Come la Fenice, è a distanza di svariati anni la reincarnazione del "vecchio" Falco Rosso, trionfalmente ancora attivo in corso Novara ma che ora dedica questo suo secondo luogo a cucina di mare top. Chiaramente ristrutturato e rinnovato : ampia cucina visibile ma non esposta , pulizia , eleganza, colori gradevoli, luci della giusta intensità, bella disposizione dei vini in orizzontale come parete divisoria a vista. La prima prova è molto valida: crudità marine con ostriche, cozze pelose, gamberi rossi di Mazara, scampi...e di più, serviti nel simpatico vascello con ghiaccio posto sul tavolo. Come secondo, fritto di mare con calamaretti "sporchi", nel senso di ben lavati ma non tagliati , fritti nel modo più consono. Cassata, ricca,e sorbetto, per finire tre raffinatezze glacées : meloncello, mirto e limoncello della Casa. Servizio molto cortese dei titolari, ottimi patrons. Complimenti.
Uno dei migliori ristoranti di pesce in Torino. Ne giro molti ma la cura con cui servono il cliente l ho visto poche volte. Pesce freschissimo, servizio eccezionali e in tutto questo i prezzi contenuti. Capisci al volo il tutto dalla professionalità del capitano che gestisce tutto. Complimenti
I went to this restaurant because I read the reviews, which were all positive, and decided to give it a try. Indeed, I liked it and will return. A large, spacious, bright room, beautifully set tables, flowers, and tranquility. We were warmly welcomed with a smile. I had booked a table in advance, but there weren't many guests that evening. The dishes were delicious, exquisite, and the fish was fresh. The service was excellent. We received high recommendations for all the dishes. This restaurant truly deserves a high rating.
This evening, my husband, our children, and I were guests at this restaurant, which I must say is always impeccable. We were already customers at the previous restaurant, and now they've updated it with this warm, welcoming, clean, and elegant place. The owner, his wife, and the staff are exceptional people who make you feel at ease and almost make you feel at home, which is not always the case. The service is very professional and elegant, mostly from a cart. The dishes are few but explosive, and the raw fish is incredibly fresh and flavorful—in a word, WOW. My older son isn't a fan of fish, and they were very kind and prepared him a cutlet and chips, strictly fresh, not processed. My 5-month-old daughter was treated like a princess, with the kindness that a mother would always be there to help if she needed it, with a rinsed pacifier and a warmed bottle. We are a family who enjoys traveling, eating, and having a good time. My husband is a chef and isn't always happy, but here at Dal Capitano, and before that at his previous restaurant, he's always satisfied. Thank you. And I wish all the staff happy holidays.
New venue, tastefully decorated and in keeping with the theme, simple and well-maintained. The welcome is warm and familiar at the same time. Excellent cleanliness. Prompt service with friendly and always helpful staff. Fresh food, with excellent, sometimes sophisticated cuisine. Good selection of wines and desserts. Highly recommended.
We celebrated a first birthday and they were super efficient in serving over 40 people, all with different needs, all with a smile on their faces, trying to create a great atmosphere and make everyone feel good. The food was excellent! Which is not a given when cooking for so many. We even stayed until after 5:00 PM and they didn't bat an eyelid even though they had to prepare for dinner. What can I say? Everything was excellent and managed excellently! 😊

I've been to Il Capitano and can confidently say it's one of the best places for seafood lovers. The restaurant is welcoming, meticulously maintained, and managed with great professionalism. The atmosphere is pleasant, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The cuisine is simply excellent: the freshest seafood here, carefully selected and impeccably cooked. Each dish truly showcases the quality of the ingredients, from the raw fish to the simplest preparations to the most elaborate dishes. You can taste the passion and experience behind it. I think it's the best seafood in town. Slightly out of the way, which is precisely why it keeps tourists away. Pleasant atmosphere. Tables well spaced. Welcome drink (appreciated) Everything was very good. Very fresh fish. Amazing tuna tartare. The first courses were also very good. The trenette pasta was delicious (small portion, I would have liked a little more). The mixed antipasto was good. But personally, I found it a bit lackluster. The spaghetti with clams was exquisite. The Sicilian cannoli were incredible. Order at least two. Complimentary end-of-the-evening treats: meloncello, limoncello, and homemade desserts. Total for all this, with a bottle of wine, €157, discounted to €150. Very, very good, I'll return.

Five stars wouldn't be enough to convey to anyone who's never been there what this place is all about. Quality, elegance, class, and passion shine through not only in the dishes but also (and above all!!) in the service, the attentiveness with which you are treated, and the impeccable details: here, nothing is left to chance. The raw seafood is exceptional, as are the appetizers, first courses, second courses, and desserts. A big hug to Beppe and all the staff!
One of the best places I've eaten seafood. The atmosphere is very serious but makes you feel at ease, with wonderful staff and a manager who are friendly and professional. The chef, despite being very young, promises an excellent journey in the art of cooking. The oysters are highly recommended, and why not try everything? I recommend them. I'll definitely be back!
I also tried it for lunch... For a quick treat. An appetizer, a grilled dish, and a fried dish. The food is always excellent. The fried passion fruit sorbet is a must-try! The service is good, and they're always very friendly! There was a bit of a wait, but it's worth it. Recommended!

I went for lunch over the weekend. The place is new, fresh, and clean. Nice atmosphere. Attentive and friendly service. The menu is basic, but that's a good thing (in my opinion, the menu shouldn't be endless). The trenette with sea urchins and bottarga was the best dish overall. The baba seemed too alcoholic, and the 'nduja covered the delicate flavor of the red shrimp. The grilled food was very good, as was the fried food. Prices are perhaps a little high, especially for the appetizers. However, the quality of the ingredients is top-notch.
A nice location, although it could be soundproofed with some picture-like panels. The raw and cooked fish are exquisite, and the pasta with clams is also excellent. The wine is at the perfect temperature. Suitable for families, business meetings, or friends. It's not a romantic place, but it's still suitable for couples. Siamo stati a Pranzo e abbiamo preso il menù fisso. I camerieri erano infastiditi. Il contorno era crudo. Il pranzo faceva pena. La carne era immasticabile, non si riusciva a tagliare. Abbiamo ordinato il caffè e dentro la tazzina c'era solo una goccia. Alla fine, siamo stati tutti male (Gruppo di 5 persone) Per come è stato il nostro trattamento, lo sconsiglio
