Made reservations on google. got seated right as we came in. order food. got drinks immediately everything's going great

It was me and my son second time going the 1st time we went was last yr for his birthday in Minnesota but I didn't play any games and this time I played games and i had sooo much fun

Well it was a first time going. Really compares to Union Social in Harrisburg if folks are familiar (imagine in terms of chicken or egg D&B was a first market mover). Service was good booths are a bit dynamic as they open on either side so littles find that entertaining. Food was good, innovative enough and not over imagined. They have a ribeye option which is always great and typical pub or bar food. The GPT fries slap and the steak was great, side filling well seasoned food. Mac and cheese was a bit hohum but the funnel fries were a homerun. Great game selection appropriate for 2+ it seemed.

We had a 40th birthday celebration there. The atmosphere is great. The service was outstanding. They made it feel like they were all part of the family. The food was good, some was very good. The games are fun. We had a nice time. We had a group of 12 family and friends. All adults except one. The adults enjoyed the games. Some had drinks with alcohol that they liked. We will go to Dave and Buster's again

We had a little confusion with a food allergy and the timeliness of the meal because of it, but the staff went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Danielle and the manager on duty both communicated with us throughout and exceeded our expectations. Confusion can happen any time and I want to thank the staff again on your excellent service. The food omg ABSOLUTELY AMAZING MY FIRST TIME!!! Drove up from sioux city for a date night and would absolutely do it again and will!! Highly recommend the teriyaki steak 1000/10

I'm not sure how I didn't know there was a Dave & Buster's in Sioux Falls until recently, but we had a blast going last weekend! The food was good, drinks were good, and the games were a blast, per usual!

Food is good but the restaurant service was great! However, don't call the group reservation line to a call center. It was terrible service.

Bowling machine didn't work few others was out of service but Daughter and I have great time .

Great games, good prizes, cold beer and great food. It’s a must stop when in Sioux Falls!

First time in Sioux Falls, my partner and I are passing through on a roadtrip. Stopped in to this D&B location and were delighted to have had Ethan as our Bartender/Server! He gave plenty of helpful drink/food selections and was very friendly and helped our time here to be more enjoyable!

Had our sons 13th birthday party there and our server was on top of it! 10 kids and 4 adults treated wonderfully . Drinks fast and refilled before we needed it. Food was great! All the kids from 9-14 and we adults had a great time in the arcade! We will definitely be back! Ps. Don't let a gaggle of boys get kazoos when you have a 90 minute drive home.

I have been here a few times. I tried to review this after my first visit but google wouldn’t let me. If you have never been to a Dave and Busters, it’s basically like Chuck E Cheese for adults and with way better food! Service was good. Food came out promptly and was hot and fresh. Started with the Nachos. I love nachos and these did not disappoint. Chips and toppings were extremely fresh. I got the MANCHEGO CHICKEN. This was surprising like a home cooked meal. The green beans were cooked to perfection with a little snap left in them but not too much and the garlic mashed potatoes were delicious! The flavor of the mushroom sauce on the chicken was delightfully earthy. Very hardy meal! We also tried the Cajun Chicken Pasta. Also very good! Definitely recommend! I did try the burger but I am not going to rate it because it was ordered plain and it was. For entertainment, this place was pretty wild when it first opened. I recently went on a weekend evening and it was not busy at all. Not sure if something else was going on or what but it was kinda nice to hit any game I wanted without waiting. All in all. Good food and good fun. Great time killer and good for the whole family. If you’re on a budget, I recommend going Wednesdays, half price on games.

The food was nothing spectacular, not bad, but definitely satisfying, just not anything to go out of your way for just for the meal itself. Good thing the arcade is attached ottherwise the food alone wouldn't keep the restaurant afloat. I had the flatbread pepperoni pizza which was just what it says it is and nothing more. So if you like your pizza a little bland this is a good choice for you. Don't get me wrong, it's good, but definitely could be better if given more options for toppings. Maybe I missed that because I ordered mine with the Game Card combo to save some money but the pizza definitely needs some extra stuff. The service was top notch, thanks to our waitress Rachel W. She was super sweet and so nice (cute too 😍) and helpful when it came to showing us how to figure out the game card situation. She was on top of our orders with everything we needed despite being crazy-busy. The arcade itself was a little lack luster compared to some of the other D&B's I've been to in other states as far as the size and amount of game selections goes. But they did have some unique games I haven't seen before. But that's probably because I'm getting old and haven't been to a D&B's in awhile, and new games are coming out at an all time high rate this day in age.

The creole shrimp dip was missing something for my liking.. but the wonton crisps. I was eating without anything else on them and enjoyed every bite, 10/10!! My burger had great flavor, and the truffle fries were absolutely delicious! The parmesan chicken was tender and juicy with great flavor in the sauce and stringy melted cheese This was my first time visiting the Sioux Falls location. I was surprised how big it is in there! To me, it looks smaller from the outside.

