Service is pretty good and guick in the morning. Usually I come here on Saturday mornings after working out. They are consistent making the drinks I order. Another bonus is that, recently they give you a receipt to due a survey online to get a buy one free coupon. We used it on this visit, and the manager said we could do another one if we wanted to to get another coupon! Overall, I was pretty happy with my experience. But for forewarning the store sometimes isn't open at the time it supposed to open. About 5 min later they do.

It’s a real bummer. The quality, service and cleanliness of not just the location, but Jamba in general is on the decline. Not just since the pandemic. Orange juice machine nearly ALWAYS out of order. Come on folks - it’s a fresh juice place. Kinda need an OJ machine.

Personally not a huge fan of Jamba Juice drinks they all taste a little off. But during my visit it seemed the worst, I get that there were a lot of people and only 2 employees, i didnt mind the wait, but they were definitely rushing the blending. I had some chunks of everything, and was eating quite a lot of chunks of ice. Wasn't very pleased with that, I ordered a smoothie btw. Another thing compared to all other locations I've been to is that there is no indoor seating or at least stools. There are some outside, but no one is willing to wait outside.

Went in yesterday (x-mas Eve) around 230 PM. The guy taking are order was eating and had food all in his mouth. He was not helpful when asked a questioned about the contents of a juice (the ingredients were not listed on the board). His co- worker with the beard was equally unhelpful. At one point the bearded guy was washing dishes and said "wouldn't it be cool if the kitchen caught fire". I mean talk about not liking your job. Needless to say we will not be returning. Doubtful those dudes washed their hands before making the smoothies.

The location has a lot of great parking. But when I first walked in, there was a disgusting smell. I told the cashier and he said that this smell has been there since they opened and they can't figure out where it is coming from. I looked to the left of the cashier and there was a lot of dirt and trash behind the refrigerator. The walls look dirty too. And there is no indoor seating which is too bad because the wait can be long and there is room against the windows to put seating.

I hate this Jamba Juice.It is the only Jamba Juice.I have ever been to where, they never give you the extra from your drink.They throw it away. There is no dining in because it's so small, that there's no chairs or tables.

Honest Review

Girls here are very rude. They gave me attitude as soon as I walked in. They also didn’t make me the wheatgrass shot I asked for but instead gave it to me as a bottled shot which cost less than what I paid. The rest of the drinks tasted horrible. Bad customer service + bad juice making skills. Don’t recommend anyone to come to this Jamba Juice Location.

Second time I am there at 7:30am, and it’s now 7:45am and still NOT OPEN. Their hours are from 7am?!!!! Oh well, glad that there’s a Penguins, with responsible employees next door. Hours on google 7am Hours on Yelp 8am Hmmmm??????

Stephanie needs to be trained again. OBVIOUSLY if you don't like helping people than find a new job. Make sure you're familiar with protocol and know company procedures before sounding dumb and say "I wouldn't know can't answer you" Really? Silly girl you represent Jamba not yourself. If you don't know you better ask somebody. In my 20 years of enjoying Jamba your the first host I had to call corporate to let them know that Stephanie is a poor representation of Jamba.
