Cena para cuatro decidimos espontáneamente por este sitio. Acierto total. Excelente atención de todo el personal, una carta variada y los platos son muy muy ricos! Probamos varias cosas al centro para compartir y cada plato iba a mejor. Un disparate de placer. Nos fuimos muy contentos de haber cenado aquí en nuestro paso por Sevilla. Totalmente recomendable.

Lo he visitado el último mes 3 veces y genial todas. El encargado un profesional, que te recomienda platos y vinos y además atención 100%, y todo el equipo de sala y cocina espectacular. Para ir todos los días y que el bolsillo pueda. Muy recomendable y pregunta por los fuera de carta.

Disfrutamos muchísimo de la cena. El ambiente era agradable y relajado. Los platos estaban deliciosos, sobre todo las ostras y el rodaballo, pero no sirven mucha cantidad. Pedimos: - Ostras al natural: ¡Riquísimas! Tuvimos que repetir. 😊 - Croquetas: bien pero no lo recomiendo especialmente. - Vieras: muy buenas. - Parrillada de verduras: tiernas y acompañadas de salsa romescu. - Rodaballo: exquisito. El servicio al cliente fue estupendo, muy amables y atentos.

Maravillosa experiencia. Estamos deseando repetir la maravillosa cena en este precioso y delicioso sitio. Fuimos cinco comensales y los camareros nos sugirieron y atendieron de manera extraordinaria. Toda la comida estaba deliciosa, recalcar, los famosos huevos rotos y los postres, de los tres que pedimos, todos estaban excelentes. Volveremos sin duda alguna.

Muy buena comida en un ambiente relajado e informal. Nos gustó mucho todo, pero especialmente la ostra y los postres. Además, nos trataron muy bien.

Una comida en familia estupenda. El servicio y la atención de los camareros es excelente. Cocina creativa con muy buen producto. Probamos la ensaladilla de gambón, tartar de gamba con ajoblanco, carpaccio de alcachofa, los huevos estrellados y como platos principales, bacalao confitado al pil pil y pez limón. De postre, lemon pie y mango laminado, estaba todo espectacular. El comedor muy bonito. ¡Volveremos en nuestra próxima visita a Sevilla!

The food was excellent but expensive. I ordered a calamari with vegetables and a Thai sauce. I was expecting a lot of vegetables and maybe rice. There was a good amount of calamari and then just some thin green beans. No rice. So it was not very filling. But it was amazing. The curry had a wonderful flavor and the calamari was perfectly cooked. The waiter was very helpful and friendly.

Wow — what an amazingly good experience this was. My girlfriend and I went to El Disparate on a Tuesday and had one of the best dinners we can remember. We started with an artichoke carpaccio — thin, delicate, layered with parmesan cheese, parmesan ice cream, pistachio, and Iberico ham. Wow. Then came the oxtail croquettes — easily the best we’ve ever had. An oyster with jalapeño followed: spicy, fresh, and perfectly balanced. The white wine, made from the same grapes as sherry, paired beautifully. Scallops with creamy sauce and fresh truffle completed a flawless start. For the main course, we shared the turbot with asparagus and romesco sauce — delicate, flavorful, and beautifully cooked. Dessert was a highlight: pannacotta with passion fruit and red berries, plus caramel-salt ice cream with chocolate, finished with a glass of Vina Naranja — heavenly. An unforgettable evening of creativity, balance, and flavor. We’ll definitely be back.

Book a reservation online was easy and straightforward on their English website. The atmosphere is natural, sleek and elegant, but not too formal for tourists like us, who only packed sneakers. Food is carefully prepared with well balanced flavor. Only the duck is a bit chewy, pity. Love the artichoke the most! With pistachios, ham and Parmesan icecream, an interesting combination and absolutely delicious.

Fantastic meal at El Disparate on a Wednesday evening in March. The staff were friendly and attentive, with very good English. The food was delicious, we shared the croquettes (fish on the day), oxtail sausage (a special, but if it's available highly recommend), and the eggs (fantastic flavour) to start, followed by the Iberain pork cheek and beef tenderloin - both of which were brilliant in texture and flavour.

Food was good and lived up to expectations. Especially red tuna tartar and artichoke carpaccio was fenomenal. The chocolate dessert was boring. Edit: Cabrales cheese bonbon was delightful. Fish of the day good. Portions are a bit small for the prices thou.

I've booked a table for 2 as a Birthday Surprise dinner for my wife. I've requested on my booking that on the dessert plate to have something like "Happy birthday" written down or something for a birthday surprise and they've organised a little cute candle on the cheesecake we've ordered. Very helpful, top people for that as well but not only! They've all paid very good attention to us, and the food, well... in one word: amazing! I chose it as it has not a Michelin mark so I would try something a bit fancier than usual. Very good choice! Delicious food, with good enough portions. For as good as it is, I would have had more 😂 especially those lamb croquettes as starter 🤤 Good selection of wines. The pork is to die for and the mushroom risotto also. The cheesecake was delicious too.

