The Russian man at night is amazing. He is definitely loud enough for me to hear. He is very straight to the point and the food always tastes good when he is there. 10/10 would recommend, his attitude is everything. he don't mess around and I love that.

I have to say I have been really impressed by this Jack in the Box location. The food is fresh and correct(something that has been an issue in the past). The staff there I cannot say enough about. The ladies in the drive thru are so friendly and always are on the ball. They make sure your order is heard correctly. Just want them to know I appreciate them and the job they do.

The staff was super friendly & the food was delicious 😋. The only problem that we had was the soda. My grandson wanted Dr. Pepper & he said it was mostly water. He did try the Coca-Cola with the same result.

I love going to this jack in the box as it convenient for me. Except the other morning my hashbrown was cold and you could tell my breakfast sandwich was heated up in a microwave and it was only 9:45 or earlier. Sometimes they don't have ice cream late at night and it makes me mad. I love the oreo cookie shake. I don't know if they shut down the machine for cleaning or if they are just out of product.

This is a average Jack in the box restaurant. Say menu selection and choices as any other restaurant. But the staff was friendly and courteous and the restaurant was clean. Personally I like the sourdough. It's worth a stop if you're in the area.

This is Jack In The Box, so consider the review. Its a good JITB, and I think we've all ran across one that wasn't. The drive thru is fast, and they are often busy, but it generally doesn't take long to get through. The people are friendly, and the food is on the good side of edible. Price point is awesome as long as the food is decent, and it absolutely is. I often go here and they don't go wrong. Its a win!

I like Jack in the box for the variety and 24 hr breakfast...but, the employees work hard and aren't happy...for whatever the reason it seems to occur at each location...take care of the ones that represent your establishment...they will want to take care of you...and some places have 1 person besides the cook...give them incentave for that shift...

I visit often, esp after midnight. Honestly, the food probably is not 4 Star quality, but I often see their window servers handle thoughtless customers with grace that makes me want to give great big tips. And the food is consistently 3.8 quality!

This is my new go to breakfast place, theres this and McDonalds open at 3am and i much rather eat here. The biscuits are buttery, its a real fried egg, and the service is good. I will admit sometimes I get the wrong item but I think it's their speakers fault not the employees. Also super cheap!

The order was accurate, but the order taker interrupted me THREE times while I placed it. That particular location is already enough of a nightmare to get in and out of with how cramped it is. Guest experience NEEDS to be top-notch, or my money spends just as easily elsewhere.

It is standard fast food fare, and I am a Jack in the Box fan. However, this particular location took around 10 minutes to get me my meal from the drive through. Food was fine, but I knocked off some stars because of that. It was abnormally slow service.

I must have bad luck compared to everyone else leaving a review but I've been going to this location for about a year and the drive through is the worse. There doesn't have to be a line to be hanging around waiting for an extended period of time on your order or they ask you to pull up and they eventually bring it out to you. Don't get me wrong the staff is friendly though they change often it seems but if you are in any kind of hurry I would consider going elsewhere but if you don't mind waiting it out longer than average it's a great location.

Normally I would give a 5 star but last couple of times they missed a few items on my order. Or they got part of the order wrong. Order sweet tea they give me unsweet. Order tacos no sauce they put sauce on it. Order regular fries they give curly. Order with cheese and you get no cheese even tho cheese is extra.

The food is good as far as fast foods go...the employees are great....but there's an odor. That bldg has been there forever and I think that's why it has sewer odor. Jack in the Box food not as tasty as it used to be - at least at this one - but Jack in the Box iced coffee is BY FAR the best. Since I don't like mine sweet, I usually order the plain iced black & ask for their half-&-half creamer. PERFECTION! Never bitter & much stronger than even the lattes with extra shots you get at the fancy shops.

This Jack has dine in, and boy am I glad. I visited during shopping and I needed to sit down somewhere other than my car. The people were not overly friendly but okay. Prices rock and jack has a big selection of choices for what to eat. The building was clean, with low crowds it should be. And the foot was hot & fresh.

Food was great! I had the beef teriyaki bowl. Egg rolls were amazing. However, they did not give us a burger that we paid for. Complete meal wasn't in the bag.

I went to Jack in the Box at 4am and bought the #5 and ate it, and it was really good.. 30 minutes later i was in the bathroom for nearly an hour! Dunno if they left the meat out too long or bad sanitation, but I will not be coming back to this location ever again!!

It's a 50/50 chance you'll get all the food from your order. We end up missing things 50% of the time. Also about half the time the tacos seem like they've been 2 times in the fryer because they are sopping greasy and black.

Drove all the way from Denison to Sherman. At 10:30 at night to get something I was craving. Tried to come here and he said the lobby was closed so then I proceeded to get in the drive-through and wait for 20 minutes. I ordered through uber eats a munchie meal with two tacos etc. I get my food delivered and it’s all taped up like it should be. I open my box and there was a bite taken from my taco. Im assuming someone working here took that bite because my food was taped up.

When you work at a fast food restaurant, I get life has a lot to with with people’s attitude but you are working with the community. Typical jack in the box, dirty, tacos used to be a quick "go-to" but believe it or not they've managed to make the tacos worse lately. The bacon chicken ranch sandwich used to be a good size, now it's something resembling a chicken little. I had high hopes for the curly fries a few times. I used to get breakfast here every morning but for last 4 months or so the breakfast is not good. I work nights so jack in the box is the only place that’s really open. I rarely go get food but I went and the guy working was very very rude not only to me but even to the customer behind me you could hear him on the speaker. If you don’t like your job then work somewhere else just very hateful

came here late at night to get some food and the man at the window was extremely disrespectful. he couldn’t hear my partner through the speaker so he asked us to pull toward towards the window, when we got to the window i started talking. he then stated “no wonder i didn’t hear you, you’re over there” then continued on with saying “you should’ve been the one to be talking” in a very rude manner to my partner. i wasn’t able to get his name due to no name tag. he was rude when asked if we needed sauces and i honestly recommend your employees wearing name tags and being on the nicer side.

