Even if you don't know how the whole shebang works, when you see the line, it's intuitive how it operates. Mexicans can lie about many things, but not to the taquero or the hot dog vendor. You arrive, join your democratic queue, and they serve you a tremendous hot dog. The sausage is thin, and you choose the other 500 kcals. The bun is the crown jewel—soft and warm, like it's freshly baked. They have a variety of toppings, and if you're eating there, they offer you tables. Despite being so crowded, the wait time didn't exceed 15 minutes. If you come to visit, at least stop by for the culinary experience.

They're among the three best hot dogs I've eaten in Hermosillo. All the ingredients are high-quality, they use real avocado, and the bread tastes delicious. All the employees are helpful and very friendly, especially the man in charge of preparing the hot dogs. He's always very kind and serves with a smile. 100% recommended. They have several tables where you can sit comfortably.

I think they have some of the best hot dogs in Hermosillo (in my opinion), and not because they have a bar with 100 types of cheese and toppings. On the contrary, less is sometimes more, and that's reflected in their fresh, high-quality ingredients. From the bread to the avocado, they do a lot with very little. Their toppings are very basic, but more than enough, and the place is very clean and comfortable.

One of my favorite hot dogs. Warm bread, the bar is simple but just right. They have chiles güeros stuffed with cheese, and it's amazing. They added seating and have bathrooms, so it's definitely a great choice.

I go straight for it : This place, for me — as far as I have come yet — makes the best Hot Dogs world wide ! The crew is very friendly and welcoming. The definitely know what there doing and brought it to perfection ! The Hot Dog itself is perfectly balanced between sweet, sour, umami and the right amount of spice. And of course you can add on yourself : onions, pepper, chili, jalapeños, pickles, some kind of cucumber, herbs like coriander, a kind of relish sauce and of course guacamole. Plus various spicy sauces if the jalapeño isn’t your thing. Just blend and do it your style ! The kitchen is located just next to the road. Plus there offering a kind of a big inner court, with table and chairs, with bright colors and little flags, inviting you to stay and enjoy your Hot Dog on site. Of course you can get a beverage to your meal : a large choice of the main sodas. Perfectly cold. In my short stay in Hermosillo I came twice and left with two Hot Dogs, one for the evening and one for breakfast. I definitely recommend coming here and taste the – probably - best Hot Dog in the world ! Thank you for this delicatessen. Keep up the good work ! Michas Gracias !
