Very nice place, excellent pizza flavor. At first glance, they don't seem to have a great taste, but I was very surprised by the combination of flavors. I don't like pineapple on pizzas, but these surprised me and I definitely recommend them. The price is a bit high compared to the size. But the quality and flavor make up for it. They accept card payments. Highly recommended.

The pizza was very tasty. I ordered the house specialty, La Sierra. The service was good, although a little slow. The boneless wings were a bit disappointing; they were cold, but it was a good portion. This last dish had very little side, and I think eating so much chili didn't agree with me.

The pizzas are delicious and good-sized. We ordered a sierra and a four-cheese pizza, and they'll be delivered as they come out. The place is small but has very nice brand details. I don't recommend the salad; it's very expensive for the size and ingredients.

I didn't like the service, it took too long, poor presentation, they didn't give me cutlery until several times after I asked for it, and the flavor wasn't good either, only the container was hot and there was more sauce than pasta or meat.

El restaurante en si está bonito, lamentablemente estuvimos en ese lugar como 20 min o mas y no se acercó ningún mesero para tomar orden u ofrecer bebidas mientras se pensaba en que ordenar. Por otro lado me dio mala imágen que una de las meseras estaba semi recostada en uno de los sillones mientras veía su celular, tal vez su descanso, quién sabe. Total que nos retiramos del lugar. Es un buen restaurante, espero que mejoren la atención al cliente, les aseguro que esa es la clave para que el lugar este más concurrido.

Apenas llegué ya se notaba el ambiente tétrico, te atienden a duras penas para tomarte el pedido, pareciera que te miran por encima, como si no fueras una persona a respetar. Pero bueno, trato de no tomarme personal esas cosas, hay gente amargada en el mundo y no me iban a amargar mi noche (o al menos eso pensé), quise pedir una pizza y una pasta Alfredo, pero o, sorpresa, les dije que sin camarón y me dijeron "NO SE PUEDE QUITAR EL CAMARON" (???? incluso el restaurante más barato de la colonia llamado doña lupe son capaces de hacer una simple acción como quitarle un ingrediente a la comida. Pero bueno, aun así seguí decidiendo comer allí y mejor pedí una lasagna en lugar de la pasta. Gran error. Fuimos a sentarnos a la parte de los juegos, había un calor horrible, pareciera que no tuvieran ningún tipo de refrigeración para el lugar, le dijimos a nuestro niño que jugará en el parque de juegos, no sé que pasó pero solo se lanzó una vez y salió corriendo y dijo que ya no quería jugar. Nos trajeron la comida que por cierto es cara. Primero comenzaron trayendo el servicio, todo estaba asquerosamente grasoso, no lo limpian. El parmesano ya estaba vencido porque estaban hechos bolita (trabajo en cocina, sé de lo que hablo). Ya para ese momento me esperaba lo peor. Luego trajeron la papas simples que pedimos, estaban super saladas, yo no suelo quejarme de eso porque me gustan las cosas saladas, pero estaban exageradamente saladas. Luego nos trajeron la lasagna, terrible, es pura salsa, parecía un caldo. No entiendo como pueden hacer mal una simple lasagna, la pasta ya dura, sospecho que fue recalentado. Dije, bueno, no pueden hacer mal una pizza, era lo único que me llenaba de esperanza de no salir molesto de la cita. Pero que ingenuo fuí. Trajeron la pizza y si me dices que me cuedta 180 pesos, no te lo creo. Parecía de esas pizzas que te venden por 70 pesos en tu colonia que te sirven para un antojito. La masa gorda, parecía cartón, la salsa nada a destacarse y he probado mejor queso en pizzas por debajo de 100 pesos que esa. De verdad una completa decepción y sentimiento de estafa. Por si fuera poco al final llevé a mi niño al baño... asqueroso, con restos de heces en la tasa! Tuve que primero hacer un trabajo de limpieza cuando mi niño se estaba haciendo del baño. No entiendo como pueden ser tan antihienicos. De verdad no había por donse defenderlos, toda la experiencia fue horrible. Evidentemente NO RECOMIENDO ir a ese lugar. Gracias por su atención.

Pésimo servicio y muy malos sabores. Pasta sin sabor sin sal. Solo pasta y media crema No tenían queso parmesano ni salsa La ensalada que nos sirvieron estaba podrida. Tanto la manzana como las lechugas. No nos llevaban cubiertos ni platos, ni bebidas. Le pedimos a la mesera y nos contesta que ahí teníamos uno en la mesa. (Éramos 7 personas). No volveríamos.

La primera vez fue lindo, la comida estaba bien, el queso tenía un sabor muy bueno, la segunda vez pedimos una pizza que estaba medio fría, sabía a nada y de paso nos cobraron más de lo que nos dijeron en la caja, mala mía porque revisé el cobro en la aplicación dos días después, definitivamente no vuelvo

**PLEASE DO NOT EAT HERE** The pizza is generally bad, with low-quality ingredients. The portions of boneless meats and fries are very small and are frozen. I find the service dynamic unnecessary (there are no servers) and the prices very high. Overall, I don't recommend the place, a rather bitter experience. I definitely won't be back. It didn't meet expectations in many ways. The only redeeming feature was the very friendly waitress.

It took a long time to serve us (there weren't any people there), and I had to stand and ask for almost everything. We ordered a pizza, and it took over an hour to bring it. The boneless ones were super salty, and they didn't come with ranch either, so I had to stand and ask for it. It's not recommended at all.

I went to celebrate my daughter's birthday with a group of friends, and there was no music. I asked for it to be played, and they did. They put her picture on the screen. We received super-friendly service. The waiter was very attentive without being pushy. But the pizzas weren't great; they were bland. We ordered Mexican, a combination of grilled beef and a deluxe, and a Manitoba pizza, and I didn't like any of them. The Jamaican and barley water were good. I think they should improve the seasoning and consistency of the pizzas because they were very watery, but the service was 10 out of 10...

The person serving us was friendly, the girl taking the order was impolite and sort of rude in her disinterest. The pasta is horrible microwave food. Tasteless dried out, has nothing to do with Italian food. The pizza is tastelessly dry and no pizza dough is used, it is more a bead crust. Topping was nice

Let's be objective. They served the food in 5 courses, soda without glasses, which in the end you have to hold but it's not like the soda is super cold, what they started with was the pizza that arrived cold, they continued with the hamburger 10 minutes later, they were told that two more things were missing and any person with two fingers of forehead would have said I'll bring it together but noooo, why can I continue giving you bad service? Here you have a part and later I'll bring you the rest 🤣 a little more than 800 pesos spent on one of the worst services I've had in my life and look, I live in Hermosillo, that already says a lot 🤣

The atmosphere of the place was good, but it took more than 40 minutes to bring my girlfriend's food. I also ordered a hamburger and they didn't bring it or the drinks either. My girlfriend's hamburger was burnt and after the hour we told the waiter and it turned out that they weren't preparing my hamburger and they had forgotten the drinks. It was an unpleasant experience since you want to eat and that what they bring you is well prepared and the flavor was not that great. The only good thing was that they changed the hamburger and delivered everything but it took more than an hour.