My wife ordered an online pickup order. I went to pick it up and they said they hadn’t received it and that they couldn’t search by order number. then she asked what the name was and I told her and she said they have an order away with that name about 20-30 minutes ago. so i went inside and asked for a manager. i showed her our email receipt and she looked at me and said there was nothing she could do. she couldn’t remake the food or refund it. so I left with no food and no refund… this happened about an hour ago.

This place is a joke. I get 2 tacos and curly fries dr pepper and my tab is always $5.70. When I ask for hot food they always have a problem and the morning manager lies straight to my face says we just cooked it. But I can hold the fries in my hand and the tacos have grease settled on them and cold. Give hot food even if you have to make the customer wait a few minutes.

Jack In The Box On Texoma parkway has very poor service. On 6/9/20 I took my kids to get food. Granted it was late, you would think that would make service be faster but it didnt. They waited in the lobby almost 40 mins for their food. I finally went in to see what the hold up was after about 25 mins. There was an employee slamming thing on the counter and complaining about the fact that she was there "alone" when we could clearly see two other employees. I asked her if she had worked in fast food before and she said she had. In fact she had worked for Jack in the box prior. I was now puzzled as to what the problem was. Mind you there were people in drive thru also waiting for food and cars waiting to order the entire time. Needless to say when my kids got their food it was cold. We took it to 1417 and I explained what had happened. They replaced the entire order after letting me know that the burgers were not even cooked. I also put in a complaint to the manager of both stores. Oh and did I mention that employee walked out of this store (quitting her job) as we left. If tou dont got it you just dont got it stay out the way and let those that do handle it. What this employee did was not cool and its not a good look for Jack. Get it together.

The drive up window guy was rude. I tried being super nice, and it backfired. Got an ultimate breakfast sandwich. When I opened it down the road, there was only a super thin piece of ham and an egg. It was the worst sandwich I have ever had from this restaurant.

The food was horrible. The manager was just walking around slacking around. The people actually working were doing a good job, they were actually trying and nothing wrong with them. The food was so greasy! I got a number 9 and it was dripping with grease, I had to wrap it in napkins. The grease poured out of the box into my car. The curly fries were undercooked and unseasoned. Employees were great, food was horrid.

The lady at the drive through was rude and when we went back to let the lady that we where missing items she said next time to check the order that it was to much food to be correcting and she still managed to not give us the whole order. We got our order, went across the street to check the order and was back in the drive thru within 10 minutes. She also opened our sandwich and made sure it was correct before wrapping it and placing it in the bag.

Ordered almost $40 of DoorDash from here and recieved one chicken strip in one order of fries & strips and a whole chicken patty thrown in with another one. Not even strips. Received an Iced coffee instead of my shake. Got none of the curly fries I ordered. I provided photos of how horrible the order was and DoorDash refunded me $8 of it. So glad to know I wasted money because employees at this location wanted to be lazy and not just make the order they received. Or report to DoorDash that they couldn’t make anything I ordered so I could’ve got an actual dinner with the money I spent. So ridiculous.

I went there tonight(05/28) my ham on my sandwich was hard, and cold. I asked and paid for a large drink and got a medium, we were the only ones in the drive through. She was very rude from the beginning and didn’t say anything after she handed me my food, just closed the window.

He so rude and loud when taking orders, he tries to talk back or make snarky comments.. definitely should work on his customer service. The only good thing is that I always get my food fresh.

I went here at 1:30 am. Nobody else around, thinking I'm going to get great food, it's gonna be hot and fresh. Boy was I wrong, i wait for ten minutes on 2 burgers, the burgers looked like trash, the meat was so cold the cheese wasn't even melting on the burger. (Which why did it take so long for cold meat?) There was a long line in the drive-thru so i went inside. There was a shorter line in there, but it still took too long since you have to order yourself at the kiosk (some people are not quick at that!), which I hate. I finally got my food. The tacos were cold and tasted like they had been cooked too long in old grease, then sat for awhile. The curly fries were barely warm and tasted the same way. Now I remember why it has been so long since I went there. I was in a hurry for a quick meal before I had to be somewhere. It was on the way and I was so aggravated because I didn't have time to go to another place. Never again.

I recently visited the Jack in the Box location in Sherman, Texas and had an incredibly disappointing experience. The lady working at the drive-thru window was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Not only did she have a terrible attitude, but she also got my order wrong and refused to fix it. I was shocked by the lack of customer service and basic courtesy displayed by this employee. It's clear that this Jack in the Box location has some serious training and management issues that need to be addressed. Overall, I would not recommend this Jack in the Box location to anyone. The poor service and lack of respect for customers make it a place to avoid at all costs. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else for your fast food fix.

This Place does not deserve any stars at all! My family and i were on a road trip and thought Theyd be able to help us out with a meal for the road. Went through the drive thru and the lady was rude and rushing us while we were ordering. We ordered tacos, and they tasted so awful and bitter as if the oil that was used to fry them was very black. I ordered chicken nuggets for my 1 yr old, and they were soo stale and hard as a rock as if theyve been sitting there for hours or maybe even reheated! I could not feed them to her at all. Last of all, my curly fries were just so stale and all I had was crumbs of them. Pictures just cant show enough. What a waste of our gas/ time and money.

Went through the drive thru, got home and ate most of the fries before I found a dead fly in the bottom of the carton. Called their store number and got told they would give me a new fry, not even worth the drive back. I understand things happen sometimes but this is just too nasty. Won’t be back to this store.
