Ottima pizza all'aeroporto di Malpensa! Il servizio é rapido e cordiale e le pizze sono ottime e si sente che gli ingredienti sono di qualità, ci sono molti tavoli subito sopra ai controlli di sicurezza. Unica pecca é il costo che é molto elevato ma comunque consigliato

Ordinato un primo eccellente ma non hanno messo la ricotta di bufala, inoltre pochissima carne solo due pezzetti di manzo. Visto il prezzo mi aspettavo qualcosa di più. Stessa cosa per le polpette al ragù napoletano nel sugo nessuna carne sfilacciata. Cibo buonissimo comunque, però nel menù é scritto e sarebbe piacevole ricevere lo stesso a tavola.

Rossopomodoro is always a reliable choice. Even at Malpensa Airport, the pizza tastes authentic and fresh, with good quality ingredients. Service was quick and the atmosphere felt warm and welcoming — a nice Italian break before a flight.

I was looking for a “taste of Italy” during my layover in Milan and this place gave me a glimpse! I had the carbonara which was flavourful, however at 18 euros it was definitely expensive - though to be expected from an airport restaurant. The food came out quickly, the longest wait was trying to get the attention of a waiter since it was busy and so were they.

It is pricy as others have mentioned (€8.50 for a small sandwich) but the quality of the ingredients is good and the sandwich was tasty. It’s a good option for a quick bite and the cashier was nice. They can heat your sandwich if you don’t want it cold.

Pizza smells and looks amazing - so we ordered a pistachio pizza. It’s good! We also ordered the prosciutto and mozzarella side. Didn’t disappoint as well. Nice setup with balsamic vinegar and olive oil ready, fun and clear menu. What we ordered looked just like those in the menu. For a nice chillaxing meal before flying, this is the place to be.

As per other comments below, same feeling regarding price. But the service and food quality us way better than what you can find in most airports in many other parts of the world. I had time to kill before a late afternoon so decided to get carbonara and a simple salad-both weee delicious and very good quality for eating at an airport! Service was friendly and efficient, so no faults there. Overall I would say this is an excellently run restaurant.

Tornati da un viaggio abbiamo avuto la splendida idea di fermarci a pranzare qui. Pasta nerano devo dire buona, ma 1 ora quasi per una margherita ma era buona non napoletana a mio parere ma buona. I camerieri facevamo difficoltà a capire il tavolo corretto, secondo me troppi tavoli e troppo disordine. Se andate di fretta non è la soluzione consigliata per pranzo cena

Classico ristorante dell'omonima catena, ambiente curato con molti posti a sedere. I tavoli all'esterno non sono un granché, si trovano sul passaggio di chi attende il volo per l'imbarco. Pizza discreta con proposte interessanti, di tipo gourmet. Servizio ridotto al minimo. Vista la location prezzi decisamente sopra la norma.

Il cibo apparare ed è buono purtroppo però i prezzi sono decisamente non allineati alla location e alla dimensione dei piatti servizi. Servizio nella norma, nulla di stellare e location che lascia un pò a desiderare.

The food was much better than I expected, I got a tagliatelle a bolognese the waiters service were pretty good, the place is and good. Only complain is a worker that was not that friendly and helpful. A tall guy that seemed to be doing reception to restaurant but was a little unpleasant.

Pizza molto buona, ma prezzi davvero eccessivi, con le pizze che costano da 13 a 18,5 euro!!!, oltre a 3 euro di coperto. Servizio veloce, anche se non particolarmente professionale.

Tempi di attesa estremamente lunghi, non il massimo per un ristorante in un aeroporto e quindi di passaggio: circa 40 min per un primo, che poi è stato portato subito dopo il contorno. Anche la qualità della pasta è da rivedere poiché i rigatoni erano tutti in pezzi e un po’ sfatti.