This was our first time here, all the games were great had plenty to do and was honestly fun !! The wait for a booth was 30 min and that was okay because we played first then ate which worked out great! We went around 1:30pm on a Saturday and wasn't cramped at all !! Now the only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because we ordered an appetizer that didn't come out until we were all done eating !!! Our waiter Jeremy was beyond Perfect and so amazing he was doing all he could on his part and kept checking on us like i said perfect !!! But unfortunately the cook didn't get our appetizer out on time . Other then that burgers were delicious came out in 15 min and drinks were great and our waiter was amazing will definitely be back ! And hopefully management can fix that little problem in the kitchen.

The Chuck E'Cheese for adults. This place was super cool with arcade games and good food. Little bit of a wait with a large group but great service. Seems to be a local favorite chain.

Can someone tell me why it feels like Dave and Busters set up to teach kids how to gamble? I'd say that easily more than half of the machines were games to win tokens to but prizes. I would not call this place an arcade at all. Also, the coin pushers are a joke. I hit a big stack of coins, and it did not add them back to my coin count. The purpose of a coin pusher is to drop coins to earn more, to then, in turn, drop them again. Also, so many unsupervised kids running around.

Wasn't to impressed by the menu options. There were a lot of different options but nothing that don't think I would like. My youngest ordered chicken bites with buffalo sauce on the side, it tasted like a Louisiana hot sauce (not the same) but he loves that anyway. Decided to play it safe with the fish n chips. I was impressed. I didn't expect a fish fillet that big. It was good, crispy, and their tartar sauce is fabulous. We shared the big daddy chocolate cake. However I guess they were out of raspberry sauce since they didn't have it on the plate. That was a tad disappointing.

D&B has good food, but if you want a quiet meal, this isn't the place to go.

First time visit to this location but I've been to other far larger locations down south. Gotta say someone vastly under estimated how big to make this place. Feels very cramped. Came in at 5:30pm place was already full. 45 min to hour wait quoted. Went to game for a bit with the kid.. who nearly got run over more then a few times by kids running and playing tag in the hand area unsupervised. Signs here quote no one under 18 without a adult escort, there was a bouncer slash security at the entrance to the game area, didn't see him stop any kids. Games were great, very affordable, felt we got our money worth gaming. Wait for a table took hour and a half. Was very noisy could barely hear our server. Food came fast, and hot. Was very good and amazing price for the quality and proportion. Drinks were great. Didn't have time to try the desert but intend to try back another time hopefully a far less busy time. Highly suggest a way to book a reservation before getting there so can time things right, would of been far better to get the game card meal but had to keep my daughter occupied for a long while. Staff was quoting 2.5 hour wait times to people at 6:30pm. There is no sitting area for anyone who doesn't have a table. Overall good visit but could of been better, see how the next visit goes.

I had the ribs..they was over cooked & a bit dry, but still good enough. Fries was ok. They give you about a tablespoons worth of bbq sauce for the ribs in a tiny cup...total joke!! The service was below par. Never refilled my drink, checked on us like once. The place was not busy at all. The sound accustics are horrible!!! Not a place to visit with friends or family. I looked at maybe playing the coinpushers...then I noticed they charge a $3 "activation" fee on their game cards...so the heck with that...bad enough you have to spend hundreds to get a $5 chinese made 10 cent toy...I won't pay an activation fee...total rip off!! I'm pretty sure I won't be going back!!

I had so much fun with my husband and teens. I gave it a 3 because I thought the games were really expensive. We have lots of casinos with arcades in NV like this and they are much more affordable. Also, how do you have an arcade without skeeball?! I was so bummed that game wasn't there. We will be back but not often. We didn't eat any food there so can't comment on that.

We played first and the ate. The games were fun, but we shouldn't have bought as many tickets as we did. Food was definitely less than awesome. It was OK for one time, but we won't rush back.

Our waitress was really amazing, our food was okay, there was quite a wait and maybe only four tables seated so that was a little surprising. All the food didn't come out at once as well, so a bit different but the food was okay. The bigger issue are the games, half of them didn't load our tickets, the ones we thought gave tickets didn't and the kids ultimately came away extremely disappointed. Very, very expensive at over $200 for food and games for a party of 5, the gaming experience was awful. Then the wait, only one person was helping with the ticket cards and prizes and it was FOREVER and very frustrating. Honestly, I'd rather just have our money back and not recommend going here for family fun.

My son and his friend loved it. This is not what I thought it was going to be. The food was pretty good. It is basically a Chuck E Cheese for teenagers. From what I had heard, I thought it was more for adults.

First time eating at dave & Buster's, and possibly our last, first off the staff at the door was friendly but we sat at the bar for a couple drinks and the sever took 20mins to come take our drink order then had to another 35-40 min to come back and take our order the bar wasn't even very busy, they had 4 other guys working with him as well, the menu was very small not much to order from and in our opinion very over priced for the quality, the games where fun and the football and other sports on TV where cool, but overall not a place we will probably not visit again.

