas, la zona de la barra y mesas altas y luego un comedor más formal con manteles. Muy recomendables las tortillitas de camarones y los huevos rotos/revuelto de marisco!! Las croquetas y la alcachofa no nos encantaron, pero el servicio fue de 10! Los camareros encantadores.

Muy buen restaurante. Platos de buena calidad y bien cocinados, pero un poco escasos. Una entrada de gambas, 8 gambas. Un plato de cola de toro. Otro de corvina, con tres pedacito pequeños. Un postre a compartir y 3 copas de vino blanco. 105 euros. Estupendo, si la cantidad hubiera sido algo mayor....

Always a favourite when we're in Seville. Nice to get a stool at the bar and soak up the atmosphere. Very good selection of tapas. We always like the sargo, anchovies, salpicon and rice of the day. Also bigger plates of fish if we go for dinner

Good place, excellent choice of sherry (jerez), decent tapas, attentive service. One star less than 5 is because we ordered solomillo iberico with vegetables, but got it with potatoes instead. Waiter's limited English did not allow us to determine if this was a mistake or, like I understood, they run out of veggies.

Really hearty, true to Andalucía tapas. The fideos marinera wasn't that good, but the star of our order was the sangre encebollada (blood cakes in an onion tomato sauce) Their tortillitas de camarones (prawn fritter) was super crispy and super light. Sit in the bar area for the tapas, there's more formal dining outside and inside.

Excellent tapas, beers and wines. It gets busy. Avoid the busy times to get a table. Good Andulasian food. This is the place for fresh seafood. Order a bottle of the local white.

Just like many have written about this place, the food is delicious, but the servers really don't like people. If you can ignore their attitude, you will enjoy a very nice meal. If you can't, dont even come because you will leave very upset. They literally throw the dishes on the table or hand them over to you in your hand when they plates are boiling hot... So be careful!!

Tapas y raciones ricas, sin ser excepcionales. Lo mejor de lo que probamos: las tortillitas de camarón y las albóndigas de choco. La tapa de “sargo con gulas” no estaba mal pero no era sargo. Hago pesca submarina y he cogido centenares de sargos en mi vida, y puedo asegurar sin género de duda que lo que nos sirvieron no lo era (quizá palometa roja congelada).

We entered because of the online reviews, though once seated at the table we were immediately dissappointed... We had the impression that we entered into a Fawlty Tower's sketch: the interior threw us back to the eighties and the waitress didn't even try to understand us, even though we tried to order in English, Italian, French and with Google Translate. When asking, after waiting for an hour, for when we could get our starters, she bluntly said that the kitchen wasn't informed about it Afterwards the main dishes arrived, and just like the starters, these missed proper seasoning and they were overcooked. Overall, this was a very poor experience for us. Because of the many great eateries around, we can only advise to go elsewhere to enjoy all the great food that Sevilla has to offer

This is the first not-so-great meal we've had since arriving in Spain entirely (even mediocre meals aren't terrible here). The waiters are lovely but their recommendations were not so great. The artichoke and shrimp dish has for tiny little shrimp and entire plate of tasteless artichoke. The lamb chops are not very good either (not trimmed well/way too much fat still on the pieces). Even the olives, surprisingly, are not very good. I think we were seduced by the impressive window of fish.

Impresentable camarero. Había un plato en carta y se empeñó en que pidiera otro. Salvo las tortillas de camarón , el resto un desastre. Langostino sin sabor, canaillas secas, el pargo pasado, seco , los fideos con tomate y langostino plato para niños, el Potaje con el garbanzo duro, pero lo peor el camarero sobrado y ni una disculpa del dueño. Sorprendente en Sevilla que don tan encantadores .

Servicio malísimo, los meseros eran personas desagradables especialmente el hombre de pelo blanco no trataba bien a sus clientes y se notaba la indiferencia. Peor restaurante que he ido en España. No lo recomiendo ni muerto de hambre.

Acudimos a almorzar a este restaurante como años anteriores que visitamos Sevilla por ser un lugar con un toque gaditano, sin embargo en esta ocasión un camarero hermano de los dueños concretamente nos trató de forma grosera, quitandonos la mesa y dando un golpe en la mesa diciendo esta mesa es mía!! a gritos. Llevo 25 años comiendo en distintos lugares de españa y nunca me había encontrado algo así, camareros maleducados sobre todo uno con un tatuaje en el brazo que poco más nos obligo a comer 2 platos, olor malisimo, comida precocinada, con lo que cuesta ganar dinero a base de trabajo e ir a un sitio así, Iba con mi hija de 4 años y el trato fue un horror, ojalá los que podáis leer esto nunca volváis ahí, y si queréis estoy encantado de me contactéis directamente pues esto esto 100% verídico,

Food was great, but unfortunately the rude and disrespectful staff made this negative experience for my family. I am an American studying Spanish here in Sevilla, and when speaking Spanish with staff (they spoke no English), I was laughed at and ignored. We felt extremely unwelcome as the staff treated our presence as a burden. We will never return to this establishment and will be sure to warn friends to avoid at all costs.

We stopped in for a quick glass of wine, but the experience was disappointing from the start. When we sat at an open table outside, there were no stools available, so we politely moved two stools from another table. We were immediately told we couldn’t do that — fair enough, but the way it was handled felt unnecessarily rude. We decided to move inside since there were no more tables outside, but the staff’s attitude didn’t improve. We got a few dirty looks, and employees walked away instead of responding when we tried to ask simple questions. The wine itself was fine, but the service and atmosphere made us feel unwelcome.

I wouldn't eat here again. The food was ok. Not even good. It is very expensive. Service was not good. They treated us as if they were being bothered. Even sat us outside when it was raining despite being plenty of space inside. They are over their head. We paid the most of all the restaurants in Sevilla yet the food was not good. Go somewhere else. The one on the corner with big windows down the street is better. One Star cause I have to.
