The bar is pleasant for a drink, both inside and on the patio or terrace. Sometimes the music is very loud, making it difficult to have a conversation; it's not a nightclub. The waitresses are nice, although the drinks are a bit small and expensive. They have hookahs.

The bar seemed cozy, but the waitress made us feel really uncomfortable. She was completely unfriendly. We stayed inside to chat, and she blasted the music, even though there was nobody else there. We got the impression we were bothering her, so we went outside to the smoking area (which we didn't smoke) just to escape the loud music, which was awful, by the way. The beer was expensive, and they didn't have any on tap. It's a shame because it used to have a different atmosphere and a better selection of music.

They need to change the wine rack... We ordered 2 beers and 3 small bottles of radler, and the bottles were warm! The worst part was that we told the waitress and she replied that they already knew, that other people had already said it too? Seriously?

Una estrella solo y unicamente porque es la unica manera de entrar a expresar mi total desagrado con la limpieza y falta de servicio. El cafetal esta lleno de cucarachas con generaciones de historial. El proprietary es orgulloso de atacar personalmente la caza de ellas en presencia de la clientele como si de lo mas normal fuese. Sanidad puede estar bien orgulloso de mantener locales de esta indole abiertos al vulnerable publico. Esperemos que el dinero publico sea invertido con mas sentido y mejores resultados. R.aldon

Pésima experiencia, no se como no han despedido ya a la camarera rubia que esta en el turno de tarde. (Ya que todas las reseñas habla de ella y lo hemos podido comprobar). En primer lugar nada más entrar estaba todo vacio (puso muy mala cara al vernos entrar y se quejó, no tendría ganas de trabajar digo yo), le dio volumen a más no poder a la música sin poder dejar hablar a nadie provocando que nos fuéramos (cosa que por lo visto suele hacer viendo las reseñas), muchas faltas de respeto a la hora de hablar con nosotros tanto malas caras como la forma de decir las cosas. A última hora antes de irnos, una familiar mia le dijo si podía bajar el volumen de la música y ella empezó a levantar la mano chillando que si creemos que es una cafeteria (obviamente nos fuimos nada más escuchar eso por la falta de respeto tan grande que hizo). Al irnos empezó a hablar con otros clientes diciendole cosas de nosotros, cosa que veo de persona de 12 años, en fin, pésimo servicio. (Recalcar que a las únicas personas que trataba bien era a los hombres que entraban solos). Espero que algún día tomen medidas o lean la cantidad de reseñas que hay similares.

Hoy Martes Santo (15/04/25) decidimos entrar en este local para tomarnos algo con nuestras niñas. El trato de la camarera que estaba de tarde(17,00-18,30h) ha sido un poco desagradable. Le falta mucha amabilidad para atender al cliente, en todo momento sería y con semblante amargado. Comenzamos pidiendo unos caipiriñas los cuales nos dice que no hay(cosa que nos parece extraña ya que lo hemos tomado anteriormente en varias ocasiones, lo que pasa que hay que tener ganas de trabajar), luego nos cobran 6€ por un chupito doble con hielo de tequila, dos dedos de bebida por casi el mismo precio de una copa. Seguidamente pedimos unos frutos secos que también nos dice que no tenían por lo que decidimos comprar fuera un paquete de pipas. Estuvieron nuestras niñas comiendo pipas y echándolas en la mesa(cosa correcta, porque podían haberlas echado al suelo) y con un tono bastante despota se dirige hacía nosotros y nos dice que por favor recojamos las pipas de la mesa que ella no tiene porqué coger con las manos las pipas de nuestras niñas(cosa que no hace falta que nos lo dijera ya que somos unas familias educadas y obviamente íbamos a recoger las cascaras dentro de la bolsa antes de irnos ) Al producirse este trato tan desagradable decidimos recogerlo todo e incluso pedirle un cepillo para poder barrer las que se hubieran podido caer . No volveremos más. Nos gusta más el trato del Sanzara que está un poco más adelante y siempre somos mejores recibidos. Intenten tener trabajadores más simpáticos y sonrientes, les vendría muy bien. We went to the covered terrace area because it was raining on Saturday, January 3rd. We started singing Christmas carols, and the different groups of people there told us off for making too much noise. We had a small child with us who took a nap there, so we weren't making much noise. However, they didn't tell off the people who were smoking there, even though we told them so they would know.

A terrible experience. I will never return. The waitress couldn't have been more unfriendly or rude, no matter how much she practiced it. We were the only customers except for two people at the bar. We ordered coffees, and the waitress didn't even look at us, answering grudgingly whenever we asked a question or made a comment. But the worst part was when I paid—in cash—and instead of giving me my change, she threw it on the counter. I couldn't keep quiet and told her so, but far from apologizing, she got even more aggressive and argued back. Clearly, it's not just my perception, because many other reviews mention the same thing. If they want to close the bar, they should keep going like this; they're on the right track.

I am writing this review for future customers so they understand that the experience they will have is common as the owners do not provide a solution, taking into account that before mine they already have many negative reviews and for the same reasons. I start by saying that we went yesterday, June 27th, for my sister's 50th birthday celebration 🥰, we were a group of 12 people, all family, we were the first to arrive and the welcome from the waitress was such that we could have left as she made a face, left the bar and sat next to her friend who was having a drink, we didn't leave because the temperature outside was unbearable and the only good thing about that place was that it was very cool, that face was what we saw the whole time except when she was talking to the man with the drink. The waitress was rude, unpleasant, and unprofessional. She even had the nerve to eat popcorn from our bowl before we could get to the bar. When we entered the bar, there was no music playing, but as soon as we sat down, she turned it up loud. We asked her to turn it down a bit, and her response was that we weren't in a cafe, to which my son replied that we weren't in a nightclub either. The situation was so unpleasant that we didn't order a second drink. It's a shame that such a well-known place in the neighborhood has become a place we'd never return to.

Undrinkable mojito. The fact that after sending it back because we didn't find it acceptable, the "manager," a blonde woman, took a small beer and tried it, commenting "pff... it's good," accompanied by a sour face, says a lot about the place and whoever runs it. I'm ashamed to share what happened to me after reading the reviews of this place. I went there with my family after eating lunch in 40°C heat, and the moment we walked in, the blonde girl behind the bar (the most unfriendly person there), who was supposed to be working with the public, served us rudely. We asked her to please turn the music down, and she shouted at us that this wasn't a café... excuse me??? At that hour, it's not a nightclub! This woman clearly has the wrong job! Zero manners. I just ask the owner that if he doesn't want to close the place, he should read all the reviews and take note... SHAMEFUL. It's a shame that Seville has a shameless woman serving customers like that.