Aggiornamento: abbiamo speso 38€ per una bruschetta, e due secondi di cui uno che rientra nel menu dipendenti…in più 5€ per due caffè neanche fossimo in galleria a Milano. Non penso ci torneremo. Pizza buona ma al primo posto c’è la gentilezza del personale e la pulizia. Ahimè la qualità del cibo sembra essere calata abbastanza a causa forse del post lockdown dove si sa, tutti chi più chi meno ci sta facendo arrancare.

abbiamo provato la pizzeria visto che dovevamo attendere per un lungo periodo. i tempi sono molto lunghi e se prendete uno ristorante e uno pizza mangiate in due tempi totalmente differenti. le pizze hanno richiesto circa mezz'ora, il ristorante dieci minuti. la pizza non era buona, particolarmente gommosa, la burrata era molto secca. è rimasta nello stomaco come un secondo bagaglio a mano. il costo è comunque alto, 18€ per una pizza e circa 20€ per un primo... mi aspetto una buona qualità. servizio asettico con il cameriere che ha chiesto un paio di volte dov'era l'ordine... bah. luogo con posti dentro un'area chiusa e anche fuori, in un'area di passaggio. non mi ha dato la sensazione che mi aspettavo e rovinato l'idea che avevo in mente sia di Rossopomodoro che di pizza napoletana. peccato. la prossima volta andrò di burger in metà tempo e denaro.

Abbiamo preso una pizza margherita e un petto di pollo con insalata e a livello di cibo erano entrambi molto buoni. La politica prezzi è però senza senso anche all'interno di un aeroporto: per i due piatti sopra e 2 acque da 50ml abbiamo speso 47€. Sembra un prezzo onestamente senza senso rapportato anche all'ambiente. Oltre a questo, il petto di pollo ci è stato servito in meno di 10 minuti dall'ordinazione, la pizza è arrivata 20 minuti dopo. I piatti dovrebbero arrivare insieme o ravvicinati, perchè non è bello guardare uno dei due commensali mangiare mentre si attende o - in alternativa - far freddare il cibo in attesa del secondo piatto. Abbiamo notato la stessa cosa in tutti i tavoli accanto al nostro. Bene, ma non benissimo insomma

the quality of the food was less than deficient. Honestly, the worst carbonara I ever had, the sauce had no consistency and the flavour was poor. The Ceasar salad was decent, but nothing too special. I would never recommend this place. Also, very expensive for what it is

Unfortunately not much choice in the MXP airport. Even more unfortunate was our first pasta meal in Italy. I was unable to finish the Carbonara and my son not able to finish the Gnocchi. Left us both feeling unwell. We had the same meals in Japan two weeks ago and they were far superior! Service charge of Euro3 per person for what we received is unacceptable given the already high price of the meals.

This is probably the worst RossoPomodoro and Italian restaurant I’ve ever been to. We waited around 45 minutes just for the first appetizer, and another 30 minutes for the pizza. The food was below standard, and the service was disorganized as we had to remind the staff about our order, or they would have forgotten it. Overall, it was a terrible experience. I strongly suggest avoiding this place, and I will not be coming back.

The pizza was quite decent, a little soggy, but not much, right what we expected. The Margherita was better than the Verace, less soggy, more on the point. Not only the restaurant is expensive for what it is, but we also payed cover charge that was not on the menu (on restaurants in Italy it is always very visible and clear). For three simple pizzas, without drinks we payed 52.50€. Guess that a full meal would be around 25-35€ per person.

Pessima Esperienza da Rossopomodoro. Arrivati un pò tardi ma servizio pessimo, sembrava dessimo fastidio. Attesa lunga e tavolini un pò in disordine. Preso la pizza ma pessima. Posso dire tra le peggiori mangiate nell'anno. Come si evince dalle foto sono arrivate totalmente carbonizzate e, neppure a valutarle sotto, Ci siamo adattati ma una, era immangiabile. Riordinata e dopo troppi sbuffi, con gran calma, è arrivata ancora una bufala. COnsiderati i costi, proprio non ci siamo. Pessima serata che, tollerata solo perchè di ritorno dal volo. Da rivedere qualità del servizio, della cucina e dei prodotti.

Il servizio al tavolo è pessimo, abbiamo aspettato 20 minuti senza poter fare l'ordinazione. Il personale è poco efficiente e poco professionale. Prezzi elevati. Abbiamo optato per il self service a fianco, sempre della stessa catena. Il trancio di pizza margherita è salato e il pomodoro non un granché. Tutto costa 8,50. Almeno è veloce.

