The service was excellent, the wait time was reasonable, and everything was very clean. The only problem was the sushi portions. I used to enjoy this sushi place because, although it was a bit pricey, I remember the rolls being very large and generously portioned. But this time, more than 50% of the roll was pure rice. I don't know if they're doing it this way now or if I just had bad luck, but here's a picture of the section of the roll we got that was the most filled.

This is the second time I've ordered and the Tampico is spoiled. This time I called the branch and told them what had happened, and all they told me was that the kitchen made the mistake of grabbing a dish that already had Tampico. I don't know their production method, but if they're handling ingredients that are very sensitive to heat, they should have other measures in place. Likewise, based on the comments here, I know it hasn't been the only one that's happened to me. The production method they use for these ingredients should be supervised by someone with expertise, especially in the kitchen.

The sushi is very good, but they should hire another person to answer the phone. I've tried to order delivery several times and the girl just answers and then hangs up on you (when she's not in the mood to work, I imagine😠), and no matter how many times you try again, she lets it ring or just hangs up on you. That's the only bad thing about that place.

Yesterday I ordered from this place because I normally like the option to build your own roll to your liking. However, the order I placed yesterday in Tampico had a sour taste. I guess it was about to go bad. In my roll, I ordered carrots, and they were quite slimy, and the flavor wasn't pleasant. Despite the bad taste of the sushi, they sent me the wrong order, and the delivery person had to return because they had sent me the wrong one and bring me the correct order. They were missing some tenders for a girl, which were very bad, and the potatoes had an ugly consistency. I understand that mistakes happen, but this isn't the first time they've made a mistake when sending my order; it's the second time.

We decided to change a bit from QueRollo and what a disappointment, it is the second option we looked for in the south of the city and we were not satisfied, the flavor and portion size are fine, but they fail when preparing the rice, it remains like dough, when soaked in soy it does not penetrate because the rice is so sticky, please work on improving the quality of the rice, the service was good and the delivery time was normal, the price also within normal limits, I liked the option that you can put together your roll however you like.

I was starting to eat my Uber Eats order when a cockroach fell out of one of the Tampico rolls. When I told the other person who ordered it, they checked and found a piece of cockroach in theirs too... how awful! When we called the restaurant, they just told me to file a complaint with Uber Eats and they would take care of it...🤷🏾‍♀️
