Took about 40 minutes to receive my food from ordering to picking up. Plus got my wings cold 🥶. And they put like 4 peices of mushrooms on one of my pizzas.

The employees do not wear gloves while preparing the food. One of the pizza makers finished preparing and assisted a customer who paid with cash he went back to preparing another pizza without washing his hands or wearing gloves. Also I placed an online order and ordered a thin crust pizza and specially asked that it be pie cut and not square cut due to the ocd that the person who the pizza was ordered for has. I even called and explicitly explained my request to the woman who answered the phone. She said "No problem I will make sure that is as you requested " when I arrived to pick it up it was square cut. I had to wait an additional 8 minutes for a new pizza. I was just dissatisfied and annoyed after a very long & hectic day at the office

I can say usually it's decent, but today it was not. Order tracker was wrong by 12 minutes, unless they gave half my order to someone else ? Ordered the specialty chicken 12 pc for $7.99 for the first time, based off of the pic on the website. It was NOT worth it!!!!!! How do u justify the price for some malnurished chicken really!!!!! Then the sausage pizza looked like they just stood in the corner and throw it on the pizza. I don't know what else to say I mean even on their busiest night I still got my order on time and correctly done. Let me not forget to mention while I was waiting a guy came in to order he waited and waited, the phone rang and rang people walked past the counter to put tickets on the boxes, they continued making/filling orders, BUT NEVER ACKNOWLEDGED the counter or the people waiting on their orders as they came thru the door crowded in the little waiting area spilling outside the door. Come on Domino's, you have to do better than that looks like they need to do some customer service training again and where was the manager ?????

I regret to say that this branch may be the worst one I have ever ordered from. Not only do they ALWAYS mess up my orders they have the worst customer service. The worst. The customer service policy is "WOW" the customer. They did wow me by how little they care about the business and the customers. I am not the only one because when I walked in to return the pizza there was a couple arguing about their pizza. The cashier tried to tell them they were wrong then proceeded to find their order on the rack. I hate bad reviews but this place is the worst.

Just ordered a pizza and pasta from here and they couldn't even fill the pasta barely anything with a few measly scraps of chicken and to top it off burnt the top of the pasta😡 definitely not amused by this service so everyone check your orders!

Bad experience yesturday 2/24...not sure what happened always have good experience with there stuff crust pizza but this time...woke up at 3am with a fever sweating ..bad nausea..shivvers...stomach pain ...I knew it was tge pizza because my father was exactly the same ..smh...prob old ingredients or dirty hands..never know. I won't be going back for a few...sorry

My review is just for the delivery service. I have ordered delivery twice from this place, the first driver at least smiled and handed the pizza nicely, but took forever to get here. The second time, the delivery driver was rude, didn’t even greeted, handed me the pizza in a rude way, as he gave me the last one and I said thank you, he just turned in a rushed way and said nothing! Mind you, I tipped both times!! I’m never tipping these drivers again. They need to do better customer service.

Sheeesh man!! Employees just don't have any welcoming service. If you're not happy at your damn job, find something else. I prefer a Kiosk to place my order than to deal with the people that work here. Energy is off, just the overall experience is sub par.

Horrible service by the employees and the managers, whoever called me last time didn't put it "correctly" that i had two free pizzas so when i called to redeem them the person said i had already redeemed them, i kept saying i had not and when i gave them the date of when they called me she said it said i had ordered two napkins, total chaos at this place and by the looks at these reviews im not d only one with these same issues. Thanks domino's keep up the horrible work.

I've been getting delivery from here for years and everything was great. Sorry to say but maybe the new management team is lacking experience. Hope it gets better soon. They delivered the wrong order, I had to go in and ask for the right one. The staff didn't acknowledge anyone inside, had to call them out. These kids need more training for sure.

I understand you guys are busy on weekends but please don't undercook the pizza and when you come to the phone don't just put us on hold without letting us know we're being put on hold, is very upsetting. I know you guys could do better.

The second time, the delivery driver was rude, didn’t even greeted, handed me the pizza in a rude way, as he gave me the last one and I said thank you, he just turned in a rushed way and said nothing! This is my go to pizza because they always have good pizza but this time it was not good at all. I had ordered with two toppings, and they barely put any toppings. They barely put any sauce. I’m quite disappointed of the quality of the pizza because usually like I said it’s pretty good.