Pessima gestione e totale disorganizzazione Nonostante il locale fosse semivuoto, siamo stati ignorati per oltre 15 minuti. Mentre cercavamo di attirare l'attenzione dei 5 camerieri presenti, il caposala ci ha guardati e ignorati deliberatamente. La cosa più assurda? Hanno servito quattro tavoli arrivati dopo di noi. Quando finalmente abbiamo protestato, la cameriera invece di scusarsi ci ha colpevolizzati dicendo che dovevamo "chiamarli prima". Il caos è continuato alla cassa: personale incapace di leggere l'ordinazione e un errore nel conto (un'acqua pagata 4€ in più). In un aeroporto dove il tempo è prezioso, una disorganizzazione del genere è inaccettabile. In conclusione: prezzo alto (anche per essere dentro un aeroporto) e servizio pessimo. Sconsigliatissimo.

28 euro una pizza e una Coca é un furto legalizzato. Per di più sentire lo chef con i capelli lunghi imprecare e mandarsi a quel paese con la cameriera più adulta che c’è é imbarazzante. L’unica cosa da salvare sono le povere giovani cameriere che si trovano a dover crescere lavorativamente in questi ambienti.

I had a very disappointing experience. I waited around 20 minutes just to place an order, with no one coming to my table. The manager clearly saw me waiting, so I tried to place the order directly with him. His response was simply “the waiter will come to take your order”, and he turned his back and walked away. After that lack of basic courtesy and service, I decided to stand up and leave. Poor organization and even worse attitude from management. Definitely not the level of service I would expect.

If disappointment had a postcode, it would be here. I travel a lot and somehow had never tried this place before, so I thought why not? Big mistake. From the very beginning, the experience felt… hostile. When I was ready to order, the waitress approached me with a blunt “So? You ready?” not a greeting, not a smile, just visible annoyance at my existence. Promising start. I asked a simple question about the wine — whether the red was sweet — and was met with a very reassuring “I don’t know.” Right. Inspiring confidence already. I ordered a carbonara and a steak. The carbonara was honestly tragic: poorly cooked, tasting like scrambled eggs with some sad, flavourless bacon. No depth, no balance, no soul. The steak followed the same theme — overpriced, tough, and completely lacking taste. Paying €25 for a hard-to-chew piece of meat felt almost insulting. For reference: €18 for a carbonara this bland should be a crime. The rosé wine was actually good — and ended up being the best thing about the entire meal, which says a lot. Service-wise, I felt ignored most of the time. When I went to pay, the staff were far more interested in chatting with another customer who spoke Italian. I had to ask three times just to pay. At that point, I genuinely wondered if I was supposed to just walk out. When I was finally acknowledged, the man at the till looked annoyed that I dared interrupt his conversation. No confirmation that the payment went through, no receipt offer, no “thank you,” no “safe travels,” not even basic eye contact. Just nothing. Like I ceased to exist the moment my card was tapped. As someone who deeply appreciates good customer service, this place was shockingly poor — especially for an airport restaurant with prices like these. Overpriced food, unfriendly staff, and an atmosphere that makes you feel invisible. If I could rate this minus five stars, I would. Unfortunately, that option doesn’t exist — but rest assured, I won’t be coming back.

Rude waiter and bad service. We ordered a pizza and pasta with salad and a starter The whole food was ready at the appropriate time except the pizza, it was late to the point that I thought it was forgetten. I asked politely for it to be cancelled as we already finished all of the food and got full . The waiter shouted back at us for asking to cancel it Any other restaurant with decent management would know the 101 of food service is proper timing presentation and decent customer service Getting back to the waiter when we asked her she shouted back without explanation and called the security where they weren’t helpful There were even people ordering after us and revived their pizza before which tell me of a management issue and poor service We went to too many restaurants to know that any other manager would accept the it was the kitchen fault and the customer shouldn’t be held accountable for kitchen delays

The worst pasta and pizza we’ve had within the Milan city limits. Even the most basic drink — a Sprite — was almost completely flat. We could barely finish the pasta and had to leave the pizza. You literally need to use your phone’s flashlight to find the meat in the pasta. We basically left the place hungry. The pizza was extremely doughy. Experiencing something like this in Milan genuinely shocked us. We even had to go to the McDonald’s next door to eat afterwards.

Dirty glasses. Uncooked potatoes. Cold mains. Unseasoned steak. The waitstaff were nice, but the kitchen is truly terrible. We ended up leaving and not touching our food. What a mistake. I think McDonald’s would’ve actually been better than this.
