A total 4. Food was good, one of the portions even very good. They did not bring it at the same time, however it was said in advance. Service quite polite. Coperto quite high - 2,5 Euros per person. Total amount for 3 people (1 dish and 1 drink) was 78 Euros.

Was really surprised coming here. Food was amazing and you actually can see it being cooked in real time. There was a little bit of a wait but that’s to be expected at the airport. My pork in my ramen was crispy which is difficult to get as usually in most restaurants it just goes soggy

Nice place . And food is really good. Special to be on a airport. Also the kids has kids menu and get color pencils and paper to draw on. The service, i feel a bit like a fast food chain. We find you a table, we take you order, her is you number and you pay in the cashier on way out. And you never get to order anything more, after no worker come to check up if you need more stuff.

ordered the full english breakfast and a cappuccino. while eating, i noticed that they did not give me the katsu sweet potato with my meal; it seems like they just hoped i would forget and not bring it up. i told the waitress with the glasses, and she just said they didn’t have it. i asked for a discount, and they did give me one. just wish they were more transparent from the beginning with not having the katsu sweet potato. the sausages are smaller than in the picture, and they give only 2 halves of 1 slice of tomato, instead of 2 slices like in the photo. the waitress with the red hair was kind though.

Easily one of the worst service that I have experienced in Europe. We were only the second group there and the waitress insisted us to sit next to one of the other groups instead giving us a new empty table. We moved us to a new empty table she literally threw the menu to the table. Just 0 service.

I went to the restaurant to have dinner and the food was good the waiting time was fast but they do not pay attention to what you order and also have an attitude and bad face. I asked for another sauce, they gave me the wrong one and they said they didn’t have another one like the one they put on my plate, I waited and nobody came with any sauce at all. I would give a better review if they were decent but their attitude for basic stuff is really bad.

Poor fast food with no nutritional value. This restaurant at the Milan airport is clearly designed for speed, not comfort. The atmosphere is stark and minimalist, ok for a quick bite but not for a relaxing pre-flight meal. Our service, however, never made it to us.. He seemed completely disengaged and disinterested, moving slowly and avoiding eye contact. We couldn't even get his attention to place our order. Thankfully, his colleague was the exact opposite. This waiter was professional, caring, and attentive. We ended up having to give our order to them and voiced our complaints about the food, which they handled with genuine concern. This person truly saved our dining experience from being a complete disaster. As for the food itself, it was a major disappointment. The quality was very low, with the main ingredient: rice. It felt like the other items were just for show, used as minimal decoration and flavor. The food was simply not good, and we cannot recommend this place. While we're grateful for the excellent service from the one waiter, it couldn't make up for the poor quality of the meal.

Waiter put me next to the kitchen where all smell from food. I set in another table and she was so anxious and was making pressure to come back to same smelly place (repeat Ed 3 times like I’m a criminal). I have asked to change table far away from kitchen and she refused , saying that other tables are for 2. Good luck

The food was okay, but the behavior of the stuff was unfriendly and unwelcoming, i had some questions about the foods side dish which required a bowl of kimchi and they were out of it but they didn’t inform me or tell me about it and then when i asked about it the behavior of the staff was unfriendly and rude,without any solution just a “we don’t have” which wasnt helpful at all. It will be great if they exchange something else or explain nicely

To be honest, this is worst dining experience in my 14 days trip in Itlay. Food : 1/5 Duck Gyoza : €7.9 (5 pieces) Catch it back : 1/5 The gyoza is crispy , the fillings is just little and too soft, can't taste it is duck meat. The dipping is werld ,it tastes a little bit Beijing Roasted Duck but with strong almond. Karen Chicken : €18.3 Catch it back : 2/5 The curry with light coconut milk taste good but too much sauce on rice. The chicken is soft. Shirodashi Ramen : €16.5 Catch it back 1/5 We ordered Ramen , not Saba. Ramen and Saba are different noodle. Even this restaurant promote fusion Japanese food , it s a big mistake. Because our boarding time came soon, we didn't ask for changing.The pork is fine but if pork with reman will be better.
