Whoever was cooking on March 26th at 10-11am, cooked the chow mein and orange chicken perfectly and i know cuz i used to work at PE! Litterally some of the best PE ive had in a minute. Will be back
This is one of the few Panda Express that is super clean, food is great and not greasy, tables clean, great vibes from staffs, and the melo and smoth music is great, it let's you eat in peace and not in a rush.
I haven’t been to a Panda Express for years and decided to give you another try and this location is on point the food was great
Can't wait for this location to open!!!!! It's conveniently located next to Costco and Home Depot Signal Hill!!! This is going to be my one stop shop for going to Wells Fargo Costco and Home Depot!!!!!

Very good location. I ordered a bowl, half noodles, half fried rice, with mushroom chicken. So good and fresh. The restaurant was clean, so we're the restrooms. The vibe is very welcoming to dine in. Very friendly staff. Next time, I want to try their Panda Craft drinks. They looked so good, but I was craving water. 😋 Very good experience 👏

It seems like 1 hour before closing time they don't want cook anymore and they wanna make you order whatever food is left on the counter 👎 Very disappointed ☹️
The food had no flavor and they very skimpy with their portions.
They forgot my orange chicken It happened because they didn’t have orange chicken at arrival so they made me wait and then they said my plates were ready and when I got home, it had no orange chicken

food did not look fresh. One of the chicken plates I wanted barely had any chicken when I mentioned I was hoping to get that one, but there was barely any chicken the girl didn't even ask if I wanted to wait or if it was being made. I usually have a good experience and always good food

Giving a 2 since they didn't have most of the menu available. I visit a few days after the opening, 50 minutes before closing time. Couldn't get 2 out of 3 dishes I wanted since they weren't cooking anymore. Pretty disappointed. I had to pick the few dished they had left on display.
Food is always ok, but employees don't provide good service,customer skills arr needed, plus they are trained to give less food in your plate as possible. Not recommend

I’ve been coming since they opened because I work nearby and the past 3-4 months the fried rice doesn’t feel fried it feels boiled. It has such a slushy goopy texture it’s actually terrible and makes me wanna throw up. I’m sticking to steamed rice since it’s impossible to get wrong.
I stood there for several minutes without any acknowledgment from the staff, leaving me feeling ignored. A simple “Oh hey, I see you; I’ll be right there” would have made a world of difference, but instead, they seemed entirely focused on a large online order, neglecting the customers who were physically present. When I finally got to look at the menu, I was disappointed to see that their food selection during lunchtime was quite limited compared to other Panda Express locations I've visited. I decided to order a bowl, but to my surprise, the portion size was significantly smaller than what I expected. It felt as though they were acting as if they were running low on food, which was frustrating. Overall, I believe the customer service could use significant improvement to enhance the dining experience for everyone.

I placed a mobile order ahead of time for my lunch break and I told them I was there to pick it up and it took them so long to make it that I wasted my entire lunch break waiting for my food while they prepared other people's orders.
Horrible food, dry and tasteless. Panda Express is just bad and they run other delicious small business Chinese restaurants away.
My plate portion was 45% rice and very little of the sides I asked for. It’s a bummer the Chinese place that was across the street closed down.

Never order online. They don't care at all. I ordered at 12:20 and the estimated pickup time was 12:30. I waited in the store from 12:25 and finally got my food at 12:45. They didn't even apologize. The service is the worst. The woman who seemed to be the manager was just chatting away instead of preparing food. I couldn't understand this situation because the potions I had chosen weren't out of stock.

The orange chicken don’t have no the orange flavor and most of it was hard and burnt in certain parts the rice taste like plastic I’m really surprised they have customers the restaurant it’s Eid nice and clean I would never spend money here again to be this disappointed I expected much more from panda I really had my mind set that the orange was going to be good never judge a book by it’s cover burnt and tasteless

They made me me stand in the line that was almost out the door and wall through the whole process to get to the end to just order egg rolls... the woman that was on the line had no sense of urgency either. It's sad if someone wants a side like that, they would have to do that. I'm glad I wasn't eating there and needed a drink.
Online order, on a computer NOT AN APP, did not go thru. The clerk could care less. I was there for someone else, or I would have just walked out. As it is I will never go back to that Panda. I would have gone here once a week, as it is based on the attitude of the person who waited on me, could not read her name tag, I will never go back.