Took my daughter out on a date night. We had fun playing games. We ordered one cheeseburger with fries to share. Waited for 45 minutes, Left cash on the table, and walked out hungry. I know you guys are not fast food, but it should not take an hour to make one cheeseburger when the restaurant wasn't even half full. The manager and the server were very nice. Honestly, if the kitchen wasn't so slow, it would have been a wonderful experience. Instead, it turned a four or five star night into barely a two star experience.

We had a group of 40 for a social event, and the experience was not great. Reservation was placed weeks in advance and it took and hour and ten minutes for all tray platters to be brought out. A majority of our group ended up buying there own food and everyone agreed it did not taste well. I would not recommend for a big group experience. Planning seemed lacking with management.

We had a party of 12 for duel birthdays. Ordered two platters. Food was good. Service was good. I am a believer in auto gratuity for large groups. I agree on the tip for the food/service part. We purchased $250.00 in game play cards. AND, had to pay an extra $45.00 for a tip doing this. Really???? We will not ever go back or recommend Dave and Busters.

Ordered a burger well done, it came rare/ medium rare, waitress never asked how our service was... if it's one thing I won't do is under cooked burgers. They gave us our food and walked away, i didn't get to ask for condiments nor did they ask. I always eat my fries first so by the time I finished those notice my under cooked burger and she got back to us after her break it had been 15-20 minutes by that time i wasn't going to send it back because it would've been 30 minutes before i got a replacement. A place like this shouldn't be severely under staffed, it's not covid and I think she was the only waitress and there was only maybe 2 servers. Drinks food and services were worth Burger king's prices, I will not be going here again for food. Bad service worse food.

We went on a Friday evening at 6 pm. There were maybe 5 tables of people seated which really surprised me. I figured on a beautiful Friday evening it would be packed. I should’ve taken it as a hint though. The service was terrible. They brought my husband’s food to the wrong table so after already waiting 30 minutes, he had to wait an additional 10 for them to make him another burger. The kids meal portion is laughable. It took my kid about 3 bites to finish the Mac and cheese they gave him and he complained he was still starving (mind you, this Mac and cheese cost me $6 and didn’t even come with a side). My salad was drenched in dressing to the point that it was dripping from my fork. Our server never came to check on us. Never refilled our empty drinks. I don’t think I ever even saw her smile. When we were seated she walked over to us and said “what do you want to drink” and was so cold towards us. Didn’t seem like she likes her job very much. Then she stood behind the counter talking to coworkers while her three tables tried to flag her down to pay their checks. I sat and waited for 20+ minutes after my husband and child went to play games just for her to come over and give me a ticket to pay. I’ve been to this Dave and Busters about 5 times, and I have never been impressed with the quality of the food. It’s usually cold or tasteless. The only reason why we will ever come back is for games, but their games are outrageously expensive unless you go on a Wednesday. It’s definitely not worth the hype whatsoever, and I think Sioux Falls is catching on which is why it was absolutely dead in there on a Friday night.

Good atmosphere with people having fun playing games! But the service isn’t very good, we sat at the bar took about 10 mins to get a drink we were debating on getting food but nervous from The last failure we tried it here. So we stuck with drinks and thought we would have an appetizer so we thought fried pickles they can’t screw that up right? Nope they sure can! First off they are $9 they come out in a little fry basket in wax paper and they must not have let them drip because they were soo greasy and soggy! Also hardly any breading basically sliced and thrown in a frier! We will never eat here again to many food mistakes especially for the outrageous prices they charge! I would be so afraid to order anything but drinks.

I have a kid and he’s autistic, he always refuses to sit on a high chair because he’s always scared, the lady up front gave us a table with high chairs, I asked her if she had a boot table because my kid was autistic and refuses to sit in high chair, she said no I don’t this is all I have! When clearly she had two boot available, she didn’t even said if your able to wait I can get you one! She only said sorry that’s all we have! Another family after us came in and she sat them in a boot table!

I don't think we will ever be back. Food was awful all the way around. All the staff minus our server and the bar tender that took a group photo for us were very disengaged.. the lady working the prize room was sleeping at the counter.. the games were fun but very expensive. It was all around very disappointing

The waitress was on her phone and we needed refills. There was hair in my food. Absolutely awful. Won’t be back to eat again.

Good food great service. But being unable to call the restaurant is a pain. I spent 10 minutes on hold and dealing with a call tree, only to be told the person in the phone didn't work at this location and we would have to wait for a call back. After 2 hours not hearing anything we drove to the store to just ask in person.

We walked in to first have lunch and then play games as a family of 4. I’m white, my husband is black, and our children are biracial. Despite every single booth being open, the hostess (younger girl with glasses, a poufy deep side part) told us they were all reserved so we had to sit at a high chair table. She then walked off to seat us without saying anything. There were still booths open for quite awhile and then just barely filled once we were done eating. This truly felt like discrimination and I’m not usually one to jump to that. On top of that, it took forever to get our food. The food was pricey but good. While we have been to this location a bunch before, we will not be returning. Do better.

Food was decent. Had a mixup with one of the kids meals but it was addressed. My main issue, which I just found out about, is, the waitress came back to the table after we finished paying and told my wife the tip we gave her wasn't enough and it needed to be more. I'm pretty speechless.
