The staff seemed absent minded about their work and were mingling in the kitchen clueless about the presence of customers. The dinning area tables and floor were sticky, dirty and messy. The windows were full of handprints. I asked for no bread on my burger and they left the bun anyway. Otherwise the food tasted good. My husband and I love Burger king grilled burgers but the Malpensa T2 location condition is an embarrassment to the franchise.

It was very hot in here with no air con, the food was expensive and a bit tasteless, and sauces cost €0.50 each for one packet! Included ketchup with my meal and they put one single sachet on the counter, it’s such a cheap move. Why not just include a handful when someone orders.

If you come to this airport eat somewhere else. Dont waste your money. All our food was cold and there was no taste to it. We got some chilli cheese bites on the side and I thought i bit into a play dough. There are other options available so highly recommend you go to those.

I ordered a Asiago dop with cheesy onions fries and a Coca-Cola. Everything was decent,apart from the Coca-Cola that tasted nothing like it.when I went to ask if they had the right syrup on the machine they said that they might have put another syrup instead

Someone else already mentioned the depressive atmosphere so I will just comment on the abysmal food. The salad in my Whopper contained a large uncut chunk which, when pulled out, appeared dirty. Meat was not seasoned and the chilly cheese fries were soggy. The jalapenos were more akin to spicy rubber- dry and tasteless. The peach ice tea was watery, but still perhaps the only item ordered which was semi-ok. Only good thing about this meal were the cynical jokes I was able to come up with while "eating." Staff seems uniterested and reminded my of the first season of Walking Dead. If you are going through this terminal, do not punish yourself and get a foccacia instead.

Hey, maybe don’t racist to your costumers. I came here a few days ago and a middle aged, blonde female employee told a costumer to “speak italian, we are in italy!” in italian in a really angry voice to then run off to her lunch break. IT’S AN AIRPORT. Also, the costumer was british, speaking English of course. I think before making someone work AT AN AIRPORT you should know whether they speak english or not. Everyone there was shocked, I saw multiple people turn around wide eyed. Also, I may be wrong but I’m inclined to think this was a full on racist comment, as the british woman was black and the same employee was kind to me, and I’m white. I don’t know. I feel like it’s not a great thing to say already, but it’s ridiculous to say AT AN AIRPORT!!! Also, they were so slow. This was the second time i went here, after already giving you grace the first time, as that time a member of my party got a vegetarian without mayo (to make it vegan, this airport sucks with vegan options, and this person gets sick with any animal related products) and the person that made the burger made it half full of mayo, as if they realized they made a mistake halfway through and thought “i don’t want to make a new one, let’s hope no one notices!” Yeah we noticed and at least we got a new burger. But c’mon guys, stop being lousy, some costumers DO come back. I literally came here twice and twice something was wrong. Get a grip

So supposed to open at 9am but won’t, the food was cold and check if you order a double as you could get a single after waiting 20mins despite being the only customer. Then you will be ignored when standing at the cash desk. There are feedback QR codes in the seating area advising to give feedback so here it is. Overall not a good BK like home! I’d give you a 0 but 0 isn’t possible so I give you a 1

Not sure if reviewing a burger king normally is worth the time, but this was of such low level that it needs to be adressed. The location is a dark hole, sucking out the light and life of all visiting, but mostly of those working here. There is literally no joy in this place. The screens were updating for a bout 10 minutes, during which time they wouldnt take any orders. When mine came through, I got the fries that were conveniently still there. The burger was the most pathetic burger I ever had. See photo for how bad it was.