What a wonderful discovery. This restaurant is in the Michelin guide for good reason. Excellent Spanish food, a good, inexpensive wine list and great service. The staff wear ear pieces to communicate. This may be why the service is so quick and attentive. We went there two nights in a row.

Recientemente visitamos El Disparate, atraídos por las recomendaciones que circulan en diversos portales web. La experiencia fue en general positiva, aunque no alcanzó el nivel de destacar frente a la competencia en la zona. Comenzamos con las anchoas del Cantábrico, que realmente fueron un acierto; su frescura y el sabor del mar eran innegables, ofreciendo una excelente introducción a nuestra comida. A continuación, probamos un ajo blanco con mejillón. Aunque la combinación prometía, el ajo blanco dominó un poco el plato, haciendo que el mejillón perdiera parte de su esencia. Finalmente, el tartar de salmón fue una buena elección; estaba bien equilibrado y presentaba una frescura agradable. We came on a Thursday night at about 730pm and the restaurant was not crowded. Overall the food quality was really good, the natural flavors of the ingredients can be tasted. The ambience of the restaurant was nice and quiet. Perhaps it was still early at 730pm, there were only 2 tables occupied with guests. What stopped me from giving the full 5 stars was the service. I cannot complain, the service standards was there, service was prompt and there were at least 3 or 4 service staff around us. What was lacking was the warm and enthusiastic service that we have seen in some other Spanish restaurants over the past week. While service here was good, it was impersonal, no passion or feelings, I would say very in-Spanish. Credit to the chef who did a great job with the dishes. Tuna tartar was fresh. Artichoke carpaccio was a masterpiece paired with cheese and ham, the flavours complimented each other. The risotto was also nicely executed, al dente and flavors were there. Overall a great dining experience.

The food at Restaurant El Disparate was good, especially the artichoke carpaccio! The highlight of our experience was the attentive service; the staff made sure we were well taken care of. Unfortunately, our table was located near the elevator and reception, which was a bit distracting and took away from the overall ambiance. Still, a decent dining experience with excellent service.

It's a nice place with tasty food and lovely atmosphere. Waiters did not seem like they know a lot about wines which is a pitty because we don't know a lot about Spanish wines either so we didn't get what we really wanted. Stuff was kind, but seemed like in constant rush and missing small things to make it perfect which is why I am giving 4 stars. Place is a bit pricey and I left having the feeling I could find same quality for less money in Seville. (Maybe I'm wrong) Overall, I recommend you to try, but it is not the kind of restaurant I would come back to.

Great cuisine. The best we've had in Seville thus far. But the service needs major improvement before they can hope for that Michelin star. Had to flag down a waiter every time we needed something -- the menu, to order, to get drinks, the check, etc. Waiters continuously walked past our table without even looking. Sommelier was not familiar with their wine selection, had no clue about the vintages and just happened to discover (after physically looking based on my request) what turned out to be a great bottle. Also, no decanter (what?). Still, I would recommend this restaurant for the "foodies" out there. You need patience and a sense of humor, but it will be rewarded. P.S. A good portion of the price tag was the wine. The 2016 Dominio de Es is fantastic!

Los platos son como el nombre del restaurante/hotel (los huéspedes pasan entre las mesas y hay una mesa de recepción detrás de ti mientras cenas). Lo siento por el chiste pero estaba a huevo. Las alcachofas con pistachos y parmesano no casan, es una salsa de pistacho diría que de bote, un helado de parmesano dulce.. taquitos de jamón pequeños que parecían de esos que venden en el supermercado. El tartar de atún la cantidad es ridícula para el precio. El risoto estaba bien pero muy salado. Tampoco es de los mejores que he comido. El pato correcto, el acompañamiento no se si tenía demasiado sentido. Postres ok. Pan aparte y se cobra por persona (cosa que parecen hacer en todas partes ahora) Ah, sobre el servicio como en casi todos los restaurantes que hemos estado parecía estar en su primer día, no se enteraba bien. No suelo dejar reseñas negativas, pero en este caso creo que es justo hacerlo. La experiencia fue bastante decepcionante. La comida me pareció muy mediocre para el precio que tiene: platos poco elaborados, presentación descuidada y sabores que no destacaban en absoluto. Lo que más me molestó fue la actitud del encargado. El trato fue poco profesional y nada amable. Ante una queja razonable, la respuesta fue seca y poco empática, lo que hizo que la experiencia empeorara aún más. En general, no volvería ni lo recomendaría.
