Great place with a very professional manager and tasty food and good view. We came in for the lunch before the closure time. The restaurant was full, so we had to wait, but the manager who greeted us organized everything very nicely. While waiting we checked the menu and once seated, knew what we wanted to eat. The have amazingly tasty home made bread that went perfect with our lunch salads. Salads were huge, so a great choice for a hot day. The overall vibe of the place is extremely nice. The terrace next to the lake is great and helps to cool down and catch the chill feeling of relaxation and overall enjoyment. Service is great and attentive. Can only recommend this place. You pay outside, so no waiting with the bills. cover cost is one of the highest 3,7€ but I think it is worth it. Can recommend this place if you visit Sirmione.

Everything we ate we delicious. Service was friendly and fast! Definitely worth going out of your way to find this place and eat here! Highly recommend the sardine spaghetti with homemade pasta

The food was absolutely top notch, delicious and amazing. The place seemed to have quite a lot of people but we still did not wait long for our food to arrive. The servers were awesome, patient and kind. All in all very accommodating with our wishes. They even found us a table, next to the lake, for our walk-in party of 6 people. Definitely an experience worth having.

A good find. A nice tasty meal. Frindly and helpfull staff, it would have been great to get a table near the water but it was full there. Good fish.

This is my favorite restaurant in Sirmione if not the world. When we arrived there was a little bit of a wait so they let us sit in their gardens and brought us two glasses of chilled prosecco to sip while we talked and watched the waves lap against the rocky shore next to the restaurant. Once the table was ready we headed over and sat down at a table with a spectacular view of the lake. The service team of Mudy, Naim, and Macran were on point the whole night, checking in when appropriate but largely leaving us to enjoy the view and the company. When we ordered the food arrived promptly and was divine. The soufflé for dessert is a must at L’Arcimboldo. I cannot recommend this restaurant more to anyone considering visiting Sirmione.

Best food in sirmione. Best service. Honestly, we loved it. From the great welcome when the person who greeted us said to my husband "whatever makes her happy" (if we would like to wait more for a table near the sea), to the food and the dessert, the table was cozy, the waiter Ivana was so nice.. All in all it was a great restaurant with decent prices, great hard working people and lovely atmosphere. You gotta go. We had the sea bass, the buffalina pizza, the tiramisu and the chocolate suffle. Try the tiramisu... Seriously, try it!

What a lovely place to eat on the lake with amazing service! Even though it was the middle of the afternoon, the fan and shade by the lake was cool. They were also so accommodating for my food restrictions due to pregnancy and overall kind and attentive. Very reasonable prices considering the quality, atmosphere and level of service as well. Thanks Mudy and Andrea for going above and beyond for the service!

We found this place by accident but we were really happy we found it! Service was on top our waiter Mudy was polite and recommended us amazing focaccia. We were lucky to sit on the front row by the lake. Dish presentation and food quality is great and house wine chose wisely. Enjoyed our stay!

I was only in Sirmione for one night and chose this restaurant. It was perfect! Although I was there at the end of August, I still recommend booking early. Sometimes there was a wait to get a seat, especially for larger groups or if you really wanted to sit on the fantastic terrace directly on Lake Garda. The terrace is highly recommended! The staff are super friendly, attentive and quick. The food was absolutely fantastic, especially the lamb. The portions are not too big & not too small, so you can start with antipasti and then eat a 1st & 2nd course. Dessert optional but also recommended. I found it particularly great that there is a wine recommendation for each dessert on the dessert menu. The restaurant definitely has high prices (apart from the pizza prices), but I found them justified at all times. I would definitely visit the restaurant again & hope that I might even make it back next year.

The ristorante L‘Arcimboldo is an exquisite place to eat. First of all, the location on the westside of the peninsula of Sirmione close to the water gives an amazing view in the evening. The food is even more astonishing. A variety of antipasti, primi and secondi including all specialities of the Italien kitchen left us with enormous satisfaction. We went there several times and can only recommend it to everyone, who has the chance. Even if it’s fully booked, you can go there, drink a Sprizz at the water and wait for a table. We did this two times and never waited longer then 15 minutes. By the way, the prices are also fair in our honest opinion. So all in all, I can only recommend it to everyone who loves an unforgettable evening.
