A very beautiful place, with a splendid view of the surrounding hills and vineyards. I was there for a wedding and I must say I loved the atmosphere. If I had to recommend the dish I enjoyed the most, it was the selection of cheeses accompanied by honey and various preserves: they were fabulous!! The wedding took place in the afternoon, so in the evening there was a party with music in an upper room of the restaurant, equipped with an open bar. It was a fantastic evening, with music and dancing until 2:00 AM. The wedding cake was a fruit tart. I can't say if it was provided by the restaurant, but if so, it's one of the best fruit tarts I've ever had. The garden where the outdoor ceremony took place was also beautiful; all in all, a beautiful wedding celebration. I'll definitely be back for lunch on my own.

A great experience at this establishment. The dishes were very good (the roasted quail cappelletti amazed me), and the prices were in line with similarly caliber restaurants. The wait staff was extremely courteous; they took us on a short tour of the restaurant, showing us the various rooms, and were available to accommodate our requests throughout the meal. Furthermore, after dinner, there's a large outdoor space, complete with chairs, to enjoy a magnificent view of the vineyards and surrounding hills. Highly recommended.

Honestly, I found this restaurant completely by chance, after some online research, and I must say it was truly a wonderful discovery. From the first impression I had received over the phone a few days earlier, I had made some special requests, as it was my wife's birthday, and they were helpful and kind. The place is enchanting, with a beautiful view of Golferenzo Castle and more. The staff is very attentive to customer requests and always kind and willing to accommodate them. We dined for two, at a private and very intimate table outside on the terrace, right in the middle of the lawn, surrounded by a fairytale-like and romantic atmosphere. I recommend, and am doing the same outside, to try the service, the dishes, the kindness and hospitality of this place and of these people who work every day to make it unique. You can see the love and passion in the little things, and it was a wonderful treat. I will definitely be back and will continue to do so, promoting it well and recommending it wholeheartedly, keeping it among those places that deserve to be remembered for special occasions.

The restaurant is located in a great location on a hill near Santa Maria della Versa. The place is beautiful and well-kept, with a wonderful view. The menu is varied and offers dishes that will please both omnivores and vegetarians. Everything is delicious, especially the "raw tuna" appetizer. The staff is super friendly and helpful, and the price is fair. Highly recommended!

Novembre con la nebbia che ci inseguiva da Milano abbiamo trovato rifugio e conforto in questo splendido maniero . Sulle colline alla fine dei vigneti c’è questo ristorante delizioso. L’atmosfera è molto romantica con il grande camino a riempire l’ambiente ma non è un ristorante solo per “coppiette ”. Alla cucina Pavese si accompagnano diversi vini locali segno di una carta dei vini ben curata. Il servizio è buono ed il cibo è da provare

Un ottimo ambiente. Cucina curatissima. Aggiungerei nel menù almeno due piatti in più e meglio se locali. Peccato la carta dei vini che è da aggiornare in quanto per tre volte abbiamo dovuto cambiare. Dessert super.

A tried and tested restaurant. The fabulous atmosphere is a real help when choosing a restaurant in Oltrepo. The all-female service is well-organized and friendly. The food is good. Less formal than in the past, which isn't a bad thing, especially if you want to enjoy the scenery and the fresh air, and if you have children with you.

Lovely place, but poorly heated (17.3°C), with one person taking care of everything, from welcoming guests to serving tables, etc. The food was good, but some of the ingredients were missing (cheese in the tagliolini). Overall, disappointing compared to the bill.

I returned to eat here last week after a few months, and the experience was very disappointing. The quality is significantly lower than a few months ago, perhaps even compared to this summer. The food is mediocre and poorly prepared, but the real problem is the service. Rude staff, often absent from the dining room, and inattentive to customers. Long wait times and a total lack of professionalism. A place that has lost quality in just a few months. It's hard to recommend it in its current state. 🤷‍♂️

I'd like to talk about this restaurant. Let's start with the fact that it took LITERALLY 2 hours just for a first course! From 12:00 to 2:30 for a first course, it wasn't exactly crowded, we were the first to arrive. Then, when the dishes arrived, they looked horrible and were raw. Now let's talk about the price. It was incredibly expensive for that food, not even half the price. I really don't recommend a two-hour drive for this.
