¡Una experiencia fantástica! En Vinería San Telmo todo es simplemente perfecto: el ambiente es acogedor y elegante, ideal tanto para una salida con amigos como para una cita tranquila. La carta es espectacular, con opciones para todos los gustos, y las tapas y platos que probamos estaban deliciosos y muy bien presentados. El personal es increíblemente amable y atento, siempre dispuesto a recomendar lo mejor según tus preferencias. Sin duda, un lugar que recomiendo al 100% y al que seguro volveré muchas veces. ¡Un verdadero tesoro en la ciudad!

Un lugar maravilloso junto a los jardines de Murillo, con una atención muy amable y diligente. La Quiche, el jamón y el bifé argentino lo mejor después de las fabulosas tartas, como la extensísima carta de vinos. Una cava para admirar y disfrutar. La cerveza muy fría. !VIVA EL VINO!

Got this restaurant recommendation from a local upon arriving in Seville and are so grateful! The wine was excellent, the staff knew their stuff (and spoke English, which was incredibly helpful for an ignorant American like myself), the food was delicious, and the owner even recommended desserts which are made fresh each day and paired them with wines for us. Overall, this was a fantastic dinner and a great experience!

This is a typical and authentic spanish restarant with amazing food. However rates this place with 1 or 2 stars has not understood Spain, is a tourist and does not speak Spanish. This is not for families with kids and someone who expects cheap and quick food, fastfood and kids menus. This is a place for grown ups and those who behave and know to value great food. I had a Tempranillo Rose wine and a Salmon Tarte (super fresh fish) with Guacamole and it was incredible. Also, I received upon request a great "pan con tomate" with an incredibly good toasted bread. Price for a small and relaxed lunch with wine: 16€ - there is Nothing to complain about at all. Please keep up the great service and find a way such that your waiters can earn tips (propina) again. Otherwise it's not fair - they are doing a great service.

This is definitely one place not to miss in Seville! Vineria San Telmo is a pioneer of modern tapas, and the experience lived up to the reputation. The service was truly excellent—a huge thank you to Jean Franco for his hospitality. He was incredibly helpful with the sherry selection, the impromtu tasting flight, and his food recommendations were spot on. For food, I highly recommend: The Cheese Platter & Olives: Paired perfectly with the sherry samples. Patatas Bravas: Spicy, satisfying, and a great twist on the classic. Anchovies with Tomato and Arugula: Fresh and so flavorful--the fish was so good! 120g Tapas Argentinan Ribeye Steak: At just 10 euros, it was easily the best "small" steak I’ve ever had. If you are hungry, get the full portion. A must-try for everyone! I know many people who are unaware that Sherry can be paired with food. In Spain, it is something to try. The Leonor Palo Cortado is amazing. Beyond the sherry, the wine list is extensive. I had a fantastic Monastrell that was juicy and bursting with red fruits. Whether you sit in the cozy interior (love the quotes on the walls!) or on the terrace near the Murillo Gardens, it’s a wonderful atmosphere. Highly recommended!

Stopped here for light lunch and were pleased that our eating experience at this restaurant was as good as our last in Seville 10 years ago. This place was recommended by ChatGPT, and it turned out to be absolutely fabulous! My wife and I ordered the squid ink spaghetti, pluma ibérica, and braised oxtail in phyllo pastry. I must say, all three dishes completely blew our minds. The squid ink spaghetti, which we shared, was packed with flavour, and the garlic infused beautifully into the perfectly al dente pasta. My wife especially loved the pluma ibérica—the meat was tender, well-seasoned, and, in her words, “divinely delicious!” As for my braised oxtail wrapped in crispy phyllo pastry, it was bursting with flavour and had an amazing texture. I enjoyed it so much that I finished the entire dish in less than 10 minutes. We’ve been in Seville for three days now, and this is by far the best restaurant we’ve visited. The Filipino waitress (unfortunately, we forgot to ask her name) was incredibly friendly and warm, which made the experience even more memorable. I would say this restaurant is truly a must-visit for anyone coming to Seville. Update 24/08/2025: we returned to the restaurant two days later and ordered the same dishes; squid ink linguine and pluma iberica before he headed back to London.

One of my absolute favorite places to visit in Sevilla - the staff are welcoming, knowledgeable, and attentive, the food is phenomenal, and the outdoor patio has a great ambience. It’s a great combination of traditional Spanish tapas with a unique and tasteful spin. Some of my favorite menu items are the oxtail, yuca chips, and croquetas. Highly highly recommend!!

Great service and delicious food. Small menu, but with great options - it took me a bit to decide on the sea bass and the oxtail. Both were delicious, but the oxtail was especially yummy! I had a beer, when I ordered my second beer, the server recommended a local beer which I was happy to try. Reasonable prices. Right by the road, so there is some traffic noise, but not overly obnoxious, and muffled by the chatter of other happy patrons. Would definitely come back.

The best meal of our trip so far. I would never order grilled pork but I went out on a limb based on the owner’s recommendation and the pluma was the best steak I’ve had in recent memory, literally melt-in-mouth tender and so flavorful. Paired perfectly with the Albariño, Spanish dining at its finest.

I was so excited to come back to Seville again and the highlight of the trip was to come back and dine here again. Food was as amazing as I expected. Prawn carpaccio and marinated salmon are the best and not to miss. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Seville. You will not be disappointed.

A very good and interesting dinner at Vineria San Telmo. The potato salad with anchovies was particularly good. Nice relaxed atmosphere and the dishes were served with a good interval between them. Our waiter Jean Franco was very helpful and welcoming. A good choice all round!

Fuimos a comer y pedimos un cachopo. Al abrirlo, encontramos un trozo grande de plástico dentro del jamón. Avisamos al personal y nos lo cambiaron por otro, aunque tuvimos que esperar bastante más tiempo para que lo prepararan de nuevo. Entendemos que pueden ocurrir errores en cocina, pero este tipo de incidente afecta directamente a la experiencia del cliente. El plato fue sustituido, pero no hubo ningún gesto adicional (como invitar a las bebidas o aplicar algún detalle en la cuenta), algo que suele ser habitual en situaciones así. La comida estaba correcta, pero creemos que cuando ocurre un fallo de este tipo, la forma en que se gestiona marca la diferencia. En nuestro caso, la solución fue simplemente sustituir el plato y cobrar la cuenta completa. Lo dejamos como comentario constructivo, porque la comida estaba correcta, pero la gestión podría haber sido más orientada a satisfacción del cliente.

Nos han cobrado una cortada de más y además el resto de mesas les han dado un chupito de cortesía y a nosotros no nos lo han ofrecido saliendo a 38e por persona. Por esa razón, un 0. Hay que ser perfeccionista con toda la clientela.
